HiCan't delete or rename  two pdfs on Acrobat iPhone 11 app. I can delete other pdfs.Will appreciate help!ThanksJohn

Hi, I have recently moved from Adobe Fill & Sign to Adobe Acrobat app on iPad. On the first day or 2, it was easy to use with by tapping the big blue edit bottom in bottom right corner and select Fill & Sign option. However, after a day or two, the menus/UI of the app has changed a little. Now I don't see blue edit button in the bottom right corner, and couldn't find Fill & Sign option any where in the app. The new tool menu appears in the left hand corner seems to be just a mark up tool. I use Fill & Sign option to add texts in the textbox, and draw a few lines on PDF, so that the text don't appear to be comments and the text fixtate in the area on PDF when read on a computer. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, and it seems to do the same change after 1 or 2 days. Is the Fill & Sign option only in free trial? Is above the reason why UI would change?How do I get Fill & Sign option back?

For the last year ive been unable to access the premium fumction on my subscription.Every time the app sends me to the subscription page which when I clock subscribe it tells me O already have a subscription which shoild then be activated again. Sometimes it does activate but mosy there are some error and ot is not activated and therefore I am unable to use the premium functions whico I've been paying for for well over a year now.It is on apple

Hi, I signed up for a free trial and have decided I no longer need adobe moving forwards. I have tried to cancel my subscription before the free trial is up by it does not appear on my Apple subscriptions. I have even been in contact with Apple to see if there was an issue on there side who have informed me I will need to get in touch with you. Please advise what I should do next. This needs to be sorted before Friday the 16th or I will be asking for a refund.

I do not have a subscription to adobe but yet I've been charged 4 months straight I cancelled the trial the same day December 6 2023 so why am I still being charged? I have a list of subscriptions and adobe is not on it.

How can I do a presentation from Acrobat Reader ANDROID . . . with transitions??I can cast to a big screen, but have to carefully scroll the screens to go the next one. Very sloppy.  Sometimes you don't have your laptop with you! . . .  (Using a Pixel 8.)

Bonjour après une période d'essai gratuite suite à un besoin de convertir un document en pdf je me vois tous les mois prélevé de presque 20€ alors qu'au final je n'ai plus besoin de l'application. Je n'arrive malheureusement pas à me désabonner il m'est impossible de le faire je n'ai aucune possibilité à moins qu'il y ai un vice cacher ou une manipulation à connaître en tout cas j'ai tout essayer et ma banque ne veux pas me l'annuler. Je me vois donc contrainte tous les mois de payer cette somme. Que pourrais je faire afin de remédier à ce problème svp si vous avez des astuces je suis preneuse vraiment du fond du coeur. I can't print any pdf file when opening any pdf file .I get a massage " this file cannot be printed. I use android Galaxy s 23. I am a free user of Acrobat reader. Yaron

Hello, I recently downloaded Acrobat on iphone 12. However, I'm unable to download pdf form. Here's an image of the feedback I get.

Unable to view corectly. No problem on laptop, but on iPad are superimposed. Also the circle numbers should be degrees but it shows different sign, not circle for degrees. Any suggestions?thank you

Hi AllSince ii have upgraded to Acrobat Pro 2023.008.20470 on desktop mac pro new exported pdf files which contain eps files do not display correctly when viewed in mail on iphone or ipad. The same files display correctly in desktop mail and in Acrobat reader on iPad. NEVER had this issue before installing new Acrobat Pro. All files containing eps or ai files always displayed correctly!In my tests I have saved the same file in ai format still faulty.The sample files attached show the correct set and the faulty set. Please note: in the CORRECT set the first bar next to figure "11" also contains an eps file - red with black diagonal stripes which displays ok in both scenarios. This doesn't make sense when the gradients below (for "12-25" and "1-10 " do not display correctly even though they are ALL eps files. Also, the icons for "Waste Disposal" and "Bike Shed" also contain eps files which do NOT display correctly. Here detailsMac OS 12.7.2 MontereyApple Mail 16.

I have a PDF portfolio with about 40 individual PDFs in it. This document has fill and sign fields on various PDFs. We are able to successfully Fill&Sign on a desktop, but not on mobile Android. When we open the document we are presented with the following error: "This document cannot be modified because it is an attachment" If you tap on the blue edit icon on the bottom right and select Fill & Sign, we receive the same message as above. I have downloaded the Fill and Sign application from the app store as well, but when I open the workbook with that app it tells me "For the best eperience, open this PDF portfolio in Acrobat X or Adobe Reader X, or later". So I'm not even able to access this portfolio on android with anything other than Adobe Acrobat. My ultimate goal: to enable fill and sign functions within this workbook on android using the free Adobe Acrobat app. I have already updated/installed the latest version of ALL apps. This issue is replicated on
