Hello, Here is my problem: Software: Adobe premiere elements 15 My editing is finished, I export the video, the export process begins. After a while, my computer turns off by itself. Can not go after the export. Do you have an idea of ​​the cause? I imagine they can be many .... Thank you. I also have had nothing but ISSUES with Elements Premiere 13. So frustrated and SAD IT IS NOTHING LIKE IT WAS EXPLAINED TO BE.

Hi all - I had the Organizer in Premiere Elements 2018 pull in only my photos and video, and everything was working well. Now, I've imported in bulk, and it ended up pulling every single file on my computer, including thousands of folders (each only containing one photo) from my most recent iphone backup! See the attached image for a sense of what I'm talking about. Now instead of just a few dozen folders, I have thousands, making this impossible to manage. Is there anyone that has a suggestion on how to remedy?

I just updated my Mac with the latest High Sierra version (10.13.6). I was near completion of a 15 minute video and now my .prel file will not open. I have 5  autosaved files that give me the same error messages as well. I can create new video projects just not open this one I've spent so much time on. Is there anything that can be done ?

Hi there, I have a gopro hero6 and i have some 4k60fps footage. However, when I try to edit the videos it just comes up as black and plays as an audio file. Can anyone help?Cheers, Sally

I have recently added videos and cut them down and edited them. I can play it just fine as im doing it and when im done. But once I save it and close out and get back into it I can't play the video anymore. I hit the play button and it doesn't work I don't know what to do. If anyone can help please I am all ears.

I am trying to see if Adobe Elements Premiere supports the ability to add subtitles.  I downloaded the free trial, but when I try to replace the text it appears to delete the existing text but anything I type in does not appear.  Is this a problem with the trial version, or does it not support subtitles.  I have a Spanish video that needs English subtitles.

I am trying to add a photo collage to a video I am creating on premiere elements 13.  Video's talk about a video collage button under the create option. However that option does not seem to be available when I check.   Can anyone help with how I might be able to create this photo collage   Thanks very much  

So in a video i'm making i have a face pic and i want to show repeating text over the screen. So  in this instance i have a face pic, i want to show it saying :"ah' over and over again all over the screen of my video footage. How could i do that quickly without having to repostion the text every frame with the motion fx tool.

I am fairly new to Premeire Elements 2018, and I am trying to edit a video that was shot on a phone in "Portrait" mode.  In portrait mode, the top third and bottom third are not important so I don't mind losing/cropping those areas.  The issue I am facing is that when I scale the video up to put more focus on the middle third, the quality is very bad.  The video is 1080x1920.  What I am finding is that when I initially set the Scaling setting, the quality is still pretty decent.  Obviously there is some degradation, but it is acceptable.   It is after I click the "Render" button that it becomes very poor.  This is the case with any amount of scaling - even a small amount.  After clicking "Render" it is unwatchable.I am also familiar with the trick to fill the sides of the frame with a "blurred" copy of the video.  I would still like to scale up a little bit fill more of the frame with the subject.  Is there a way to increase the sc

I am new to Adobe Premeire Elements and having difficulty with the video quality.  Basically, as soon as I Render the preview, the video quality is very bad (Grainy, pixelated, etc...)I've had several videos all with this same result, but I am including details as an example.  I'm hoping someone can let me know what I am doing wrong.Original Video:  MP4, 1920x1080 at 29.97fps.  I'm not sure how to get codec information, but it was shot with a DJI Spark drone.  The clip has no audio.As far as I know, all of the preferences and settings in PE are default, including "Default Scale to frame size" is not checked.My Steps:In the "Expert" tab, I expand project assets and browse to my video clipDrag the clip from "Project Assets" to "Video 1" in the timelineAt this point, there is no green or orange line in the timeline, and the video plays back with good qualityFor this clip, I want it to play in reverse.  Right-click the clip, choose Clip - Time Stretch... and c

I'm very new to Premiere Elements 2018 so please be gentle with me. I have two video recordings of an event, 30 minutes long, but taken from different viewing angles. They both load into Elements 2018 independently and run OK. I want to assemble a video incorporating selected scenes from both recordings, alternating as appropriate to make the finished video more interesting.It appears (unless I am mistaken - please correct me if I am wrong) that I can only work on one of the recordings at any one time so I'll need to edit that recording to extract clips from it and save them, and then do the same with the second recording. I haven't yet discovered by reading the User Guide how (and where) I can extract, give a name, and then save the various clips that I will need to build the edited video.  Ideally I'd like to be able to save all of the clips to a working file so that I can select and insert the ones that I need into the working video at the appropriate places.  How do I go

I had to reformat my hard drive and then reinstalled prem Elements 4.it does not now automatically contact adobe for a unlock key and without this key i cannot cut a file to dvd.can anyone help

I have a project I started in Elements 2015 made changes in elements 2018 and saved it. The next time I try to load it elements terminates while loading it.  No messages or error codes it just  disappears.

I am working on my first video with Premiere Elements 15 on a PC.  My previous experience has been with Microsoft Movie Maker in the past and everything proceeded without incident.   Currently, with Premiere Elements, I've edited 4 video clips and saved them.  Then I tried to add them to my video project and only two would add and the other two clips gave an error message that said: "This type of file is not supported, or the required codec is not installed."  I'm new to working on video editing, and I'm not familiar with codecs.  I assumed if I uploaded the video and edited it with Premiere Elements, then I could use the same clip in future projects.  I'm able to pull up the video and work on it through the file menu under opening recent projects, but it will not import through the add media button.  Any suggestions?

Eigentlich nur ein simpler cut, am Ende musste eine Sequenz entfernt werden.Nach dem Ausspielen musste ich jedoch feststellen, dass die neue Datei nun fast 4-fache Größe hat, obwohl der Clip ja nun kürzer ist.Wie kann ich eine passende Einstellung wählen, sodass das neue Video nicht deutlich größer wird?Viele Grüße und allen noch einen schönen Abend,Thorsten
