when i m exporting any pdf to word an error is coming like this:

Hi,I have a PDF document of 5'' x 8'' size. I would like to add custom margins (adding white space) to all sides:Top: 0.605, Bottom: 0.605, Left: 0.57, Right: 0.57such that the page size becomes 6.14" x 9.21" . Is it possible to do so with Acrobat DC without scaling the content such that custom white space of specified mesaurement is added to all sides? Shall be grateful if anyone could helpin this regard.Thanks & Regards,Aman   

Hi everybody,we have many pdf files, where we added a custom Link to our dms. The link looks like: "d3://d3explorer/idlist=GP01967690". In Word and other applications like different browsers, we can open this links. Only in Adobe Acrobat Reader DC we can't open this links. At the first click on the link, we get a security warning. Then we press "accept" and the "website" is listed in the known and accepted websites. But we can still not open the custom link.Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Version: 21.007.20091 With the Adobe Acrobat Pro DC we can open this links. But we wont buy licenses for 1700 peoples. So we need a solution for the Reader. Tanks for all you help! RegardsJonas

Hello,Am unable to upload a bank statement, it gives me the error that the file is password protected, even though it isn't. July to Decemeber, all statements I am able to upload easily except for the September statement. File propoerties do not show any password protection too, please can someone help resolve? ThanksDanny

My PDF documents won't print I get the message "Impossible to print" then "no pages selected". I can print the same documents from Chrome, though.  What is the problem?

German:Hallo zusammen, ich habe eine PDF Datei mit über 80 berechnenden Feldern. Diese habe ich ganz normal mit den Formularoptionen "Berechnen" eingestellt. Jetzt möchte Adobe aber nach jedem Feldwechsel alle 80 Felder aktualisieren und berechnen. Das macht die gesamte PDF Datei sehr langsam. Meine Idee war jetzt die Berechnungen direkt am Anfang zu stoppen und zwar solange, bis ein Button am Ende der PDF geklickt wurde auf dem "Berechnen" steht. Dann sollen alle Berechnungen einmal durchgeführt werden und anschließend wieder alles gestoppt werden. Hat hier jemand Erfahrung und kann mir evtl. weiterhelfen? Vielen Dank im Voraus. English:Hey there, i have a PDF File with over 80 calculating fields. I am trying to search for a key word in a document.  (The word is "contact".  Without the quotes.)Reader will search, list all the instances it finds of the word "contact" and immediately seize up and force a shut down.I get the following error message:" Acrobat Reader DC has stopped working"   and "A problem caused the program to stop working correctly.  Windows will notify you if a solution is available"I have tried downloading the latest version of Reader (apparently my version IS the latest).I went into help and checked for updates, no updates.I am using Windows 10, with an i7 processor that is about 2 years old.Restarting the computer makes absolutely no difference.This is seriously affecting me.

I have several documents I use all the time for patients.  With in the last couple months my documents freeze and quit when I'm using fill and sign.  I tried adobe cleaner, uninstalled, reinstalled. looking on the forums and can't find a solution. I got it to work by typing the patient information in a word document and copy and pasting to the fill and sign blocks, but this is not what I want to do.

Hello,I'm using Acrobat Pro DC (university install). Everytime I launch the search engine (using ctrl F) it takes a VERY long time to load (around one minute). The app also becomes unresponsive during that time and may even crash (if I become impatient and start clicking to "wake it" 🙂 ).Once it has loaded it works flawlessly and lightening fast, but loading and waiting is a real pain.So what's wrong with my install?(running updated W10Pro on a high-end computer only 2 months old, with no other issue)Thanks!Alain

My Adobe Acrobat Reader DC kept crashing so I decided to update my OS on Mac (to Catalina), uninstall Adobe, reinstalled it - and it just keeps crashing. So I deleted it and then used this tool to clean it - https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/cleaner.html#known-issues And then reinstalled it only to have it continue to not work. Any ideas of what I can do to get it operating on my Mac again?! 

Musím otevřít jakýkoliv PDF po spuštení PC, pokud ho chci používat i po zbytek dne. I tak to funguje omezeně. Nesmím zavřít okno PDF conzole. Mám W10 Pro se všemi aktualizacemi.Dokumenty jsou převážně podepsané a obsahují ISDOC. Skusil jsem i bez.Skusil jsem 64 i 32 bitovou verzi. Opravit instalaci také nepomáhá. Na internetu tahle chyba není. Chybu to nezobrazí při generování žádnou. Dokument je také v pořádku vygenerován. Ale neotevře se automaticky. Jen občas to po strašně dlouhé době napíše, že mám dokument uložit než s ním skončím.

Hello, Can you please add a "recently closed" index to the file menu? The current "Open Recent File" index shows what you've opened recently, whereas I'd like to much more easily find documents that I've accidentally closed regardless of how long ago I opened them (especially because I don't know the files' specific names, so it would be great to just have that "recently closed shortcut). Thank you!

We have an issue where Adobe Reader has been upgrading to Adobe Pro by iself. This is a Windows Server 2019 computer with RDS. I have installed Reader a few times following https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/install-reader-dc-windows.html But some time after, usually the next day, Adobe Pro is installed and Reader has been uninstalled.None of my users have local admin rights on the server so im not sure how this is happening. If anyone knows why this may be happening please let me know. 

I have a subscription to Adobe PDF convert and have used it successfully on my windows 10 laptop. Today I signed in and tried to convert a PDF to Word without success. I can access the PDF file but when I press convert in the top right hand corner it just comes up with a blank screen and the side bar showing convert PDF does not respond. At the bottom it also mentions take a free 7 day trial. What am I doing wrong please?

Hi there, I'm trying to export a .SVG file from a .AI file. However, when I save it, I get the following error in the generated file: error on line 46 at column 103: Namespace prefix sodipodi for nodetypes on path is not defined.I am trying this all my other ai files and now they are giving the same problem that never do before.how can solve this problem 

sometimes when i'm trying to open pdf files from my USB, it gives me a message saying Adobe Acrobat Reader "could not be open the file because it is either not a supported file type or because the file has been damaged".strangely, this has also happened when i tried downloading an Excel version of a PDF. i fully scanned my entire USB with my Norton Antivirus, where i was told i had no virus in there, and also tried uninstalling then reinstalling Adobe Acrobat Reader yesterday. for some reason, it seems to mostly happen with PDFs possibly larger than 1000KB, though i did get the same message when i tried opening a PDF at around 600KB. even stranger, when i tried downloading PDFs larger than 1000KB from a website whose name i can't remember right now, they opened up just fine. these files seem to open after i download them but, in most cases, when i eject my USB and then put it back in, they throw error messages saying they can't open.could someone please help me figure out what's going

I have used Acrobat Reader DC on many PC's and have suddenly hit a re-occurring fault on this latest Lenovo Laptop with latest version of W10 and Acrobat Reader DC - please note that this does not seem to ever happen with Acrobat X Reader, Foxit Reader or other types of Reader tried - including  Microsoft Edge.  I have attached JPG's below. One way of getting from non-distorted to distorted is yo point and click in the text area - another way to undistort is to scroll the text/page off screen and back.Any advice please? - note DC only seems to go like this on this PC - have 3 others here and all OK. Thanks 

I have link in one document, when i clic on it, it jump to correct page, but resize page, change zoom. For example, i am on page 50, have link to page 69. It work but zoom change from 75% to 396% ! It is terrible.I tryed change everything but still the same. How i should disable this?

I have Acrobat Reader and I'm typing on a fillable PDF form and I would like to change the font/text size. I've read some questions and answers on the Adobe forum and it seems that the text functions on what's called "Auto-Fit" in which the text size changes to the size that needed to fit the box that you're typing in and the text consequently becomes smaller as  more text is added so that it fits the box. However, sometimes the text ends up much too small for the size of the box and is therefore difficult to read so I'd like to enlarge it.  I would also like to be able to reduce the size of the text in other boxes when it comes out very large because I only typed a sentence or two. After reading the forums, I'm wondering if I need to purchase Acrobat DC in order to do this. Thank you.

Sometimes I receive documents that have been scanned to me upside down or sideways. I am able to rotate the view to "right side up"  but if I save the document into my hard drive it does not save the change and goes back to being upside down.  I have Adobe Acrobat DC which I thought was the highest level of document manipulation. What do I have to do or get to make this issue go away?

Hi, we are planning on update from DC2017 to DC 2020 on server 2016, when we update to patch 2020.004.30017 (newest version), the right click print function will get and error message "Adobe Acrobat Reader 2020 has stopped working" and will need to close the program.But the same install on Windows 10 works perfectly fine. Any ideas? Thanks

I recently reinstalled Windows on my PC and I don't know if I saved my certificates the right way.I took the .pfx files from the appdata location of Adobe and imported each one with:Edit > Preferences > Signatures > Identities & Trusted Certificates > More > Add IDThe import worked, the certificate appears in the list, but when I open a file signed with that certificate some functionalities are disabled (clearing a signature for example).Right-click on the signature opens a menu without the "Clear signature" button and right-click on a empty space inside the signatures panel shows the "Clear all signatures" button, but it is grayed out.
