How can I burn a DVD? I'm trying to burn a DVD to an ISO image and the "Burn" button is grayed out no matter what settings I change, I have tried to burn to a disc on two different disc drives but the button stays grayed out, I've also tried burning an ISO file to multiple internal and external drives to no avail. But for some reason I can Burn a Blu-Ray No problem. I would really appreciate any help, thanks!I'm using Windows 10 and Premiere Elements 15
I am using Windows 10. Premier 13 on the same computer works Ok. ?
Hi,My adobe premiere elements 12 won't open anymore, it shows error code 0xc0000142. I did not update my windows or anything (I have windows 10family and it worked just great on it before). But I did have my antivirus detecting some stuff recently, so I guess it might have deleted some important files without me noticing it.Also, I don't have the liecence key with me anymore. Is there a way either to fix that error code or to find my liecence key somewhere in the files so I can reinstall it?I'm afraid if I just reinstall now it would ask me for the liecence key, which I don't have with me anymore. Thanks!
I have created a video and I want to burn a disc. The program tells me to copy the activate MPEG2 component serial number 1[removed by moderator. This is a public forum, not a direct line to Adobe] and place it online in the activation box, which was very hard to find. When I did and was waiting for the code it said the serial number was not correct.

Hi all,I'm back with another Premiere Elements issue...this time of a different sort. After upgrading to 15, I've noticed that anything I import from my camcorder has very "muddy" audio quality - the sort of quality you might get after running it through a bad converter or three. The source audio in a media player is fine, but in Elements (and in the render!) it's terrible. This problem didn't happen in 13, and it's putting another roadblock in front of actually exporting anything useful...Does anyone have any suggestions on this?Specifications:As mentioned, Premiere Elements 15Sony Handycam HDR-CX330, recording AVCHD 1080pSource audio format: 48000 Hz compressedProject audio format: 48000 Hz 32-bit floating point (is this the problem? I couldn't find a setting to change this...)Thank you in advance!
Keep trying to save created movie done in Prem Elements 15 and receive error message. Can't upload to YouTube either. Help.[Here is the list of all Adobe forums... https://forums.adobe.com/welcome][Moved from generic Cloud/Setup forum to specific Program forum... Mod]
I've been trying out videomerge and it works great, however there is one problem I've encountered so far. Anytime I add the file I want and I make it smaller there are two black bars above and below the added file that impose over top of the main video, can I fix this?
On 1/7, I ordered and paid $99 for Adobe Photoshop Elements 15 for my MAC. I had started with a trial. Now, when I go to use Elements, it asks me to register my product...which then asks for my serial number. I input my serial number on the website, but then I get a message that says that particular serial number does not work for Adobe Elements 12...which I've been using for quite awhile. Well, to me, it shouldn't work with 12 because I ordered and received 15. Why am I having this problem? Thanks!
Hi there,I am using Premiere Elements 14. I have tried numerous export audio types (AAC, mpeg, PCM), numerous bitrates and samplerates, but the problem consists.Within elements the sound of my video is fine, when I export it as .mp4 or else also. But when I try to upload it to Facebook or Youtube the problems occur. When I upload it to Youtube, online desktop users have good sound, mobile sucks. When I upload it to Facebook directly, the sound is bad regardless of which device is used. Can anyone help me?
I am using Premiere Elements 15 on Windows 10. When I double click a clip on the timeline, a small trim window pops up. I find this easier and more accurate than trimming a clip directly on the timeline. However, I have to resize this window every time since I would like the window to be larger. This windows does not have a maximize button nor does it remember it's size. Resizing this window can be finicky. You have to hover the mouse at just the right place to get the resize arrows. Am I missing something in the settings? Is there some keyboard shortcut that would maximize the window? Or is this something that could be fixed in an update to the software? Thanks!
I have an old version of Elements/Elements Premiere 8. New computer and no longer any CD/DVD drive. I downloaded the old version, but when I start the program I get the message "A reduced set of content (Instant Movie Themes, Title and Menu Templates, etc) has been installed. To install the full content set, please insert your Content DVD and run setup.exe. If you do not have a Content DVD please visit http://www.adope.com/go/pre:additional_downloads to download the content insaller. I tried the link, but it isn't active anymore.Does anyone know what to do?
I have just acquired Premier 15 and would like to know how I can lock say, the audio track while I do some cutaways in the video track such that I can insert small sections of other video clips into the now vacant video slots but without their respective audio using instead the track of the original clip. Thanks
I have a buch of short movies I am needing to copy into another project but I can not figure out how to do this. I tried exporting the short clips and bringing them into the new movie like a normal video clip but this degrades the quality! Anyone know how to do this?
Further to my recent question that ended on 22.02.2017, I have a few questions regarding a quote for a new PC. The i7-7700K quoted is at 12337 on the Passmark CPU Benchmark. I am trying to keep costs down and would like an opinion on whether that particular processor is required; the i7-6700 is at the 10000 mark.In the future I will add sound files to my photo and video clip combinations that have around 90 minute lengths; I didn't attempt to do so with my previous underpowered PCs.The GeForce GTX 1050 graphics card was quoted and I noted that on one of the forum posts the 1060 (6Gb) card was recommended as an upgrade; this would cost me an extra £150 but if it is superior then I will go for that one. Finally, I was considering sharing my current monitor between current and new PC but it is a 19" Flat Screen set to the recommended resolution of 1440 x 900.On Adobe's website the system requirements for Premiere Elements 15 is 1024 x 768 and this is one of the Supported Monitor Settings.
Just installed PE15 on laptop with PS6 and LR4.. A few BSOD (windows 7) occurred on this Lenovo ThinkPad Edge. Finally, Program worked long enough to render one video. Now - I hit launch - the cursors spins - then nothing. I can see it running in the Task Manager.. however, it never presents the GUI.I reinstalled several times, once after uninstalling it.[Moved by moderator from the non-technical Lounge Forum to the Premiere Elements Forum for technical help]

A few days ago I installed trial version on my boss's laptop. But now when he doing some editing or exit the application, a werfault.exe error popped up “There is no disk in the drive. Please insert a disk into drive E:.”.Is there a fix or workaround solution for this?
Good evening, I am a new poster here, so please excuse me if I am in the wrong area, or going about this the wrong way.I have been an avid user of Premiere Elements for about 10 years. I have recently spent approximately 8 hours on a video for work, and when going to render it, was rudely informed by the version I was using that it was no longer supported. As I am low on funds at the moment, I opted to purchase a copy of version 14 instead of the recently released 15 to continue my work. Upon initial installation, it seemed to work fine mostly. There were photos on my 4th video track that needed to be rotated, but that was about it. My movie had 6 video tracks, and 3 audio. I have auto-save turned on and it saved periodically as I was working. I set it to render and went off to bed. The next day, I shut the laptop down and did some things. Upon my next power up, when trying to get into the project, PE shuts down. No erro
just installed Premier Elements 15...have connected Sony 8mm by firewire and program is not recognizing camcorder...any suggestions?
Hi I recently purchased Adobe Premiere Elements 15, and I have not been able to successfully export a single video clip. I've even tried not hardly adding any effects at all, and most of the clips I've tried are under 5 minutes, and the estimated time says nearly half an hour. I've managed to render one of the clips but the playback still seems spotty. The files are MOV files and I'm attempting to save them as MP4's which might contribute to the slowness but I've also tried saving as a MOV file. Windows movie maker seemed to export slowly when I used to use that as well.
I have a Title Clip where the Trimming Handles have a red diagonal line through them which prohibits me from adjusting the length of the clip. Can ony one help. Many thanks[Moved from the Lounge (which is where you can connect with your peers for conversations that don't directly relate to product help and support) to a product-specific support forum - moderator]
