Premiere Rush

Please allow me to import videos from my phone. This is what happens when I try to import videos 

Hi all, Trying to add non-animated text on Rush but option not there. I go to Graphics but there is no option for simple text, just animated titles. Any tips? Thanks!

While trying to get an added image exactly where I want it and how long I want it is very difficult. The controls of left and right arrow do not work to allow very small, incremental movements through the video channel in order to trim the added overlay images. Very frustrating. Also on adding titles, they sometimes do not change color backgrounds the way they are supposed to--cannot actually get the black color background and change it. Again, very frustrating.

I've installe Premiere Rush on my tablet to work wherever. But, when i open the app, the screen always rotate and i can use it. The app works perfectly on my phone, but not in my tablet (I've already tried to lock rotation, the problem did'nt fixed)

On the 9th of November Premiere Rush was working fine on my laptop. On the 13th November Premiere Rush started running very slowly, crashing and now videos have stopped playing in the video editting/ preview window- I see only a black screen.I have cleared the cache, checked the graphics driver and windows have installed the latest updates. I deleted a number of projects incase there was an issue with space but I am not seeing any improvement. The program has become unusable which is a pain as I have several projects to work on. Has there been an update to Premiere Rush that is causing issues?

Adobe was working amazing! Suddenly it refuses to download the video I've been working on. It keeps saying no internet connection while i do have a good one! It does the download but at the end it stops and im out of the app ! Help!

Some of my videos which I've gotten off my partner (airdrop) from our trip are acting weird, when the video is paused it's good quality, as soon as I click play it goes to blurry, both drone footage and iPhone camera footage I received does the same thing? Is it different frame rates?

Cant uplod my videos to the app since i changed into iphone 16

So i made half of a music video on adobe rush, and i logged back in and the video was gone? ERASED! then i called for technical support, and the lady just hung up on me!! Whats up with this program, im paying $22 a month for this BS !! How do i save the video? I dont see that option, i just logged back in a couple times and the project was there, then i logged in the last time and my project was erased?!?! How do i save my project in your app? and log back in and pull it back up?

Hi everyone, I’m having trouble syncing my school OneDrive account with Adobe Premiere Rush on my MacBook Air. Issue: 1. My OneDrive is visible in Finder and works fine.2. I have installed OneDrive’s app and successfully logged in with my school account.3. However, Premiere Rush doesn’t recognize or sync with OneDrive.4. The cloud storage option I see in Premiere Rush is Creative Cloud Files, but no OneDrive.  Any advice or workarounds would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!

Hello. I own an MSI Katana.I7, 16 gb ram, nvidia rtx4060 8gb.I use Adobe rush for video editing and it happens very often to me that the image jerks and then the laptop crashes. I always have to close it or reset it to resume my activity, after which I suffer the same again.What could be the problem. The laptop is almost new, I bought it again a month ago.

I recently switched to Premiere Rush, and my Video Preview is bugged. It constantly flickers and I can't see a majority of it. Is there a way, if any, to fix this?

I have been payng for and using Rush for years. Probably 4-5 years. In the early days it seemed ok, but far out is it unstable. To a point where it is almost unusable.It freezes, crashes, doesn't save work. I am so fed up with this.Sometimes I get a message saying "We ahven't been able to auto save your work in a while, exit and reopen the project", or words to that effect, and then it freezes when I do this.Why has this app not been fixed after so many years?? This is really unacceptable.I keep thinking about uninstalling and reinstalling, but I have some important projects I dont want to lose.... 

the app is only available in portrait mode on phones, perhaps a landscape version to edit as it gives more space

Hi,The Adobe Rush app doesn't seem to support the 21:9 ratio on Android? It's a shame because I film with this ratio, it's a standard ratio. I want to get the premium version, do you know if there is an update planned to customize the ratios?

Why do premier rush protect the original video dimensions? There is only four options and the app automaticly crop my videos according to the selected dimension. 

I don't know if I'm the only one experiencing this problem but the editing on Rush is awful!!!! It never does what you want it and when you go to preview it the preset looks completely different than when I put it on the video. Am I just a bad editor or does anyone else have this issue? I feel like they give you nothing to work with to brighten/ fix lighting and just make it look worse than before. 

I saw a YouTube video where 3 video clips were added into one screen and split between 1 template so the video plays as one with 3 different videos in one. He added a template which I think was a png file but in description it was a link to adobe express template. He then imported it via media along with video clips but I can't see a way of downloading and importing this template into Rush? Below is link to the video. I produce content for my school to go on Instagram etc. Lately I have been having problems with the titles templates. The nice ones have disappeared. And All I am left with are the tired old ones. This happens a lot and now all my videos are gone too. I use it on my iphone. I updated the other day and now this happened. (it is the same on the desktop versjon too, I use a mac. Latest software.)the same thing happened last time i updated. this is just sad and so unprofessional of adobe... this is not just some random free app. this is paid for. so I am wondering if i should just give up on rush and take my editing to a different app. Or maybe someone has a good tip? Look at the photo for titles options. Its not mindblowing 🙂

Hi, for some reason Adobe Rush has started to play back video too slow in the preview area, looks like about 80 percent or so. Also, no sound comes out, although the volume-meter lower right shows vivid green bars indicating sound should play. Any idea?

Hi. Could anyone help me please solve my problem with my Adobe Rush videoes... everytime I export a project there are some Black stains showing up for a couple of miliseconds at different place of the video - each of them totally ruins the video... i'm using Samsung a34 for shooting. Please help me.  

Please help, I have just purchased a new computer and re-installed Adobe Rush onto it but I keep on being asked to upgrade my plan and I am already a paying member.
