Premiere Elements

Everything going great until going to share. Clicked on different device options and Bam - everything disappeared.  Reopend the project and it was back to the previous version - didn't save any recent changes before crashing.

I have used Premiere Elements 14 to successfully burn my projects onto dual layer DVDs.  For making future copies of the encoded movie I decided to use Premiere Elements to also create a dual layer DVD iso file so that I can then use a program, such as ImgBurn, to then burn the dual layer DVDs on the fly without having to reencode the project in Elements. However, when I try and burn the iso created by Elements I get an ImgBurn error message stating that "the image has not been mastered correctly onto a double layer (OTP Track Path) disc."  It goes on to state "None of the cells meet the DVD-Video specification criteria for a potential layer break position." Is this a problem with the iso created by Elements 14 or is this an ImgBurn issue?

Hi.  I just got a new iMac (OS Big Sur 11.6) and tried to install Premiere Elements 15, which I was using on my old iMac.  Got a message that said the installer needs to be updated by the developed so that it will work with this version of the macOS.  Was advised to contact the developer.  Seems Apple is now running 64bit hardware and software and (older?) 32bit apps would no longer be compatible. Anyone else encountered this problem and/or have a solution? Thanks.

I have Photoshop elements 2021. Can I buy the upgrade of photoshop elements 2022 AND premiere elements both for the upgrade price, although I don't have premiere elements installed.

Is there a command or button to copy a keyfrrame length from another keyframe? What I mean is, I want to zoom in on piece of my video. The time it takes to zoom in from the start of the zoom to end zoom is 1 second (or however long). I then hold the zoom for however long I want it. Then I unzoom and I want my unzoom to also take 1 second from the start of the unzoom to the end of the unzoom. Currently, I have to eyeball the time to zoom in and zoom out. Is there a simpler way?  In the image, I want the time to be the same where both arrows are pointing.   

Is there a way to speed up how fast I can scroll the keyframes? The movement speed is really slow for me.  I've included an image of what I am trying to speed up. How do I speed up the scroll movement of the highlighted numbers?   

I am using Premier Elements 18. I also use a sound converter programme NCH Switch Sound Converter which converts sound files. For some reason when I save a movie in Premiere Elements 18 it is saving as a Switch Sound Converter file.It tells me when I save the file it is saving as a Premier Elements File but it then saves as a sound file.Does anyone have any ideas what is causing this?Thank You

I have been editing and publishing several videos - just downloads from some zoom conferences, editing out the beginning/end, and publishing as an MP4. The majority have worked just fine, but some are publishign without audio. I have not done anything differently in the process, and the audio plays fine in playback while editing. How do I fix this? It takes hours to publish them, and then to have them not have audio is incredibly frustrating.

Currently, I have Premier Elements 2021 installed on a Windows 10 computer. Since my computer is not elegible for the Windows 11 upgrade, I'll need to move the application and all associated files (catalog, etc) to a new Windows 11 computer. Where can I go to get the necessary instructions for doing this operation? Thanks

Hi, I hope somebody can assist me. I have a new Windows 10 computer with no DVD drive and I own an older  DVD copy of Adobe Premier Elements, how would I go about installing my previously purchased copy?

Hi, have for 2 hours tried to get Gpu accelration to work, I have a Nvidia RTX 2060 card, but premiere will not let me use it, even though my card is recommended on the Adobe list here: GPU accelerated rendering (adobe.com). I reset my Premiere install, it worked, but when i reopened the program it grayed out

Ive just upgraded from a trial version of elements 2019 to buying the 2022 versionthe trial was fine but now all clips play with a strange green cast and smearing see screen shot below.as you see the thumbnails look ok just the playback windowsI uninstalled and reinstalled the app with no effect.I am running a win 10, HP laptop about 3 years old What is the problem???   

Hello When i start the install, i get an error message telling me the operating system is not supported and/or my browser is not up to date. I have the a fully updated version of windows 10 x64, latest internet explorer 11, Edge. Any ideas ?Thanks in advance.Anders

In premier elements 18 expert view, how can I see all my clip frames in the timeline?

I have tried to load multiple mp4 videos from various sources into Premiere Elements.  When I try to play them back, the preview screen either is black with random numbers in a large size font in white displayed or the screen is totally blank (white).  When I play the video, the sound track plays but no image.  What gives??

I just purchased Premiere Elements 2022 the other day and am running into issues.    1.) When I try to Pan and Zoom a clip that's later on in my video, the Pan and Zoom menu ALWAYS brings me to the start of the video. The frames I set will be applied to the clip I select but I cannot actually see what I am doing because the video clip in the Pan and Zoom menu is the start of my clip so I really just have to guess the frame sizes and time length. How do I make sure when I select Pan and Zoom that it loads up the clip I choose?    2.)  How do I revert (control z) more than 3 times? I can only go back 3 times before everything is locked in. Past video editing softwares that I have used did not have a limit on undoing items.   3.) How do I highlight/draw a circle around a part of the clip? I use Premiere Elements 2022 and all videos I've watched show Premiere Pro or and older version of Elements and the features they use are not appearing for me, mainly t

Wow, what another disappointment in the 2022 Premiere Elements.Not one reason to update this year.Wow 2-3 new features - Adobe should be embarrassed.Again Premiere Elements falls behind to Power Director and Videostudio.Have they given up on it? Too bad because I REALLY LOVE the program.Please change my mind on why would I want to go from 2021 to 2022?Thanks 

I use a GoPro 7 Black set to "1440 30 W". When I play a clip in the monitor window it plays at 75% of the natural speed. Any explanation or advice how to fix this?

After rendering a clip, the playback jitters on Premiere Elements 2021, whereas I have no problems using Premiere Elements 2013 with the same clips.  I have a Dell Inspiron 5555 A12 with a 2.20 gigahertz AMD A8-7410 APU with Radeon R5 Graphics. 256 kilobyte primary memory cache and 2048 kilobyte secondary memory cache. 64-bit ready. Multi-core (4 total) Not hyper-threaded. I have 1819.56 Gigabytes Hard Drive free space. 

Hello I would very much like some help please, I am in the early seventies and find all this computer talk very confusing. I have been reading too much techie stuff in some of the reviews. My editting freezes after I rotate the video file by 90 degrees.  I am using a new Dell Laptop with an i7 processor 16GB RAM and a 1 TB SSD drive.The laptop is only 2 weeks old and has a miniumum of software installed on it.  This is depressing and makes the software unusable.

Win 10/11  What files can I safely remove from boot/Startup and still use Premier2021?  I don't care if it takes longer to load when I need it, but I don't want to break it.
