Premiere Rush

I have had a bunch of problems with Rush (for desktop) over the last few weeks - thankfully most of which have been resolved, but the one that is nagging me the most is a random pop-up message saying, "Auto Save Incomplete: We haven't been able to automatically save changes to your project in a while. Please close & re-open the project to save now and ensure you don't lose any work." How can I fix this? Note: I have a completely updated Dell XPS 7590 w/ 32 GB RAM + up-to-date Windows 10 + up-to-date Adobe products as well.

In premiere rush I get a notification that my iCloud storage is full ... where is it located so I can clear up unwanted old projects

I've tried to upgrade several times. Money has left my account and the app STILL won't let me use Premium features. I've had this issue on and off for MONTHS and it's extremely frustrating guessing if the app is going to work! I'm a content creator and most of my work has deadlines and it's frustrating paying for something that almost never works!!!!

This is so frustrating I had to export ad Part DEUX of 8 minutes to the Part One which is 45 minutes.  What advice do you have to prevent this from happening. Hello, I'm using Rush on my Samsung galaxu s10 and the app is continually crashing. It's a shame because I really like the simplicity of the app but right now it's almost impossible to use as it is crashing at every step  Thanks for your help Kim

Buongiorno, È da qualche giorno che, nonostante la mia connessione internet funzioni benissimo su tutto, all'interno dell'applicazione, continua a segnalarmi (vedi foto) l'impossibilità di procedere con nuovi progetti, a causa dell'assenza di internet. Ho anche provato a disinstallare e scaricare nuovamente l'app, ma nulla (tolto il fatto che, non mi sono neanche rimasti in memoria i vecchi video creati, nonostante io abbia fatto l'accesso con lo stesso account). Qualcuno può darmi una mano a risolvere, per favore?   

May i know why the hell Adobe Premier Rush isn't available for the most of Android devices? I am currently using Oneplus 8 Pro and its the most updated phone currently in terms of system and specifications but still this app isnt available on Google Play store. It says my device isnt compatible!Can someone explain me?

Good day  My Premier Rush does not open, even though it updated to the new version. It's just blank when I start it???

When I try to save my files in Adobe Rush on my Google Pixel 8 Pro, it is incredibly slow. It takes 5 minutes to reach 4-5% and then it stops.

You guys have the best editing program with adobe premier how does ur mobile app not even allow you to fade the audio???? U have Adobe money you would think that your editing app would be a little better than this. I'm sure it will improve but right now this app sucks.

I have a 12.9ninch iPad Pro that will not import MP4 files into Adobe Rush. I always get  the message 'unsupported media type. 1 of  1 media could not be imported. Any ideas?

Hi, I had a bluescreen of death crash on my windows laptop and now on startup I cannot find the file I was working on in Premiere Rush. I had shut the program and found the file on startup earlier in the day, now however there is no sign of it. Please help as I am worried I have lost an entire days work. Thanks in advance,

when I downloaded this app I wanted to post my first video and it was a large file two large files. When I download it it was slow and then when it was 100%, it lost all its progress, and which I didn't like this. I tried again and again I still don't like it I'm just gonna move onto CapCut

I (like many) have a gazillion photos in my iPhone photo library. I have hundreds of albums all in various folders. When accessing them through Rush there is no way to:1. Search and sort2. Use the iPhone folder structure (so I just have a million albums). Use case: If I have theee albums for a trip I took I may put them in a folder called City Trip. Each album is for something different and warrants an album to make or easier to share with others or use in an album specific project. But if wanted to create a rush project I have to scroll and find each album versus just the folder and add all. I am likely a minority user in this case but maybe others could find it useful. Right now I have to upload each album to Drop Box and then edit limiring the ability for offline and a lot of waiting.

I literally tried to post then I looked it up and I realize that you have to pay.

So I woke up this morning, turned on my computer, and was met with this message: "[Insert File Name Here].mp4 has been removed." This is the first time I have ever gotten this message. Now good news is I still have the original file in another folder. Even better, this file was part of a video I recently finished and have rendered fully to my computer as an MP4. But still, this is a massive problem when you know that when you remove a file from Creative Cloud, that file (I assume) is also removed from your video in Premier Rush (which is what I use to make my YouTube videos). For CC to just randomly decide to remove files without my permission is unacceptable, especially when I'm paying money to use Premier Rush. What can I do to stop Creative Cloud from messing around with my files? Any and all help is always apprecited!MGVMatronicArt.comP.S.: I included a screenshot of the actual Notification.

Are they backed up somewhere. I am using iphone and not used rush for a while. All has gone.
