Hello. I have the same issue Acrobat.exe and Acrord32.exe Windows processes are open after closing browser I have an application, which preview *.pdf files and processes remains in Task Manager after I closed the preview windows. How can I fix this issue?

Bonjour, j'ai un problème avec la fonction de surlignage depuis aujourd'hui. Lorsque je surligne du texte, la couleur couvre le texte au lieu de se placer derrière celui-ci. Si je met du jaune, par exemple, sur le texte, ce dernier devient en grisé très pâle, au lieu de rester intact comme avant le surlignage. Pourquoi le surlignage fait pâlir les textes maintenant? C'est la première fois que j'ai ce problème depuis les nombreuses années que j'utilise Adobe Acrobat Reader. Merci. 

After re-installing my computer I do not have the option to enable "E-Declaracje" in the tool menu Adobe Reader DC. I've done everything...

I'ts been a couple of weeks that my installation of Adobe reader weirded out, now everything has a green tint to it but there isn't any accessibility option turned on, all the icons are green, most pages background (but not always, sometimes it renders correctly), most functions lead to a popup showing "internal error" and so on. I've tried to uninstall it and re-install but without success. Can you help me?  

Hi,When updating the systems in our environment i am getting the below error.This error is see if pushed to the systems or manually installed.Error 2254.Database: Transform: Cannot update row that does not exist. Table: Shortcut Is this a issue with the new update for October? Is there going to be a new version released to correct this or is there a way to allow this update to install. Adobe Root CA certificate on Reader Extended PDFs expiring soon!!   Impact:   After January 07 ’23, you will no longer be able to use the existing certificate to create new Reader Extended PDFs because Adobe leverages a PKI (public key infrastructure) to issue digital certificates for use in licensing and feature enablement. Adobe-issued certificates under the Certificate Authority (CA), ICA and EE are scheduled to expire on January 7, 2023. It will lead to the expiration of all certificates issued under this certificate authority.   Adobe Root CA is the root certificate for some certificates used by Adobe Acrobat and Acrobat Reader. Acrobat Reader uses Adobe-issued certificates to enable extended use rights in specific workflows. Today, for some unknown reason, my Acrobat Reader highlighter turned pale.  I'd like to make it darker, but there appear to be only two things I can adjust: color and opacity.  If I change the opacity enough to darken the highlight, the text I'm highlighting gets hidden.  If the opacity is high enough to show dark text, the highlight is pale.  Is there any way to have fully black text and full-color highlight?  It's been that way for a couple of years until today.

Since last update, highlighting text blurrs or dismays the text's graphic quality. Below is an image showing highlighted text before and after the update:

I have highlighted, bookmarked some of pdf pages, but later on those edits were missing. How it could be possible? & how to prevent it?

I just purchased a package plan to convert pdf files to word documents and language conversion.  It is not accepting my pdf documents.  Please advise.

Hi, I'm trying to roll out Adobe Reader DC to all laptops within my org using Intune.  I downloaded the setup.exe applied it to Intune and it rolls out successfully. But for some reason Adobe keeps upgrading it to Acrobat without warning after a week.  This changes the MSI GUID causing Intune to retry installing generating errors.  I know I can switch to file checking but the upgrade switches directories and .exes.  What a nightmare. Does anyone know how I can just roll out Reader without Adobe trying to upgrade to Acrobat?Adobe Reader is such a standard application for every org.  I'm surprised theres no documentation supporting such a simple task.  I just want to install reader and keep it lol.Thanks, Brad

Hello, I have a windows 2016 terminal server with last version of adobe reader dc 21.001.20138.29261When I click on the send mail button in the upper right side of the reader, and tell that use my default mail program (outlook 2016) and send as attach, it shows me an error "error sending mail" Any clues how to solve it?  

The email option in adobe reader no working. it was just random, the software has been reinstalled. I tried the cached option in outlook but that also did not help

I've done the help of Preferences/Genaral - click in block that says: Enable PDF thumbnail in Windows explores - No suscses. Please, is there any other sugestions? I've include which version I'm using. Windows 10 PRO - version 21H2 - 64bit. PleaseI have so many PDF - and just can't open each one, to see what is in it. I need the thumbnails, to see intantly. Thanks for your help.

Hello, Just received two EPS files from a designer.I am unable to open those files with the ADOBE  ACROBAT READER DC (despite reading that it can be done and downloading the program to my computer).I just found out that the program GRAVIT can open my EPS files but they have since been converted to ADOBE files so GRAVIT cant open them.How do I get those files to NOT HAVE THE ACROBAT READER trying to open them.?Should I uninstall ADOBE ACROBAT READER or is there  simpler solution?Will be so grateful for any help.Thank you in advance.Deborah S

Hello...I'm new to the community and I hope I can get the desired help...In the last couple of months, I've downloaded the Adobe reader version ( I can't remember the exact version number) which added new changes, good interface changes, rearrangements, and some tool fixes.Unfortunately, my laptop was formatted.. when I decided to download the latest version now all these changes are not found and its returns to the old layout and interface...So how I get this againSorry for bad English and not specific problem.

 Every time I create a new PDF I get this pop up and it's driving me insane. It persists for no reason. How do I disable this? Thank you?

Hello, I really need your help. Every time I start the acrobat reader app a window pops up with a prompt "Work with PDFs while browsing the web." See the screenshot. As far as I can tell it is not possible to exit out of this popul window and use the app. All of the controls in the pop-up do not work- The X in the upper-right- The Continue Button- The Learn More link- The checkbox The Application won't quit or minimize- I have to use the Mac's Force Quit to exit out of the app. I'm on Mac oS Monterey.  I know the issue is not with the mac itself as this mac is brand new and I was using this app perfectly for the past three days and this issue just started today. I've uninstalled and re-installed the application. No change.Thanks for your help!

Adobe Acrobat Reader DC is running very slow opening up PDF files. The version of Acrobat I am using is 2017.012.20098. I'm using an Intel Core i7 processor with 8GB's of RAM and a Windows 10 OS. I have already tried a lot of the suggestions posted on the forum but nothings worked so far.

When I try to insert a text field, the following error message appears: "An error has occurred that may be resolved by installing the latest version of the Traditional Chinese Language Support Pack." (translated from German) This problem exists since a few months.  I use Adobe Acrobat Reader Version 2022.003.20258 with my MacBook Pro from 2015 (macOS Monterey Version 12.6). I know that there has been the same question a few years ago that has been solved (https://community.adobe.com/t5/acrobat-reader-discussions/acrobat-reader-dc-on-mac-an-error-has-occurred-that-may-be-fixed-by-installing-the-latest-version-of/td-p/9976932) but the answer doesn't work for me because I can't open the link.

Hi there everyone.I hope there is someone out there that has a solution to this as i have literally tried everything.I started a new job with a new Windows PC and needed to open some PDF documents, now after downloading the Acrobat reader from the adobe website i installed it and after that it would just refuse to open at all. I would click on the icon and the pc would think for a couple of secs with the little blue ring next to the pointer and then would just do nothing.After many attempts or restarting the pc, uninstalling and reinstalling the program i gave up on that and proceeded to download Adobe Creative Cloud and tried getting reader form there. Downloaded as expected, installed as usual but after running that still the same issue.I have even resorted to look up the issue on YouTube and even tried running a .exe file called Eula buried in the system files with no success whatsoever.I hope that was enough info to give you an idea.please if anyone has any idea, share it because i

Hi..I had upgraded fromt he Reader to Reader Dc but when i go to install the file nothing happens..I downloaded the installer and open it but after that it flashes and nothing happens..I have rebooted and tried downlaoding it on Chrome as well as safari and nothing is happening..any advice would be appreciated
