Hi I was initially going to subscribe and download Adobe Illustrator to my computer but decided against it.For now, I just want to use the Adobe Capture app to make vectors to put on t-shirts to put up for sale. I was looking for a terms of Use for that app but only found this page:https://wwwimages2.adobe.com/content/dam/acom/en/legal/licenses-terms/pdf/Adobe%20Capture%20Handheld%20Client_5.1.pdfI'm not sure that that Adobe Capture handheld client and Adobe Capture app are the same. I didn't want to spend the time reading that when I could end up reading for something completely different.I just wanted to be sure I could use the Adobe Capture to make vectors and sell the vectors on shirts. In other words I wanted to make sure I could use the Adobe Capture app commercially. Am I allowed to do that? (Also I'm sorry if this question was already posted in the forum because I haven't taken the time to look to see if anyone already asked my question.)

I did not update the Capture software on my iPad and it still works.  All devices are up to date on their iOS (11.2.2).  I tried the toggle Bluetooth fix I saw in an earlier discussion.  No dice.  Is this a known problem or am I just lucky?

Sync the software Adobe Capture CC with Photoshop

First I installed it on my iPhone and saw the libraries in the illustrator on my laptop.Then I installed the application on the iPad and made some patterns, and I see them in the illustrator, but now I don't see the patterns and colors from the iPhoneWhat should I do to see all the libraries on all devices?

When I clicked on an existing pattern before, and then clicked on Info, I could select Reuse and immediately create another pattern with the same photo. Where is that feature now? I do not want to Edit the existing pattern which seems to be the option.

Hi Adobe,is it possible somehow to make a short Videoclip instead of a picture in the process of creating a pattern. I like how it looks when everything is moving and wobbling when your create a new pattern with the app/camera and i really would like to record this.I could screen record the whole thing but than there would be the UI also in the capture ... it would be awesome if you can implement something like that. Thanks

UPDATE SOLVEDIt seems that the fields to sign in/up are there, they are just "hidden" or "secret" after tapping around in the screen I managed to click inside one of the fields and that triggered the keyboard and showed the whole login process, in case somebody else is suffering the same problem.Hi.I was just trying to use Capture CC for the first time.I installed the app on my Android Samsung Galaxy S8 and when I open up it takes me to the initial screen where I should be able to sign in/up, when I click on any of the options it just goes into a white screen that shows  a loading spinning blue circle for a couple of seconds then it goes away and remains white with just a close option on the top left corner, nothing else happens, no chance of entering my Adobe ID or to try to create a new one, nothing.I have tried using it over my WIFI and over my 4G connection in case there was something stopping from the WIFI side of things but nothing goes through, it's just a white screen.Any

Not sure what the issue is?  Trying to install Adobe Capture CC and I keep getting the error Cannot Download - This app is not compatible with your device.   I have an iPhone 5 with iOS 10.3.3 installed.

Can you fix this issue?  My phn wont allow me to download it.it states it is incompatible with Capture. That's Apple like tactics or are you working on this issue?

Hello! My phone is an LG Stylo, running Android 5.1.1. I was able to install Adobe Sketch with no issue but it is telling me my device does not support Adobe Capture CC. Any plans to bring it to the LG Stylo soon? Or is it available currently on the LG Stylo 2?

Good Morning,I have followed and worked with Shapes since the app (iPhone/iPad) came out, and have worked with it avidly since, almost non stop, averaging a good 2, 3 dozen images a week. The version progression the app took was excellent and it made all the sense. I was so happy to see it evolve to become what it was all the way to 2.8?   It was fantastic! Everything went south with 3.0.1. TERRIBLE, the word does not express how bad things turned out.  I need to go back, actually I take the risk to speak for all users that actually worked with the app using all its previous capabilities, and say "the world needs to go back to the previous version" or re-develop it to include everything it had.It almost feels that whoever redesigned it had no interest in "sustaining" the creative flow that derives from it, or hated "shapes", or maybe never even used it, or maybe Adobe wants to phase it out, not sure; it isn't I want to offend anyone, but what happened?This is not a rant,

Hello everybody, I'm having troubles downloading Adobe Capture CC on my iPhone 4S. The App Store gives this clear message "you need iOS 10.0 to download this app" > but my phone can't have 10.0 on him!I know 😉 it's 2017 and maybe it's time to change my phone buying another one but is working so good, I believe is not the moment to say him goodbye...The question is: "where can I find previous versions of the app, do you know if they are available on the App store?".Thanks so much for your help!Best regards, Alessandro

I'm trying to sync the patterns library across devices, and I can't access anything in the mobile app because it's been "Contacting Server..." for about an hour. Tried deleting, reinstalling, restarting my iPhone, logging in and out, but nothing works. Any idea how to solve this?thanks in advance!

I just installed Capture on my iPhone. I logged in with my Adobe account and I see my Libraries.In one Library I have 11 items, 2 of which are brushes.. They show up as brushes in PS and in my Adobe account via the web interface. In the Capture app, I've selected the library and it registers the 11 items, but says "This library has no brushes".The brushes were created by someone else using Capture. So, what gives?

I think I am doing everything correctly, I am creating new brushes using the Capture app, but when I open Photoshop or Illustrator, it says that my brushes are "not supported in Photoshop/Illustrator" I am getting very frustrated as to why this isn't working
