It only affects Adobe, so can you guys provide a solution to this annoying issue?  Microsoft has had this complaint logged on numerous websites and blogs for years, and it still is an issue!  Can you help? Thanks!  

Hello Gurus, I use Adobe Reader to view pdfs.Does any know how to disable bookmark pane when viewing pdf's in internet explorer. (not edge version).I was able to get the trick to disable it by default when opening in Adoe Reader application.But when it doesn't work for Internet Explorer.  Appreciate any ideas or tips. Thanks,Sri

Hello community, On site https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/ReleaseNotesDC/continuous/dccontinuousfeb2021qfe4.html i've found that the 64-bit version of Adobe Reader DC exist and everyone is able to download updates for this version.Where i can download the Reader DC x64 base? I found link to Acrobat DC x64 https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/download-64-bit-installer.html , but this package not contains Reader DC.

In some pdfs, the display of some pages is either jammed or emty or part of the page is empty.I re-installed Acrobat Reader DC several times - it didn't help.How can I read all pdf pages? Thanks,Efrat

I created a form with some user-inputed text fields. Then, I created duplicates of those text fields, because I want one set to be user-inputed (I set this field to have a gray field and the font to courier) and the "output" to be the second set of fields, where I have maniuplated that set to have special prefixes (simple java scripts) and fonts. It all works perfectly except for one thing: I want the second set of fields to be read-only. I haven't been able to separate this restriction: either they are both read-only, or not. Is there a work around? 

I'm having a problem when having no internet connect is available the auto-complete starts working again.  We have sensitive documents to complete at home locations where no internet is accessable.Even when the form preferences is set to  Auto-complete 'Off'  and on the documentcloud.adobe.com the Auto-suggestion is off, but obviously with no internet connection adobe isn't connected to the cloud settings.  Any ideas!

Hello, I know very well Adobe Sign complies with the EU regulation regarding basic electronical signatures. My question is, "Fill and Sign" feature instead is legally binding as an electronic signature? Or as I think it's just a drawing of my signature and has no legal effect on a document as model/liability forms since it lacks identification/security/integrity/immutability? Thank you

I get the following error when trying to request signatures in Acrobat Pro DC: An error has occured.  Please try again.Request must be made to correct API access point (e.g. use GET /baseUris). Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Some days ago, my AR dosen't start. The Update Service is running, but no AR window come up. The Browser Plug in works. Any ideas what I can check. Thx for a short replay. Markus

Until recently I could easily print any pdf from Acrobat Reader to my wireless Brother printer. Now, even though I explicitly select the printer, Acrobat asks where I want to save a .prn file, and the doc doesn't print. I don't care about a prn file; I simply want the doc to print, just as it used to. So far I can find no setting or option to fix this issue and restore normal printing. No problems printing Word, Excel, or any other application, only Acrobat pdf; and my wife's PC prints pdfs from Acrobat to the same printer. We are a Window 10 household with a Verizon FiOS WiFi LAN. Can anyone enlighten me on this matter?

usually I print coupons from smart source and we saver and a few other sites. Now it will no longer let me saying that I have attempted to print too many times to an invalid printer and I have to contact support. Usually I have no issues, the coupon PDFs always open and ask if I want to begin printing. I'm starting to get extremely frustrated at this application and my printer as it says it's offline but I can print from my phone.  I have uninstalled and reinstalled the application. I wish there were more like it to use so I didn't have to struggle with this one. The issue is JavaScript and my printer not working together like they always do... Please help!

I want to add a couple of new folders to what I refer to as the places bar which is the left hand column of the pop-up when one selects file open from the home page. 

Came in to work today to a new update and suddenly every time i try to email a PDF it asks me how to send it. Before this update it was much faster to send PDFs as attachments, i clicked the envelope icon at the top and a little drop down menu-like option appeared, clicked send as attachment and outlook opens. Now apparently i have to click the envelope icon, go over to the side to click send as attachment and click continue. This may sound trivial, but when you're sending 20+ PDFs on an average day it gets tedious. Any idea how to get Acrobat to stop asking me how I want to send my PDFs?

We have noticed that printing from current versions of Acrobat Reader is problematic in this regard when the PDF document contains embedded fonts.In many cases, text output from the PDF document is represented as glyph indices rather than characters. We have developed a system for converting glyph indices back into appropriately encoded text characters (Unicode). When I’am trying to copy a text from a PDF-file on macOS containing the character ἀ (ancient Greek alpha with spiritus lenis), all characters are copied without any problem, but all ἀ aren’t copied.

I don't get why the W10 is showing icons that seems like each other file, least pdf.It''s horrible, pathetic, absurd, I want the old red icons back, to find the pdf files without delay.

Hello, Our company have a problem on some computers with text showing after printing of some documents (invoices and delivery notes). It looks like the same issue in a few other posts. I have found out that it is caused by locking two temporary files of Acrobat Reader during document printing. Path of temp files is %temp%\acrord32_sbx\. These locks aren't released and after closing Acrobat Reader and running it again, these locked files cause that part of text is unreadable. User must log-off ourself or restart computer and then manually delete these files. I tried to solve it on chat with Adobe specialist, but he wrote that he can't postpone my request to higher support level and creating new post in forum is the one way only to it be solved.I have created document with screenshots an detailed informations, but I don't want to public them because there are private information in it. I have log from Sysinternal Procmon and I can provide it too.Example of corrupted text: 

I think a recent update may have disabled this. Whenever I check this option the page size stays the same. I now have to choose the paper size and orientation manually everytime I try to print. Anybody else experiencing this or know of a fix?
