Premiere Element 2018 showing "We have detected an incompatible display driver." on startup. My display adapter is AMD Radeon HD 7500. Updated to the latest version of the driver and issue still persist. After investigating, it is clear that it is an issue with the GPUSniffer program of 2018. The reason being, I also have V11 version and it starts up ok. The V11 GPUSniffer works ok, however v18 GPUSniffer hangs (and in turn shows "incompatible display driver" message)Here are the results of v11 GPUSniffer:====================================C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Premiere Elements 11>gpusnifferDevice: 00000000003247B8 has video RAM(MB): 1024Vendor string: ATI Technologies Inc.Renderer string: AMD Radeon HD 7500 SeriesVersion string: 3.0.13417 Compatibility Profile Context 15.301.1901.0OpenGL version as determined by Extensionator...OpenGL Version 3.0Supports shaders!Supports BGRA -> BGRA ShaderSupports VUYA Shader

After a Windows 10 update, the video in the playback window in Premiere elements 15 runs too slow and has no sound. All drivers are up to date.
Hello, I have a problem with a video in the playback window runs too slow and has no sound. I'm using Premiere Elements and I've never had this problem before. When I import it into Elements, it's in slow motion and the audio doesnt sync up at all. All older projects which play normaly are in a slow motion now and has no sounds too. When I've viewed the single clips in Windows player or VLC it's not in slow motion. I've reinstalled the program twice. Thank you
I am using a PC with Windows10 and I am trying to save a video production to a file. It cruises along and timer is counting down and then about half way through the progress bar freezes and the remaining time counter starts to go up. Then there is no progress and timer just keeps adding time. Any ideas or suggestions?
Hello guys, I have this problem:AFTER RENDER (Ultra HD to Computer):BEFORE RENDER (Original video on Galaxy S8+):From screenshot it is on as good visible as on the video it self. But the details are very bad looking, I was trying my own render settings with higher bitrate (around 90mbps), nothing helps. Actually it is looking bad also in Premiere Elements it self if I press Enter key for ,,pre-render". It looks actually like 480p, not like a 2160p.What I am doing wrong? I did not touch any video project settings etc., everything is like I was doing it before with 1080p footage, which I have no problem with it before, also when I was using 1080p60fps settings. But now I have this trash look.Could anyone help me? (Premiere Elements 2018)
Is anyone else missing the vibrance option in the adjustments panel?? I can't seem to find it anymore! I uninstalled, deleted my preferences and reinstalled again and it's still missing
Hi everybody! My PE15 isn't playing the media files I added on my timeline anymore. I'm such a noob when it comes to editing, but I have learned a couple of things since I installed PE15 on my Asus laptop last year March. Is there an update I have to do? If so, where do I find it? I've been scrolling down the interwebz, but can't find a helpful answer 😞Thanks in advance from the Netherlands!BR,Fienie
Hi,The school I am working at is putting on Les Miserables in 10 days' time and we have purchased the rights to video it. We plan to use 3 cameras - one central, and one either side of the stage. I have Premiere Elements 14 but have only ever used it for one camera editing. I'd be really grateful for any hints, tips, advice, pitfalls etc. about creating a DVD with views from all 3 cameras made into one performance. I'm a little concerned about audio - is it possible just to use one audio source all the way through, even if swapping which camera view is being used for a particular clip.Thank you in advance.Tom
Only Slideshow/Pan Zoom DVD Menu Template available in PE 16(2018). I've relaunched the app dozens of times, I've reloaded the software, but the only Menu Theme that's available is Slideshow Pan Zoom. There are NO MORE themes from which to choose. I've read online that version 16(2018) loads many more Menu themes. Pls help.Steve
Hi can anybody help me please. I have only just started using the Adobe Premier Elements. When i import some pictures and videos they appear to have really bad dark areas and I dont know why. Even when I save it the play back still has the same problem.
The following has occurred with me several times, and I can't seem to find a solution. I bring in another video file that I have filmed. I have to trim it on both sides to find the area in the middle that I need. That's seemingly easy: I highlight the clip, and then hit the scissors icon. Then, I delete the unwanted part of my clip. But, then say the unwanted part of the clip that I deleted is to the left (or earlier in the song) than the part that I'm keeping. If I then take the remaining shortened clip and try to move it to the left--by putting the cursor on the left border, hitting the Ctrl key, and moving it all by, ie, 4 seconds---I discover that instead of having this clip play 4 seconds earlier, I instead find that the part that I had just deleted becomes active again and THAT is what I hear 4 seconds earlier. If that is not clear, I can try to s ay it again differently.Thanks.LNovik
I'm trying to offline activate premiere elements 14 and I have followed all of the steps I can find anywhere. It just won't work. I have everything the instructions said I needed and it won't work. I just want to edit on my laptop and it won't let activate it. Please help so this can be figured out.
I shot video from my Galaxy Note 8 this week and the MP4 file is silent. Nonetheless, when I bring that video file into PREL12, I see an audio track that appears to have sound associated with it (see screen image below). Within PREL, however, and when I export the video, I hear nothing. I need to figure out what I did to suppress the audio during recording or during normal playback, but in the meantime, is there a way I can get the audio that appears to exist, based on the timeline, to actually be heard?
Hi. I am running a Surface Pro tablet with Windows 10 and Premiere Elements 2018. I have started to make a "movie" - just a slideshow with music and I can't see the preview. Therefore, I can't do any editing. I just have the info screen above my timeline - in both the Quick and Expert layouts. I have been researching this for weeks and can't find out how to see what I'm doing. I read about problems with graphics cards (NVIDIA) but my tablet has a Display Link USB Device as the graphics card. Could this be the problem? I'm at a total loss and need to make this movie for a memorial in 5 days!!!! Please help... (Btw, I have no other issues playing any video etc.)
When playing back clips in Premier Elements 15, I cannot hear the audio. It worked fine the other day, but just stopped now. Audio speakers work fine with all other programs on the computer, and I can see the audio levels moving on the screen. I'm running Windows 10. Any ideas?
After the latest Windows 10 update I can only open elements and load clips into the time line. I can't play or edit them. After 30 seconds the program crashes. I have re-installed the program twice and tried the registry trick from the Phothoshop people. It does not work with Premiere. Any ideas? Thanks!
I asked this question, but did NOT get a clear answer. If one has a perfect system, but the monitor is small, ADOBE will not run at all. It will not run at all. I used that as an example. So here is my question. Adobe has a cutoff frequency at 2.0 GHz.If the CPU is below 2.0 in Frequency, but will turbo boost ABOVE 2.0 will the program run? This is critical. All the other specs are in order, but the base frequency is below 2.0 GHz. However it will turbo above 2.0.Will Adobe Elements detect the base frequency below 2.0 and refuse to run, or will it go by the turbo boost higher frequency.Again, all other specs are in order. This is not a repeat question. It is an additional question.
So my computer was out of commission for about a year or so. I just got it running again (it was a RAM issue), and picked up an old video editing project that I'd been working on before the issue had cropped up. And now, for some reason, any playback audio in Premiere is just this high-pitched, trilling/chirping sound. The original audio from the clips is missing. (The audio does work fine in the original raw video files) When exporting, the issue persists in the exported file.I'm using Windows 7, and the clips are video game scenes captured with FRAPS and Bandicam in .avi format. I've already updated Premiere. Tried it both with existing clips that were already in the project and with new clips, same thing. I tried normalising the gain, and it just made the noise louder. (Dunno if it's worth noting, but in the clips from Bandicam, the trilling noise isn't as loud as in the clips from FRAPS, but it's still present, and the original audio is still missing)EDIT: For further reference, I'
While exporting my 12 minute video project to my computer, Premiere Elements 15 shuts down and closes about 25% into the exporting. I have updated the registry as others have suggested and that seems to work a little better, but the program still doesn't complete the export. Any suggestions?
I am working on a Dell Inspiron N5010 64 bit Windows 7 Home Premium SP 1 with Intel i5 2.67 processor, 6 GB RAM.Both Adobe Premiere elements 9 and Photoshop Elements 9 are installed and were working (for years) up until recently. Both suddenly developed a problem with the Organizer. If I double click on the desktop icon to open Premiere, and then click on the Organize button, I see this message:Elements 9 Organizer has stopped working. If I then click on "View problem details" I see this information:Problem Event Name: APPCRASH Application Name: PhotoshopElementsOrganizer.exe Application Version: 9.0.3.0 Application Timestamp: 4d90791c Fault Module Name: mc_demux_mp2_ds.ax Fault Module Version: 8.5.0.27572 Fault Module Timestamp: 4c6e25d8 Exception Code: c0000005 Exception Offset: 000ef2da OS Version: 6.1.7601.2.1.0.768.3 Locale ID: 1033 Additional Information 1: 0a9e Additional Information 2: 0a9e372d3b4ad1913
My problem:If I run a seamlessly-looping video (stock footage) through Premiere Elements 13 (Windows 10), the result pauses briefly at the end. There's something in the way PEL exports the video that creates this problem.Details:Our church projector is 1024x768 (4:3).Using PEL, I'm trying to crop/resize a 1280x720 (16:9) stock video (seamless .mov loop from Worship House Media) to 1024x768.My workflow uses a 4:3 project preset and a custom 4:3 .epr export preset. This example uses the same 4:3 project preset, but exports at 16:9 to simplify debugging. (Standard export preset, not my custom preset)It's just "place media, export video".The source video is 1280x720 (16:9), 29.97 fps, 30s 30ms. It loops seamlessly in Windows Media Player and my target presentation software, Easy Worship. The PEL project preset is "Flip Mino and Ultra 29_97p (not HD)" to edit in 4:3.I drag the video onto the project.I export using Computer > MPEG > HDTV 720p 29.97 High QualityPlaying the exported video
