Premiere Elements

Hi, I use premiere element 15.0. I made a video 2 years ago of our concert. I tried to copy this editted video to an USB-stick. I tried it several times but I get the message that my USB stick is too small for the video file. However The USB stick contains more than 30 GB free space and the file is only 5 Gb. Why doesn't it work? Can anyone help me, for my orchestra is waiting for this video for almost 2 years. Help...!

I used the Windows XBOX screen recorder to record some playback from one of our security cameras to make a time-lapse video. The resulting video had the whole security application screen with the video inside it so in Premiere Elements 2023 I cropped out everything but the video playback window. But now I am left with a black border around the video. Please see attached screenshot. I tried dragging the handles to eliminate that but it just makes the video larger or smaller and doesn't affect the black frame around the video. Please let me know how to get rid of the black frame so the video of the time lapse fills the screen.Thanks,Don

I have an extremely weird problem. I’ve been using Elements 15 with Windows for 8 years with no real issues but recently a significant one has arisen… I do heavy editing with my clips – re-framing, speed changes and multiple freeze-frame screenshots. Recently I’ve discovered that after editing for an amount of time (which seems to be getting shorter), the clips start playing jerkily and too fast, at least double the normal speed, and then Elements freezes. So I exit but Elements won’t allow me to re-enter; the splash screen appears but freezes. I’ve then opened Task Manager to check on Memory Use and sure enough, it shows 3 to 7000(!)mb. If I click “End task” for Premiere, it disappears from Task Manager… but still won’t allow me to re-enter. The only way to continue is to re-boot. After re-booting I begin editing again and the same thing happens after a few minutes. In preparing this post, I checked the memory use right after opening Premiere, and it showed almost

I have troubles with this project, it alwasys stucks with estimated time: 5 secondsIn advance, I'm sorry because I'm not a native English speaker, so maybe some expressions or words are not fitted. My OS is windows 11, and I am using Premiere Elements 2023, and the version is 21.0.My laptop has Core Ultra 7 155H and RTX 4050 Laptop.The projects is so simple.It starts with a title which is pre-made in Premiere. I just revised some texts.And then, a 4K video file (12.9 GB, 30 minutes 53 seconds) is attached.The original audio of the clip was deleted with Premiere, and some free music files from youtube were added as background music.So, all things were set and I started exporting.Without rendering process, it alwasys stucks at 5%, so the next time, I pressed render button and then I checked the timeline bar was changed to green, and then I restarted exporting, however, the result is displayed like the screenshot. Should I wait or just give up? 

What's up with this red screen? I turned off "GPU accelerated effects" under Settings and that worked for one clip, now another clip is showing red. Videos play fine in Quicktime. Running 2024 on Sonoma OS.

I use PE13, purchased 2015, for family movies/videos; prior to that, Nero5. My current project is for a recent Antarctic Cruise and I am over half way through. After the first "major" edit I have used about 90 original clips all taken with my Samsung A23 phone. Most are .mp4 files with a few Stills (jpg, pdf, png) and some Audio - Soundtrack & Narration (wav, mp3). The current length of the timeline is 36 minutes - final length to be less than 1 hour.Everything was perfect until a few days ago when I added a mp4 clip (20240201_134459.mp4) and only the audio was added. When viewed in VLC, Media Player and Clipchamp all is OK. This clip is the third of 4  taken on 01 February; the first two are getting across OK - all clips hereafter also fail.I am fully aware of the  "HEVC x265 now WORKING in Adobe Premiere Elements 2020" and have d/l and installed the Windows HEVC Video Extensions but this has not made any difference. Hi - I am using Premiere Elements 2022 and it freezes with almost anything I try to do on it.  I was previously using Elements 14.  I'm guessing the problem is probably is that my processor is an i3 and not an i6 or above like the specs say.  However, this is the first time I'm trying to use the 2022 version.  Will it improve as I use the program?  Is there anything I can do to improve the performance of Premiere Elements 2022 (short of a computer upgrade)?  Thanks for your time and help!

Hi- I'm new to Premiere Elements and I'd like to load/install some presets like an Earthquake effect from Cinecom and some from Pixelan (the CreativEase and SpiceMaster programs) but I can't figure out how to install or load them in. In Premiere Pro it seems you can just load them into the Presets menu by right clicking the menu but this doesn't seem to be available on Elements 2024, but I'm a newbie with this program and I'm hoping I'm missing something obvious. The websites for the Pixelan say they work on Premiere Elements 11 on up, but their instructions say to just drag the effects presets to the C/Adobe Premiere Elements folder/Presets or Plugins folder but nothing happens after I do that. Help, please and thank you!

Hi,compared to the 2022 version with 53 transistions available I can find 21 only in the 2023 version of Premiere Elements ?! Why?  Some of them which I used often are gone 😞

Is it possible to copy the custom text styles to a new computer?Premiere Elements 13 on Windows 11And yes, that was hard to do. I am using 13 because it can burn bluray discs.

This ones a bit hard to explain, but has me ready to find a new video editing software out of frustration.  I had many successful projects, and then the following started to happen.   I noticed that this only occurs when there's audio tied to the video (ie no issues for my drone footage).  I've found some forums that lead me to Audio Hardware settings where I adjust the input & output and it magically solves it.  This has worked in small doses, and needs repeated time after time as new clips are added to the project. When I start a new project, I'll 'add media' maybe 10 clips, only a few minutes long in total.  I'll put the assets in the timeline... normally you'd be able to watch them in queue as the raw footage as they are on the hard drive, then you make your edits.   This is where the problem begins... The videos, even after rendered, have all sorts of issues.  Sometimes just a blurry screen, or inverted, reversed stil

I am using Premiere Elements version 13 on a WIN 10 PC. I started a large project several years ago but had to leave it for a while due to some health issues. However, during that hiatus I had to upgrade my PC from 8.1 to 10 and also (a while later) rebuild WIN 10. Probably 90% of my PE13 editing has been done on WIN 8.1 originally so it (hopefully) has survived a couple of re-installs. I've tried to ensure all data files have been backed up right from the start - using Windows native "file backup" and my own manual backup using an external H.D., however, PE13 seems to use a variety of data files and they do not appear to be all in common directories ("folders") and sub-directories so some may have eluded a critical backup. Recently I attempted to pick up where I left off with the big project and discovered that the program couldn't start because it couldn't find the (raw) *.mts files. I've added some clips to the timeline and they show up like normal on the Video 1 and Audio 1 tracks. I'm trying to add b-roll to the Video 2 track. The video shows up on Video track 2 like it always has but the audio associated with those clips is showing up on Audio 2, 3, 4, 5, Voice, and Music. In the past the audio associated with a video clip has only show up on one track. Does anyone know why I'm suddenly getting audio on 6 tracks instead of 1 like I usually do?Thank you.

Adobe Premiere Elements 2024 should support importing videos with multiples audio tracks. This is a feature supported by many other tools, including Adobe Premiere Rush and Adobe Premiere Pro. In this case, the source video is produced by NVIDIA Shadowplay. 

Yesterday I purchased Premier Elements just for basic video edits I need at work. Installed and ran it once, worked fine. Today, when I tried to open it, after the launcher/organizer loads, I select Video Editor and get "Loading Adobe Premier Elements Editor Workspace" for 20 seconds or so before it stop. A crash report (posted below) is added to the desktop.I've had 3 calls and spoken to 5 people at Adobe support today. They ran through all of the typical troubleshooting procedures, renaming folders in AppData and elsewhere so they would be recreated, uninstalling/reinstalling, creation of a new admin account (which did work,) etc. They said they would do more research on their end and call me back, but I haven't heard from anyone, and that was hours ago.Like I said, the creation of a secondary admin account profile did work, we were able to run the editor from there. However, I've searched all the old posts about this or similar issues here, and the users with the most similar cases

Is it legal to use Premiere Elements for monetized Videos (e. g. Youtube with Adsense Advertisment)? Do I have a right to do that when buying Premiere Elements? Or is Premiere Elements only for non-commercial use?

I have used Premiere Elements 2022 successfully for the past 4 months. Since updating to Sonoma OS the program keeps crashing every time I drag the playhead or hit the play button on a new video I am trying to create. I've tried creating several new videos and the same thing happens. The weird thing is I can open my old videos in PE and play them just fine. Anybody know how to fix?
