Can anyone help?Adobe Reader DC is installed on an RDS Remote Server. Recently an Adobe sign in page has been appearing. If closed, the app closes also. Can't use the app with the sign in on the screen either.It has been uninstalled and reinstalled and is fine for a short while then it happens again.Uninstalled again, ADOBE cleaner ran and re-installed. Same again after a few days.Free Adobe Reader DC 64Bit Continous Release ver. 2021.007.20095Do I need a diffrent version on an RDS Terminal Server?Anyone have any solutions please?

It is honestly unimaginable to me that a CLOUD-BASED SERVICE, when crashed, does not by default save notes. I lost DAYS OF WORK. This product is not free. Therefore it should provide better data protection services or just stop offering pdf edits. Incredibly infuriating and just unbelievable. Shame. 

We have Adobe Reader DC - v21.007.2009x installed on all our Windows 2016 Citrix servers. Since the latest Reader release, we have experienced blank pages being sent to printers. The .pdf documents open and display correctly within the Adobe Reader window. However, after selecting File>Print and choosing the desired printer, the rendering of the print preview is a blank page and this is how it prints as well. This occurs regardless of the type of printer and user. Reverting to that last used version of Adobe Reader DC corrects the issue, but only temporarily, as the auto update feature automatically installs the latest version of the program.

Help PLEASE!!!!  Using a MAC I have been working on an assignment with acrobat reader and iv gone to save it. It has come up saying it cant be saved and when i clicked out of it all my questions were gone, but my answeres still remained. i closed it and opened it and it had totally removed all my progress. Like half my assignment was gone.  Before i realised this i had added my name to the assingment as i was about to submit it and saved the document.  I scrolled down and realised that over half my answers were missing and i had just saved it as that!!!  Is there and way to retrive previously saved versions?? I tried in my recent files and clicked on the one most likley to be the full version but it comes up saying the file is no longer avaliable!!! P.S I absolutely HATE using this. Totally not user friendly and iv had nothing but issues for over a year from the beginning of my course.. If anyone can suggest how i can save it

Downloaded Adobe Acrobat to new computer with Windows 11.  It's saved as an adobe acrobat document.  I get the error message the document enabled extended features.  It has been changed since it was created and the use of extended features is no longer available.  Contact the author.  What do I do?  I am the only person receiving this file who has this error.  When I open the file in Adobe Acrobat it does have (64-bit) up at the top.  Please help!

I have marked my Word document as Final before saving.  But when I convert the document to a pdf the comments and corrections in Track Changes still show up in the new pdf version.

Good morning,suddenly on a PC with the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader, trying to send the PDF as an attachment, the wheel turned and nothing happened. I had to:- uninstall Adobe Acrobat Reader- restart the PC- download and install Adobe Acrobat Reader- change the setting in Outlook from cache to non-cache- perform the test sending as an attachment in an e-mail- change the setting in Outlook from cache to non-cache Why does this happen? I have been opening and using a protected PDF for months for the CPIM self study program.  Tonight I opened it and the PDF itself was all black with no text.  If I scroll or click inside it I can briefly see the word "Joka" repeated over the entire document.  I re-booted and tried again with the same results.  Anyone ever had this issue and can you offer advice to resolve?

Hello all,I'm having this problem: I use 3dconnexion devices, to manipulate 3d PDFs in Acrobat Reader DC. This has worked fine on windows 7. But on Windows 10, it does not. I have to disable "run in appcontainer" in AR, otherwise it can't communicate with the 3dx driver.But when appcontainer is disabled, I can't open hyperlinked PDF files from excel. It works when appcontainer is enabled...Any way to fix this mess? I need both to work. 

Hi all,we are installing following version of Adobe Reader DC (v2015.017.20050) on Windows 10 (1607).The problem is, that there is no icon after installing 'Adobe Reader DC' after searching in the startmenu. The problem is also not solved if I change the icon manually.Is this issue known or do you know about a solution for this issue?Thank you in advance.

Hi there, Can someone please explain why Adobe have recently decided that everyone wants the 64bit version of Acrobat Reader??Its wreaking havok with our server environments where we NEED 32bit.Please advise how we can turn of this stupid update or at least ensure we receive 32bit only. ThanksAsh

Dear AllWe have been using the AAR DC & MIP plugin for several years to view pdf files encrypted with Azure Information Protection. For some time now, this has been impossible. After various attempts to repair or reinstall these products, I have received the message that the dedicated version of the MIP plugin is incompatible with the Adobe Reader DC version.(pdf files are not broken, checked with Edge browser)What can I do about it?

I am using the Adobe Acrobat Reader DC on my macbook pro. I usually receive interactive/dynamic forms that have some fields that need to be completed. I fill in just by selecting the field with my cursor and then typing. Cool. The problem is that when I go to "Fill & Sing" and then I add my signature ("Sign yourself"), the documents after saving cannot be modified any more. This means that the dynamic/interactive properties are gone and I cannot modify/edit/fill in more/other fields. How can I avoid this?

When trying to use the "Edit PDF" function in Adobe reader it asks to upgrade to a licensed product. (Which is already purchased) When I follow the prompt to upgrade it says that it can't be upgraded because it already has a license applied. How do I get around this so I can edit PDFs?

When I try to digitally sign a document, the screen goes black, nothing happens and I have to press Esc to return to the document. In Adobe Online it workI tried to Turn on Adobe Online Services -  "Sync Preferences across Devices and Document Services"but still same issue I tried to uncheck use modern user interface for signing.... in Launch Reader > Edit > Preferences > Signatures . it didn't work I tried to Uninstall/ install adobe also same issue.I tried to uninstall an old version it work for a while but when it get the update the black issue back again. Thank You.

Hi all,we have unfortunatley trouble when forwarding attachments directly via SAP GUI 770 in relation withAdobe DC 2021.007.20099 This is from an older version where it did work, but all users who does have the new setup does struggle with that error.Actually the users have to download all the files and then send it out. Any idea what I could look at it. best regardsAlfons 

It would be best if I could open 2 PDFs at same time. I hope you guys can work on that or if that feature already exist do let me know how to use that.Thank you

Hello, I recently installed Adobe Acrobat Reader DC (Free). Every time I open a PDF document, I get an error message saying Access Denied - You do not have access to this service. Contact your IT administrator or sign in with an Adobe ID. I have tried to sign in using my Adobe ID but it does not log in to my account. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling but the issue won't go away. I am using Windows 11. 

How can I do a free word count for an Acrobat DC document that I created. It is impossible to download Abracadabra, so I need anothyer suggestion. Thanks.

Attendez qu'un périphérique son se libère, et réessayez"lorsque j'essaie d'insérer du son enregistré en direct à partir de la fonction "trombone/son" proposée dans les commentaires sur un pdf dans Acroat Reader DC. Quelqu'u saurait-il ce qu'il faut faire?Merci.
