I installed the latest Adobe Acrobat Reader DC with version 2021.007.20099 and noticed that it always get hang when using the Save-As button (with blank box) and the rest of buttons features such as "Edit PDF", it pop-up box was blank. Try several solutions found from this Community Forum (which related to the Save - Blank box issue) such as disable the "General - Show Online Storage When Saving File", this only solved the Save blank screen, but the rest of problem with Tools - Fill & Sign, the Signature button click but entire screen turn black and hang there.  I tried restart the PC, it back to normal for first time and once closed the software, and re-open it, the problem continue again. I even try to "Repair the software" also similar result as earlier method. I tried closing the RdrCEF.exe through the Task Manager screen and restart the Adobe Acrobat Reader DC, sometimes it work but most of time it doesn't. I suspected this latest version really not stable and g

Buenos días, necesito ayuda con una impresión ya que no sé como hacerlo. Tengo un documento pdf con 334pag tamaño A4 y quiero imprimirlas en un papel tamaño A3 con lo cual me caben 2 paginas por hoja (solo se va a imprimir por una cara) La cuestión es que necesito que al lado de la pagina nº 1 (que estará a la izquierda) necesito que esté la que hace nº 168, en la siguiente hoja A3 necesito que debajo de la pag1 esté la 2 y debajo de la 168 esté la 169 y así sucesivamente. Esto lo hago con el fin de que una vez tenga los 167 hojas A3 y yo los corte por el centro, pueda poner el bloque de la derecha sobre el de la izquierda y quede totalmente ordenado.He intentado con acrobat incluso con otros programas de imposición, pero no consigo resolverlo.Muchas gracias

I have Photoshop licensed via Creative Cloud and installed via the Creative Cloud app which works fine with no issues. I also use Adobe Reader but whenever I use this app it continually shows a sign in window which appears and disappears continuosly unless closed, after which Reader then works fine. I have removed all credentials from credential manager and then re-signed into Photoshop to activate it, but Reader continually does the same thing. I have then tried the 7 day Acrobat trial, during which Acrobat signs in using my Creative Cloud account and I have no sign in prompts until the trial finishes. Is anyone else experiencing this issue?

I have a presentation that I have to make in fullscreen using a PDF I've created in Photoshop.When I use Acrobat and switch to fullscreen mode, it advances the pages without my input.I have my own script and want a page to stay on screen until I click to proceed to the next page.I disabled "Advance every [ ] seconds" in the Full Screen preferences but it still auto plays my slides (every 2 seconds roughly)How am I supposed to stop it from going forward when I don't want it to? It is a useless feature.

We installed Acrobat Reader 32bit, but it looks like some of our PC's have auto updated to the 64bit version which has caused an issue with our default apps as well as default printing. We use a GPO to set app defaults, but those that have updated to the 64 bit version is defaulting PDF's to Chrome instead of Adobe. Also, I exported the default app XML using DISM on a machine that was updated to 64bit (and default for PDF set to Adobe) and the XML file shows no default for PDF's. Is there a way to stop Adobe from auto updating to 64 bit without having to edit the registry?

During installing the I lost connection to the WiFi which made it stop. But it will not start again or abord so I can start over, anyone experience with this? 

I'm currently having trouble with my Adobe sign. Everything goes well until the person I have requested signatures from gets to the last signature and adobe asks them to download the form and install the software even when they already have the program. If the signer goes to download the form it then disappears and they can't go back to it. Why is this happening? I am running the newest version. If anyone has the answer it would be appreciated.

Is there a smoother way to draw on a PDF-document in Adobe Reader then using 'Comment'?

On a MacBook, OSX 11.6Reader opens with a permanent, blank widow that cannot be close and which prevents the application from functioning. Virtual Support directed me to instruction for Windows, but they didn't do me much good.

Hello-I am running Adobe reader version 2021.007.20099 on an iMac running OS Catalina 10.15.7.It worked fine for a long time, but only recently when I am filling out a PDF about every 15 minutes, the window will go completely black (the rest of the screen is fine) for about 3-5 seconds and then come back.  No data is lost, the form looks the same as it did before it disappeared. Has anyone else seen this?Thanks J

Hi Everyone,I'm working on a file with calculations. I have the calculation set to calculate the overall score from the 4 numbered boxes to the left. Depending on the overall score, I would like the Assigned Category section to autopopulate the corresponding category (i.e., if the score is 2.5, the assigned category should auto populate the text 'Key Performer'). I've attached a screenshot to help with my explanation. Does anyone know how to achieve this result? I have not been able to find any resources online specific to my situation. Thank you! \\ 

I am about to pull my hair out! Forgot the password for my e-signature, now i can't sign anything (ex. ethics requests). I looked online and quickly realized it's hopeless. I can't reset forgotten password. I thought there was hope that i could delete signature: how to delete digital signature file (Acrobat Reader) , but you need your password to be able to delete the signature.at the end of my rope

Hello, I would like to create a folder containing all the certificates, this folder is on a server, and all the computers that need certificate are connected to this server. How do I configure Adobe so that it can access the folder on the server? Because when I create a certificate it stores it locally and when someone else on the network creates a certificate in the network folder, Adobe only recognizes local certificates or what I added manually. HiOn our terminal servers we have installed the latest version of Adobe Reader DC 64 bit. Sometimes it turns itself into a normal Adobe DC which requires the users to login.Have anyone experienced this and know about a fix?

Every time I print a document double-sided, it automatically assumes that page 1 is a Cover page and it is printed on its own without any verso printing, the rest of the document is printed double-sided. How can I avoid this please? Thank you!

Hi,in my Mac (OS 10.15), I cannot find an option to change the language. Preferences > Language > Application Language only gives me option to "Same as the operating system". Any ideas? I need this in order for my digital signature to appear in Spanish, not the OS language (English in my case). Thanks! 

Hi.Since last update (2019.012.20034) when an app try to open a pdf embebed into the own aplication (p.e. SAP) an error 103.103 is launched and no pdf is viewed.Version Acrobat 2019.010.20099 works fine.We disabled security enhancement but it's sill failing. When disabled acrobat extension in internet explorer, it works in most applications, opening the acrobat reader, but not working 100%We disabled the acrobat update service but it's still updating (for example, when we open a pdf from internet explorer, acrobat updates itself)Thanks.

Hello!I have a PDF containing a table with symbols from two different fonts (Courier New and CrossStitch3).This PDF is in fact a cross stitch chart exported to PDF via virtual printer (BulZip).Please notice the symbols in the red rectangles evidentiated by me.I select the entire page, I copy (either CTRL+C or select Copy from the little menu that pops-up after finishing the selection) and then I paste the copied page in MS Word 2016.In MS Word 2016, the copied chunk looks like this:As you see above, there were some symbols replaced in the last row, even tho the same symbols exist in their correct form in the row abobe (the black `hexagon` became the `fish spine`, the greek symbol is replaced with two symbols -black circle and fish spine-, the half black half white square is now a flipped T, the black square with white circle in the middle became an U).  I thought that maybe the problem is in Word, but then I opened the same PDF and tried copying the same chunck with another P

I can't change language for acrobat reader DC from german to romanian or english

Adobe acrobat DC continually throws a popup dialog "An internal error has occurred".There's no other information. I'm not actually using it: it is running in the background. There's nothing in notifications or the windows logs. It happens every few minutes, so it's pretty annoying.Any ideas on how to fix? 

Hi Everyone, I'm posting because I've lost several versions of highlights in my pdf file. I've seen other posts about this issue that were older. The previous posts stated that the individual should update their Adobe and the updates will fix the issues. I have updated to the latest, and I restarted my computer, and it still didn't work. The updates were from October 12, 2021. The updates do not correct the problem. I have Windows. Thanks.

Hello How can I get Adobe Acrobat DC (64bit) to default to "Zoom to page level" on all PDF documents?This software fails to storage ANY changes I make to the settings!This is an utter nightmare.J
