Questions

I was in the middle of pdf remediation, saved my work (as I do periodically) and then suddenly, I am now no longer able to see the rectangle to select my text while working from the reading order panel. I basically have to guess what I am selecting. Also, when I'm selecting multiple tags from the tag panel and dragging to re-order, I cannot see the line where I am trying to drag them to. It seems like some strange cursor error or bug. I've uninstalled, reinstalled, and nothing seems to reset it. I'm on a Mac running the latest Big Sur iOS. (11.6) and running the latest version of Adobe Acrobat DC Pro. (2021. 007.20091)

I was getting the error message anytime I opened a file. Then when it was time to save, I got the message again and it would not allow me to save. AcroCEF.exe Application Error. The application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000005). Click OK to close the application.I was originally having this problem with Acrobat so I uninstalled it and reinstalled it. Still trouble. I then uninstalled and deleted every darn thing that had anything to do with Acrobat, restarted, and reinstalled. Then I uninstalled with Microsoft Fix-it which I found that someone suggested because sometimes some files get left behind. Same problem.So then I thought maybe I should try with regular reader. I installed Reader DC and am getting the same error only of the Rdr verision. Can anyone help me out here?

HiI am experiencing an odd issue. Suddenly when in outlook, i open an email as a seperate window, and then open a pdf attachment with reader, and then close it again, the message window is then behind outlook main window. If i start with opening message window, then take focus of outlook, and then back to the message and THEN open and close the pdf attachment, then the focus is correct, back to the message window. (sorry for the poor wording of this). It is not a problem with other programs, such as other pdf readers or excel, word etc. Any ideas?

I can't get the pop ups to stop on my Mac OS 10.13.2 - Adobe Reader v. 11.0.23 that say "AdobeResourceSynchronizer wants to use your confidential information stored in “v3.services.acrobat.com”in your keychain. To allow this, enter the  “login” keychain password.”Firstly, I'm not comfortable allowing this and even when I've given up and hit "allow" I can't seem to figure out the password it wants anyway!  So annoying!!Why is this now happening?  I've tried uninstall, reinstall, have latest updates... any help?So glad I'm paying for Adobe PDF Pack which also stopped working.  After spinning for 10 minutes, I get message “An error occurred while trying to access the service”.   I did finally figure out how to go online and convert but what a pain.  I understand that my fee is small compared to what corporations are able to buy but I'm a retired individual on limited income and $96 a year for services that don't work is not small to me.Thanks for any hel

Hello i don't unerstand why this not print two instance to the paper. Help me.  

*Posting to raise support ticket* I work for an MSP annd we have an issue with Reader crashing across an entire estate rendered the software useless. When I try to preview the pages on PDFs it constantly fills up my RAM, up to the point where i cannot load any pages.On older Versions it does not happen.OS: Windows 10.0.17763 Build 17763Adobe Version: DC 2021.007.20091

Hi all, I am experiencing a weird problem in my organization.After updating to version 21.007.20091, all my PCs with windows 10 and 7 freeze.I noticed that one process named acrocef.exe eats up all memory and blocks the PCs.If I rename the acrocef.exe executable so it's not launched, acrobat works fine. Any clue?Thanks

We are using LC designer forms and was fine to be opened in Adobe Reader DC but after update, it gives out the above pop up window. Please have a look into this. thanks

I have a PDF of a textbook and the images will not load. I get the message "insufficient data for an image" when I get to the first one and then can't see any of the other images. I have tried the troubleshooting when I clicked "learn more" but nothing fixes it. Can anyone provide me some assistance? I have added the to the files below. ThanksThomas

About a month ago I had to install a different PDF reader in both PC's at one of my offices because Adobe previewer would not work on Outlook. This morning, the same problem suddently developed on my home office PC. I've tried repairing Outlook and removing and reinstalling Adobe but the message I get is "This file cannot be previewed because there is no previewer installed for it". When I go to the Outlook Trust Centre settings there's no option to select a PDF previewer. Since it will work with a different previewer at work, just not Adobe, I am wondering if Adobe are progressively removing this feature. 

HELP! In the past week when I try to use it, it starts my fan whirring crazy. Activity monitor (mac os) show crazy high cpu usage. Any resolution???

Hello all,I need help with the error "0x8024002D - a full-file update could not be installed because it required the source" for Adobe Acrobat DC Update and Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Update - versions 21.005.20060 and older - same error for both products. This happens on a monthly basis on ~1200 devices out of 7700, every month, with each new update. We publish the updates in SCUP and then synchronize with SCCM and deploy to a pre-production group and then to production(~7700 devices).SCCM Version 2103 For the updates, version 21.007.20091 is out, and once we'll deploy them, I'll expect the same behavior again.Didn't manage to find any article/solution to this issue. Please help.

Adobe Reader will not print PDF's using my Mac Air. When I hit print button, printer icon flashes in Doc for a second and disappears. Nothing is in que or prints. Mac support checked computer and Adobe Reader was trashed and reinstalled. Anyone having this issue?

hi, I'm using XFDF from decades and with the last relase of Acroread 21.007 we have a trouble to open the file from 'windows launch document'.If I start Acrord32 and request Open a XFDF file, it works correctly.If I start a fulle command Acrord32 'filename.xfdf', it works perfectlybut If I dbl-click a XFDF file from  windows explorer.exe  / desktop or if I 'start by document' , windows start a 'installation phase of Acroread DC' then 20 secondes later  acrobat open my file.       I suppose there is something to declare under windows 'extension association system' but what !!  if someone can helpthanks by advance.manu 

I have a user who receives read only flash drives from the government.  She is unable to read the files and gets the error that the file is not a supported type (.PDF, so not that) or has been damaged. The files are not damaged.  Not only can I open them perfectly well on this computer using Chrome (Acrobat plugin) and Edge, but when logging in as a different user, the files opened fine in Acrobat Reader DC twice before they started displaying the same error message for that computer user as well. Moreover, if I copy the files to the local drive, they will open in Acrobat Reader DC with no 'repair' or other changes.  It is only if Acrobat Reader DC tries to read the files directly from the r/o flash drive that I get the error.  And finally, I know the files are good because I take them to other computers and they open from the flash drive without error in Acrobat Reader.  It makes absolutely no sense to say the files are damaged or the wrong file

Hyperlinks in a pdf created by me in Adobe Acrobat on a PC do not show when the pdf file is opened in Acrobat reader on my Samsung Galaxy S7 tablet or on my mobile phone. Are hyperlinks supported on mobile applications using Android. If so. what do I need to do to activate them. Thanks.

I have a thermal printer (for 4 X 6 labels) and an inkjet printer (for 8.5 X 11 labels) both hooked up to the same iMac. Is there a way to have 4 X 6 automatically be printed when I select the Thermal printer, and 8.5 X 11 paper be printed when I select the inkjet printer. I own an e-commerce company, and we need to print a 4 X 6 shipping label, and a 8.5 X 11 packing slip with every order. It is so tedious to go in to Page Setup and change the page size every time.  Thank you in advance.

I am getting a required sign in when launching PDFs from the net or files. If I open Adobe Reader and go to File Open document it eliminates the sign on...but this defeats the efficiency of clicking on a file type. Here is the second window I see. I do not want to license any software or try any software at the moment. I just need to use Reader accordingly. I have read several proposals and none of them seem to work.   

I configured e-signature in Acrobat, when I start my system after proper shutting down, everytime I have to configure the signature again to sign the document. Please help.

HiI keep getting the message 'there was an erro opening this document. the file cannot be accessed by the system.adobe will open old pdf docs however not new ones. i have reinstalled adobe and made it my default program for pdf, but it will not open the files.

As above. I have tried every single one of the troubleshooting suggestions but Acrobat Reader will not download. Any help is appeciated.
