Premiere Rush

Every time I try to export, I nearly immediately get an error that reads "unable to render successfully" and nothing else. How do I fix this? I've already tried power cycling the app and the phone.   Title edited by mod

I have used Adobe software for a decade now and will continue to do so. For the past few years, I use my phone to make videos for my work. Recently I got the iPhone 16. I record in 1080p non HDR just like on my iPhone 11 and the footage is incompatible with Rush. I'm very disappointed as I like the app and most all adobe software. Is this going to be updated soon?

I have been using Premiere Rush for the past week or so with no issues. However recently, I would be in the middle of editing a video when the video preview playback stops and the audio runs. I hit the pause button and the audio stops but when I try to hit the play button, nothing happens. I can move the cursor around in the timeline and perform other functions but nothing works on the playback screen. When I try to close the app entirely, it locks up and I have to close Rush via Task Manager. If I reopen the app again and go to my video project, the playback will work for half a second or so before the same issue happens and I have to repeat the entire process. I have the playback video quality settings on low, I have reset all preferences, I have cleared the cache, restarted my computer and none of that fixed it. I have a newer Lenovo ThinkPad. And the first time i go to open Premiere Rush it crashes. I have gone through several tries to fix based on information found in forum with no luck. I found where this was an issues but not sure there ever was resolution. Can anyone update?

Looks like Adobe Premier Rush still crashes immediately in Windows 11.  Has Adobe not even attempted to fix this yet?  it's been doing it for over a year.  If I have to continue to use Clipchamp I'll probably cut my entire subscription off here.  

Just downloaded the program on desktop and am playing with it. Every clip that I download does not play the audio. I can see the audio tracks, the levels are moving, it's not on mute, but it doesn't play. I tried starting a whole new project with different clips and the same thing.

I'm trying to create a video using Adobe Premiere Rush 2.5.0. I imported a voice over MP3 file and put it on the timeline but when I play it, it plays too fast. When I check the speed - by clicking the speed icon -- it shows 100%. Yes, I can slow it down but I don't understand why that should be necessary. I was expecting it to play at a normal speed. When I play the MP3 file on my computer, its speed is perfectly normal. Am I doing something wrong here?

I had to edit a sermon which was hardly edible. Premiere Rush made it soooo easy, i increased the loudness as directed (audio icon) , and lo and behold, the person's message was loud enough to hear well. Thanks, Adobe!Anita GarciaWebmaster Calvary Baptist Church of Larkspur

Hello, My Adobe Premiere Rush app is not working on ios. I tried reinstalling the app and nothing helped. The app is still loading and you can't create a new project.Can you please help me?  

If there is currently no available version of Premiere Pro that allows users to create .mogrt templates compatible with Premiere Rush — and if Adobe has no plans to reintroduce this functionality — does that mean no new motion graphics templates can be created for use in Premiere Rush, ever?Have I understood this correctly?

Every time I try to import media, I get this message -"Unsupported media type. 1 of 1 media could not be imported"This has happened in the past couple of months, before this I was able to use the app fine. 

In the desktop Adobe Premier Rush, every time I go to a feature like crop or audio, a dialogue box pops up telling me what that feature does. I get it. Now stop. It covers up what I'm trying to do and there seems to be no way to turn these off.

Hello I made subscription on Iphone for one year and when I use it on laptop with the same email there is a massage pops up say that I must buy it because I use premium features why is that happening ? should I buy it twice separately one for mobile and other for laptop?!!!

Hi! While importing pictures from Apple Photos to Adobe Rush, I get an error message that the media type is not supported. This also happens to pictures that I export from Lightroom to my device and then try to import to Rush.  It seems an occasional error. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.Anybody knowing this problem?Thanks! 

Hi, I’m having a problem with a video I was editing. I worked on it about a week ago, and when I came back to continue editing, all the media I used (like videos, images, etc.) now show up as red screens with an exclamation mark icon. I can’t make any more changes, and it looks like I’d have to start all over again.Is there any way to reconnect or recover the original files so I don’t lose all the work I’ve done? 

Hi. I deleted rush from my iPhone to free up storage. After reinstalling it I cannot access premium features. I have tried logging out of my Apple ID on my phone and logging back in. I have tried logging in to my profile from my google accounts, but that doesn't work either. I have record of making the purchase paying for the year - still valid. Purchase does not reflect in active subscriptions in App Store. I am currently overseas and it is difficult to reach any support online. Bots, FAQs and articles don't have any answers for both Apple purchases and Adobe. Any ideas?  

Is there a way to fade music in and out of the video on the mobile app? Having trouble with music starting so sharp and ending so abruptly 

How does one edit out terrible background singing from a video that was recorded during a concert? I'm a noob when it comes to video editing 

Hello,I am using iPad, I've created multiple videos with Adobe Rush. But now when I open the app, it just doesn't stop to load and I can't create new project. The option is grey and cannot be clicked. Please help. I tried to uninstall the app and also log out of  my account, but nothing works 😞Thank you for your advices Denisa

Hello,I downloaded Premiere rush app on my iPhone. I wanted to make a new project and start editing, but when I choose videos I want to edit, I'm not able to create new project. It won't show me blue icon-create. It's still grey.I tried to uninstall it and then install it again, but without any success.

I am struggling since last one month to get Adobe Premiere Rush work with the new laptop (HP Zbook) that I purchased. Rush opens and when I start to "create a project" or click on a video to import, the program crashes. I invested several hours chatting on Adobe Chat and also on windows chat, but even after several attempts the issue is not resolved. I have another HP laptop that runs a windows 11 Version 23H2 and Rush opens there without any issues. So, I have reached a conclusion that its the version 24H2 on windows 11 which is the problem. I tried 4 times t o install the 23H2 version, but after installtion is complete the version is still 24H2. I am not able to install the 23H2 version which might solve the problem. Also, is Adobe going to bring a solution to this problem soon. I have purchsed this laptop only for video and photo editing and not able to use it at all is very frustrating.

In Adobe Rush my project ends on black screen instead of staying on the last frame 

Music files need to be easier to find on local devices. I have music on my Android phone which I add to Rush project files. Instead of folders, I see an alphabetized list of ALL audio file names on the entire device... And I have hundreds. Seeing all folders would make it much easier to quickly find the the files I want to add to the project. Please add this feature!
