Premiere Rush

Hi, Every time I render/exsport my project the audio and video desync. Its fine and works perfectly in the editor by not once rendered. It seems like the adjusted playtime of the pngs isnt working maybe because the audion is fine but the video no longer syncs.

Hi, I've surfed across nearly every forum for an answer, however this problem is still happening.When running Premiere rush, my loading screen when starting up the program (trough the creative cloud) freezes when it is loading importerquicktime.bundle. I've tried a method which set delete this in "importerquicktime.bundle". However, when doing this the loading screen freezes on another application. I've tried deleting this one aswell, however it keeps freezing on a new file when doing this constantly. Deleting all the files doesn't really seem like a viable solution. I hope there is someone who could guide me trough the proces of making adobe rush work on a macbook. Thanks in advance. Running on:Macbook pro, MacOS Catalina (10.15.7)

I just got the iPhone 12 pro and the extremely good camera quality is not able to be uploaded to rush for editing. I figured out it only doesn't allow upload when I toggle HDR mode. Otherwise, when I record 4K 60 FPS it works just fine.  I would love to use the HDR feature for videos and be able to edit them in rush! 

I have a day job that pays for my video/graphics hobby, which has been mostly home movies of family vacations, that my family likes enough to watch again and show firends; I am not a pro. I've had this CC subsctription for 3 years, for the home movies and an occasional YouTube video. Im looking to expand my YouTube content - Got 3 or 4 topics to cover with nearly 5TB of video, stills and timelapse from the last 4 years. It all resides on a NAS within my home network, and Ive got a worthy Windows workstation, and a handful of Apple products. Im getting pretty good with Premiere Pro, and exercise some of those support apps for special effects, audio editing and such. Been looking at Premiere Rush, but am confused/daunted by managing the content storage, quality etc. I really dont use CC cloud, and wondering if I should. Have not found a workflow to tap my extensive iCloud content. My current life challenge is only having scattered 1/2hr oppoertunities almost daily to build and edit

For the past couple of months I've noticed that any video in the editor is just CRAWLING.Most of the time I edit a video, the video portion is choppy and almost always appears to be BEHIND the audio.I don't know if the software is getting way ahead of my hardware. I've also checked my drive space, and I have 25GB at the moment.Is anyone experiencing this video lag? 

Hi,I'm trying to export a video to YouTube via Adobe Premiere Rush 1.2.8 on Windows 10 1903 an get a message "An error occurred". The video appears in YouTube Studio and just sits there processing and never finishes. Is there anyway of troubleshooting this at all? There's no details of the error log or any diagnostic information that I could find as to the cause of the error. I have uploaded a previous video a month ago without issue. This software's a bit of a joke TBH. I used up my last 2 trial exports trying to upload this to YouTube, paid for the subscription and still can't get it.

I cannot export my video to YouTube from my iPhone. It gives an error msg that tell me to try again later when I have a betterInternet connection. My wifi is strong. I am very frustrated with this.

I am constantly experiencing problems with Rush. I'm using 2.3 832. I am using Windows 11 Pro, 16G, Core I7, 64 bit. It started by working fine. Now I am constantly getting warnings, crashing, slow, staggered, what should take an hour to edit is actually taking 4-5 hours. I will soon be purchasing else where. Warnings read....No CPU left, I keep nothing on either the laptop as detailed above or the PC simiiar spec. I use external drives and clouds no video kept on devices. Adobe support staff went into my laptop, with my permission and severed the tie to my cloud without asking which I desperately need for work, causing a lot of issues, then dropped me and disappeared when I told them to stop and why. Really bad service from support. They don't ask or discuss what they're doing they just do not consider that a device is used for several reasons. I am also getting warnings saying I need the paid for service, I need to upgrade.....I am already paying for this service monthly. I believe t

Rush tutorial on adding titles is out of date. How do I add a simple title without motion?

Hello everyone, I'm new to RU and I was able to create two videos but the third and any new one I create has huge color change. I'm a photographer and want to ensure my colors match.  The screen capture shows RU color on the left and the right is how my image actually looks.  I'm running desktop Premiere Rush v2.3.0Computer is a gaming computer recently purchased Powerspec (one of the latest) Any help would be amazing! 

Hi there, I have had on and off problems with jumpy playback. When I press play to watch the sequence back it just plays for one second and then jumps back about half a second and repeats. This makes it impossible to do any work. I have attached a video which shows the issue. Please, any help would be really appreciated.  I have tried clearing the cache and this does not work. Thank you!Bronte 

Does anyone have any issues with a red exclamation point-When you upload video content to your phone and then try to edit it on the desktop It's like a red exclamation point that shows instead of your contacts and yes I let it upload completely on my phone to 100% and then I open the app on my desktop and it's still not fully loaded, please help!

I create my videos on my Windows 10 PC (A very standard Intel NUC system, no anti-virus, plenty of memory) but I am forced to render them on my Android phone. The rendering gets a little bit into the rendering and then simply stops. No error messages in the log files, flushed all caches, enabled/disabled hardware acceleration, same results every single time it just stops at a random moment. Recording in lower resolutions than 4k doesn't make a difference. DJI recorded video, these are not uncommon devices.. Can I assume Rush PRO will suffer the same poor results?

Got a DJI Mini 3 Pro. Tried shooting at 4k @283052 which endoces using HVEC. After purchasing the HVEC codecs I edit my video, export but for some reason my video only shows the first frame throughout the whole length. When I go back into Rush, the screen is blue and I can't see anything when I play.Anybody else got this error?Thanks

When my friend tries to use premiere pro to make our project due for tomorrow, we're trying to add graphic overlays and nice looking titles but on his laptop which we've been editing on for a couple days it only has a selection of 5 basic titles where as mine has around 100 different options to choose from, we're both at university and I got my account with University but his is still linked with his previous college account but I don't think that would matter. I've been looking everywhere but this doesn't seem to be an issue anyone has had apart from on IOS but we're on the PC version and both of our programs are up to date so any help would be appreciated within the next 12 hours before its due 🙂

Hello!  When I try to import my AVCHD file into Rush, only parts of the audio import and it is all jumbled.  When I play the same video in Quicktime or open it in iMovie for editing, everything is as it should be.  I am attaching a screen shot so you can see how the audio cuts out at the end.  The audio is also all mixed up in the beginning when I play the clip.  I am running version 1.5.2 and it is up to date. Thanks so much in advance for any help you are able to provide!
