I created a pdf document to test the effectiveness of your Adobe Sign digital signature tool. I placed the image of my signature and the signed document appears with the proper legend that it is certified and securely so as not to be copied or modified.But: oh! Surprise! that same file can be exported to Word and there anyone can modify the content and extract my signature. How is it possible?My question is how can I prevent a signed and even password protected document from being exported to Word?I urgently request your help in this time of pandemic and virtual communication.Thank you very much.An@CL

Hello everyone. ADOBE ACROBAT READER DC - Version 2021.007.20099 A PDF document was sended to us supposedly signed with Adobe Acrobat (version is unknown)When we open it we can´t see the electronic signature (neither in the signature panel). Only a field to sign the document (1) If we open the document with Microsoft Edge we can see what is supposed to be a electronic signature made with Adobe Acrobat (2) If we sign the same document with ADOBE ACROBAT READER DC the electronic signature looks perfect in the field and valid (3) Capture is attached. Can you help us?Thanks in advance.

Recently I can´t open a 3Dpdf (that is generated via Adobe Acrobat Pro + Tetra4D) with Adobe Acrobat Reader DC anyomore. I get an error message telling "A 3D data parsing error has occured". There has been an updated recently to Adobe Reader to 2021.007.20091 (I don´t know if that has anyting to do with it?). Can you advice, please?

Hola, no sé porque hay veces que el Adobe no me visualiza los PDF 3D, donde sale un error que dice "Error de análisis de datos en 3D". He buscado en internet donde te recomiendan cambiar el nombre de una carpeta llamada DC a DC_OLD. Incluso haciendo esto no se soluciona el problema.Pido que alguien me ayude, porque cada dos por tres pasan estas cosas con Adobe. Nosotros utilizamos Solidworks para crear los PDF 3D, supuestamente no hay problemas por su parte.

Has anyone discovered a way to display the Century Gothic font on .pdf documents viewed by Adobe Reader DC on a Mac? If not, is it an option to activate a fallback font instead?

Does anyone know how to load the "Connections" font?  I'm receiving an error message whenever I open a PDF that uses this font.  Thanks. 

Hi SmithKarl   Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble. As described, Adobe Acrobat Reader DC can´t open 3D-pdf anymore and throwing the error "A 3D data parsing error has occured"   Please try to update the application to the recent version 21.07.20099 from the help menu > Check for updates and reboot the computer once and see if that works for you.   You may also try the steps below and see if that helps: 1. Close Adobe Acrobat /Reader DCversion and rename the following folders: C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Local\Adobe\Acrobat\DC to C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Local\Adobe\Acrobat\DC_OLD If visible, C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Local\Adobe\Acrobat\20XX to C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Local\Adobe\Acrobat\20XX_OLD 2. Reboot the computer once.   Hope this information will help   Regards Amal

Hello, I have created a 3D pdf of a CAD assembly. This gives a nice 3D model and modelstructure. By which means we can review the model and let people investigate how the assembly is constructed. The challenge is how to find a specific component in the assembly? So I can see what it's position is in the assembly. It has it's own name in the model structure. However the (advanced) search doesn't search in the model tree. Thanks in advance for thinking along.

Hi,Acrobat reader DC crashes when I open some filled pdf forms. These forms can be opened with chrome without any issue.Here are what I have tried1. Fully re-installed Acrobat Reader2. When I use measuring tool to measure the distance between points, there are 2 problems:The arrow cannot be displayed.The distance value was put to a comment box. I tried to change the properties of the dimension but it seems no effect at all.However, when i drag the end of the dimension, the arrow comes out. Hello, I added my one drive account to Adobe Reader, and was hoping to be able to see shared files but I can't.  All I can see are the folders, and files that I have created under "Files".  When I click on "Shared" nothing is there, although there should be a couple different files that have been shared with me.  Is there a way to make the shared folders and files appear? I know that the files have been shared with me because when I go directly to my one drive I see them, but in adobe under shared nothing is there. 

I'm using Acrobat Reader on my MacBook, and at the most inopportune times and inconvenient times I get a request to have to sign into Acrobat Reader, AGAIN! How do I disable the constant need to sign-in every few days? I'll be using Acrobat Reader for a number of days in a row and then suddenly the dreaded sign-in appears again and my work is interuppted and my train of thought is interferred with. How can this constant sign-in nag be avoided and just stay signed in forever or until I sign out?

Plus moyen, de scroller ou de fermer la page. Suis obligée de passer par le gestionnaire de fin de tâche. Je l'ai désinstallé, réinstallé plusieurs fois, j'arrive toujours au même résultat. Je suis sur Windows 8.1 64 bits (et oui un vieux machin). Mais j'ai vraiment besoin de conseils pour arriver à imprimer mes docs. Merci

Hi there,until a week ago (or so) I used to digitally sign .pdf documents created with MS Word and exported as .pdf file before sending them by e-mail. I was using two different computers for this (a notebook and a desktop), both of them running Windows 10 (legally activated and regularly updated; both of them with Win 10 version 1511 build No. 10586.318). For the digital signature I used a USB dongle with my digital identity (Nexus Personal digital certificate), with a traceable digital certificate valid until December 31, 2016. Everything was working smooth on both computers - until suddenly something happened.Now I am unable to digitally sign any .pdf document through Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Version 15.016.20045 using this digital certificate on any of my computers. The sticky note text does appear when I right-click and select "Open Pop-Up Note." However, the text appears only as many boxes when I roll my cursor over the note. Any suggestions? I've been working on this same document for months, and the problem only appeared today. This problem shows up on most of the sticky notes, but not all.

I found what appears to be a text/html extraction utility for PDFs that is installed with Adobe Reader called "acrotextextractor.exe". Cannot find any information on this tool but was hoping it could be used from a command line to extract data from a PDF. Does anyone know how to use this tool?

Hello all, I've got a problem in Acrobat when I open a 3D file, the quility of the files in sudenly much lower. This morning it seems that I had a update or something, because all my setting where gone and back to the standard settings. Before that i didn't had any problems or what so ever. I tried "Enable Protected Mode at Startup" but also that isn't working. Also tried to reinstall Acrobat, but the problem seems to stay the same.  Here is an example, maybe not the best, but the only one i've got, the first one is before the update and the second photo is after the update. As you can see the lines are much more pixeled now than before.  PC:Windows 11NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060Intel Core i7-8750H CPU If someone knows what to do or what i'm doing wrong, please let me know!Thank,AJ
