Phone : Galaxy S23+ (SM-S916B/DS)OS : Android 14 I regularly use 10-20 PDF files as reference, on a daily basis, with Adobe Reader Mobile (Android).On 2024-10-29, I was able to read a 2994 pages PDF file correctly, swiping to next/previous page, several times. Pages were rendered instantly when swiping. Adobe Reader was probably version 24.9.3.35572Problem :On 2024-10-29 or 2024-10-30 I updated Adobe Reader, to version 24.11.0.36323. No other change (i.e. same phone, same files, same paths, same OS).Now, when I open a PDF file, only the current page is rendered.When swiping to next/previous page, page remains blank.And the next, and the next, and... Same for previous page.When displaying table of contents of PDF file, it is missing/empty."Work-around" :To be able to really view another page, I now need to change page entering the page number, then kill Adobe Reader, and then launch application again. Desired page is rendered.I updated a few days agot, same problem with 24.10.0.361

I recently updated Acrobat for iPhone Version: 24.12.00 (20241204.152010). After the update I am no longer seeing the bookmarks icon in the top toolbar it looks like it was replaced by the comments icon. I don't see anything in settings->preferences to be able to change this or anywhere else in settings.

Adobe acrobat not working Galaxy s24 ultra. Updated phone and deleted reinstalled app. Paud for upgrade. Still not working.  Will not open pdf and eventually states app not responding. 7 day trial before I cancel subscription. Good morning I forgot to cancel my free trail on time. This is due to the time I subscribed to it I needed to edit some documents but that specific edit was not working.This morning I woke up to message from my banking message saying the transition from Google Adobe has been declined cause I didn't have enough money.So I went and cancell the subscription same time.I am wondering will I get debited when enough money enter my account.And if so,how to prevent it cause I am broke,I won't be able to pay for that subscription.

I am unable to write more than three lines when adding comments to documents using Adobe mobile on iPhone.

Today I subscribed to the 7 day free trial yearly subscription for Adobe Acrobat Reader: Edit PDF mobile app on Google Play but I was charged for the full year today so I did not get the 7 day free trial. I have requested a refund through Google. I have called Adobe and they say I cannot get a refund through Adobe so if Google says they will not refund because Adobe is supposed to refund I will be out $104. I will be updating this post with a screenshot of Google's decision as soon as I hear from them.

New IPad Pro. Unable to add text in split screen mode. Have to go back to full screen in order to input. When entering text it will only allow 3 lines of text. Text tab doesn't revert back to default tab after entering text. These operations are not present on my 5 year old IPad Pro.

Hey, I was charged of 67,57€ even if I canceld my subsciption before the 7 days of free trial. I want a refund because I don't agree of taking my money after I unsubscribed

I recently bought 1 month subscription but not allowing me to use features and asks to subscribe. When I try to subscribe again I get error msg already subscribed.   What should I do .. ?  

Hallo, ich  auf meinem iPad/der Acrobat Reader App wichtige Daten gespeichert und leider zum Teil gelöscht. Wie kann ich diese gegebenenfalls wiederherstellen?Wäre eine Installation der App und Video Installation hilfreich und würden sich dadurch die Daten welche auf der iPad Back-up Sicherung gespeichert sind wiederherstellen?Ich wäre dankbar für eine Hilfestellung Danke

I signed up to the 7 day free trail, and the features aren't available to me. I also need to sign in every time I launch the app. This isn't going to attract new customers continuing on with this platform. I wanted to trail the app before deciding to purchase to see if its right for me.
