Premiere Elements

I'm finding conflicting information online and even within the adobe website. A live agent informed me that it's not possible with Premier 2022 but IS possible with Premier 2019. But this same rep also told me that the whole CAPTURE feature is not available in the 2022 version, which doesn't seem to be accurate. I'm just trying to find out if this feature is available, otherwise I will have to find another program to use instead. I'm also a bit frustrated that it took almost an hour of research and support with no clear answers. ThanksAlso, the topics listed below are very limited and don't clearly cover everything.

Hey all I have an annoying problem and I cannot find any help on the Internet, so I am asking here to help me troubleshoot. I am working on a video where I have recorded all my "footage" using OBS Studio to an MP4 1920x1080 30fps video. When I watch each individual raw video footage in VLC, they are 1:1 of how my screen looks like and I can easily read the text:  However, when I import these videos (which are all in the same format) into Adobe Premiere Elements, some are rendered as expected:  But for some reason, other videos are imported very pixelated: And the exported video gets this problem as well. I have tried;- Reanalyzing the video- Moved the raw video to a new location and then in Premiere retarget it- "Replaced Footage" with a copied version- Rendered the video preview frames I have no effects on either video, I've just been splitting. And if I check properties of a working video vs a pixelated video, they display the sa

Ich bin am Verzweifeln. Nach über 100 Stunden ist mein Film fertig, aber leider ist der Export nicht möglich. Immer kommt eine Fehlermeldung und zwar egal, welches Ausgabeformat ich wähle. Auch das Rendern dauert ewig und irgenwann stürzt das Programm ab.Was kann ich machen, damit ich doch noch zu meinem Film komme?Herzlichen Dank für jedwede Hilfe.

Photoshop Elements Premiere 2020 -- In the past I could have a title page of a movie that showed the title and subsections of the movie. When clicking on the subsections, it would go to that part. After an update, I can't find it. Does anyone know what it is called and/or where it is?  Thanks.

Previewing video would just randomly stop playing. You'll have to hit play to continue.This causes problems when adding Narrations. Again, this is totally random, sometime it plays for a couple of seconds, sometimes a little more but it always stops randomly.

Hello, I am having trouble using my Bose 35 headset with Premier Elements 2021. When I add it to output, the sound of the recording is in slow motion. When I change the Default Audio Input to "No Input" I cannot control the sound volume on my computer (Macbook Pro M1) Please advise. Thanks.

I've been having WYSIWYG issues with keyframing on PE14 where the output doesn't match the preview.It happened on Windows 10 and 11... Does anyone know what causes this? Attached pics for example. 

Although APE doesn't always freeze but it does freeze quite frequently when applying Hollywood Looks. At that point the only choice you have is, you kill the task and then relaunch APE and start all over.

I have music concert DVD and Blu-Ray discs I want to rip and then extract specific video song files (to add to a video playlist I later compile) using the latest version of Premiere Elements. What is the easiest and best way to accomplish this?

I am trying to export a file in PE 2022. Just upgraded from 2011. Previously I could export it to a file that saved the project in a new format. Now after exporting the project there is nothing in the file that I select as the destintion. I am able to find the project file but not a converted file. I can upload a project to YouTube but I also want to save the project as an MP4 to retain on a hard drive. Any ideas as to why the file exports, says it is done, and then just disappears?

I'm trying to make a video out of a collection of still images.  It is a tribute video, essentially, and I am trying to liven it up by panning and zooming documentary-style.  I've imported all the images I want to use into my media folder, and added them to my timeline.  When I hit 'play,' the images suddenly become blurry, but when i then 'pause' it, they return to being clear.  Any idea why this might be happening and what I can do to fix this?Thanks very much,Brian

When I try to export a PREL file on Premiere Elements for a 5 minute video it stays at 1% and doesn't move from there and I've been waiting for over an hour. I'm trying to convert the .PREL file to MP4. I have done this before and it doesn’t take that long. Is there a way I can fix this?

HELP! I have recorded a subject from four different angles, and thus I have four video tracks. One of the four tracks will function as the permanent backdrop. I am attempting to select random segments from the other three tracks for use as picture-in-picture. I am able to place the first PIP but durring playback, the PIP clip becomes the backdrop video. I can't seem to find a workaround. I'm using Elements 2020 BTW.Thanks for any suggestions.

I just 'upgraded' to elements 15, and I can't see my whole audio waveform. I kinda need to to be able to sync audios. Even when I make the track bigger, it just expands the half of the waveform. The audio's there, sounds fine. Just can't see half of it. same in all the audio tracks.

I am having the same issue with Premier Elements 2022.  When I go to the Roaming file it is empty.  I have imported videos from by PC but the sound is from a different clip.  This is happening from for several clips throughout my project. 

Hello. I'm using Premiere elements 13. I have pictures or videos as the background, say that's on Track 2. I insert a circle shape; that's on Track 3. There could be a picture or video on Track 1. I apply the Track matte key effect to the clips on Track 2 respect to the shape on Track 3 so the clips that are behind (Track 1) are seen circle shaped. But if I resize any of the clips I apply the effect to, the size and position of the shape changes as well. I want it to stay as is regardless of what I do with the clips. Thank you

I just recently purchased Premiere Elements & I cannot run it.  After installation, I get the following message:  "The procedure entry point SetThreadDescription could not be located in the dynamic link library C:\Program Files Adobe\Adobe Premiere Elements 2022\Elements Home\Adobe Premiere Elements 2022.exe" When I open the file location, I see the executable is located in the folder so I have no idea what is causing this error.  I have already installed the Visual C++ Redistributive environment & even ran the Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner, & even uninstalled then reinstalled the program, but nothing seems to work.

HelloI'm trying to use Premiere Elements 2021 on my Win 10 PC, unfortunatelly, my 750ti is detected as unsupported.It's the only GPU in my PC (Intel disabled in bios), I have latest drivers and all patches - both for win 10 and premiere. Any idea whats going on ? Thanks

it a very basic thing that i can do in photo elements easily can someone explain to me how to do this in premiere elements 2022. im currently trying to make a video where i just want the subject (pair of shoes) without the background in the video maybe just change the backround into a solid color. thank you for any help on this subject.

In what world would we expect Adobe designers to put out DVD menus like these as templates in 2021? These look like they were designed by grade schoolers using Microsoft Publisher and WordArt 20 years ago. Are there any good templates out there that feature better photographs, art, or better use of our videos as backgrounds with overlay graphics rather than clip art?

Eine halbe Ewigkeit mit Premiere 11 zufrieden gewesen.Nun also Premiere 22 - Leider bin ich noch nicht begeister.Importierte mp4 erscheinen im Vorschaufenster und nach dem Export (satt) grün, mit horizontalen Streifen. Das gleiche Programm mit der gleichen Lizenz auf einem Zweitgerät installiert funktioniert tadellos.Woran kann es liegen, was kann ich verändern?Herzlichen Dank für konstruktive Tipps
