I was canceled the subscription to the application 06/14/2020, the money the application is still trying to remove the card. I ask you to check the information and cancel the addiction of money !!!

Hello.  Newbie so please excuse me if this is something very simple.  Using a Google phone and can no longer access local videos; this seems to have occurred at the same time when I linked the phone to a tablet to make editing easier.  Any ideas would be appreciated.  Thank you - Cristian.

Hi Team, I get "Open Production error " when trying to load a project which is in progress. I spent a couple of hours on editing this project and now I can't open it. I've attached the screenshot, I'm using Redmi Note 7 Pro & Rush latest version, which updated on June 10 2020. Please help fix the problem asap.   

Hi, I have been using rush successfully for 3 plus months. 2 days ago it started freezing at "Preparing Media" when importing a new project. Using windows 10 HP Spectre.  I have already:1. Reinstalled Rush2. Deleted Cache files3. Updated the NVidia and Intel Video Drivers.4. Restarted several times during the above process. 5. Created a dump file. Stuck as what to do next. Appreciate the help.

hi, I have been working on a film on premier rush on my phone for the last few weeks and everything has been working perfectly until today, it started throwing me off the app every few minutes and then after about an hour of doing that it’s now telling me ‘can’t open project’ this is super annoying because the film is due in today for university and I only had a few more things to add, could anybody help me please? 

Just spent the better part of 4 hours creating a video in Rush. Went to export and I get an error that just says, "unable to render" no other information.  I am testing this app to see if i want to buy it and I think that the answer is probably "no".  Wasted half a day and now have to start all over in another program.

I made 5 videos for YouTube on my iPhone 10s with VideoLeap.  Getting the footage onto the phone from a GoPro or Canon M50 takes forever wirelessly.  So I got a MacBook Pro and adobe Rush.  Obviously getting the footage onto the Mac and into Rush is almost instant. But now I'm bogged down with the Mac and that my phone is WAY faster at getting the footage onto YouTube!!  Going from Rush to YouTube took forever!! and now YouTube has it but it's 0% uploaded.  So it's basically uploading twice??  Once from Rush to YouTube then again from YouTube to the public?  It's been locked at 0% for 20 minutes and. not moving.  I don't get it.  It already uploaded to YouTube from Rush. 

Hi everyone, first time using premiere rush. I'm attempting to put a title over video but every time I add it, the clip it overlays is blacked out and no title is visible. I've watched every video about addding titles and it doesn't seem like it should be this difficult, so maybe I'm missing something. If someone could help me figure out how to overlay a title onto video, I would be so appreciative!

I've created a video that's 58 minutes long. Exported locally in 4K it's 9.16GB.  In HD it's 3.52GB. First, I cannot directly export from Rush into Vimeo. Second, both local files are too large to upload to Vimeo. Their limit is 500MB per week. So, I have no idea how to use Rush to create a video that is compressed enough and looks good enough to upload to Vimeo. Thanks for your help,Heidi

Hi guys, any help? When I upload a video I want to work on, the video turns purple. Any advice! Downloaded resolution from adobe but that didn't help.

"There was an error decompressing audio or video" is the message I get when I try to import a screen recording taken with StreanLabs OBS. When I try to play the video in VLC, I get the message "This file isn't playable. That might be because the file type is unsupported, the file extension is incorrect, or the file is corrupt." I've tried applications such as Handbrake, but I get the message "No valid sources or titles found." I've used Rush for numerous other videos, and I have never had a problem like this. Any help is appriciated. 

Hello all!Currently working on a time sensitive project.In editing mode and in the preview, my video looks perfect!However, after rendering and exporting it to my computer, there is a clip that goes completely black. (see the issue in the trimmed version of my project at about 17 seconds in)I am using Adobe Premiere Rush 1.5 on a Lenovo laptop with Windows 10.I'd really appreciate some assistance in fixing this project ASAP.Thank you!

So, I recently downloaded both premiere pro and premiere rush to see which one is better to start with my video editing skills. However, I wasn't even able to start anything since both the apps would go irresponsive in no time, and I'm using ROG Strix Scar III for the record and it's not even using the Nvidia GPU when it is running! How do I resolve this issue?

From the project dashboard in Adobe Premiere Rush, I'm trying to open a project and when I do, the project doesn't fully open.  I see a screen (attached) and nothing happens. I've tried to rename the project, duplicate it, turn sync on/off and nothing happens.  Other projects open except that one. I've tried uninstalling/reinstalling adobe premiere. I've been on chat with Adobe support but so far they have been of no real help.

 I have the app on my mobile phone and I wanted to export more videos which I have created. I paid the monthly subscription of £8 and 99 but it's still saying I have reached my limit on the application. I have logged out and log back in as well as reinstalling the application. I still have no idea can anyone help me please?

Hi,Extremely green in regards to using any editing software.  I've managed to simply cut the scenes together but the last few seconds or even shorter than that I have part of the video that flashes to my face I'm assuming exiting out of the program.  I'm trying to cut this out but when running the video all the way through it's not even a part of the film.  It's like one of those hidden messages flashing up.  I want to edit this out.  Even when pulling in the film bars to shorten the entire clip, it still flashes this at the end 

I edited a video on desktop - all great.  But then bumped into all manner of crashing issues, when trying to Share/Export.  I have a separate ticket for that here:https://community.adobe.com/t5/premiere-rush/adobe-premier-rush-crashing-on-windows-10/td-p/11194866?page=1 I managed to get the video to sync, and downloaded the project, to my Android phone, Samsung S9 - so thought I would render from there...  That looked like it was rendering fantastically.  Though can only export to Youtube not download to the phone.  No matter, I tried putting it up into my Youtube account. I thought I'd found an (annoying but functional) workaround... But that has a DIFFERENT issue (frame rates, audio rates, or maybe some kind of settings cross compatibility from desktop to phone, or something?!?) See the mangled result here (this plays just fine, on the phone, and on Rush on my laptop, pre exporting):https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YCNXc3eays4 Any idea

I imported a new set of .mov files into a project. They imported just fine and show in my preview window just fine. Upon export, all of the clips from that imported batch do not show in the exported video. Audio from those clips work fine, but no video. I then opened the project on a mobile device and those same clips don't show in preview when editing. Just black screen. What can I preview on my desktop but not my phone? Why can I import a file, preview and edit, but have the export of that clip only be the audio?I'm on a Macbook Pro and iPhone 11pro

Hello,I am having an issues with my video color when uploading a clip to adobe rush. It shows up green and pink. I have read through some other post about the same issue and noticed a solution could be updating my intel drivers. I ended updating 3 different things and I restarted my dell laptop and the issues isn't going away. Please help!

I foolishly assumed the Google Pixel 4 was a supported device, but the Play Store is telling me it's not.Any idea when we can expect to see support for this phone?It's not like it's old tech...

I'm having issues with exporting my videos.Ive already purchased the the unlimited plan but it is still saying I need to do so and won't allow me to complete a export after I'm finished editing. I have waited a day and it's still saying the same thing?

I'm trying to create in Adobe Premiere Rush a time lapse with 240 photos. I selected all the photos in the timeline and the speed controls ar still gray, not increasing the speed. Can someone help me?
