A client of mine is using Abobe Acrobat Standard DC on a Windows 10 computerHe is having some issues with Fill and Sign. When using this feature he will save the page he is working on and go to another page to make some changesAfter saving that other page he will go back to the original page and find a blank page. Some of the entered data may be there but the form data is not there.This happens for multiple documents.We have tried repairing Acrobat and reinstalling itAny thoughts on how to proceed?[Moved by moderator from "Editing and Commenting" to "Document Cloud PDF services" (formerly "Adobe Fill and Sign").]

How can I add a user? 

As an architect, I print drawings to PDF. They come out on their side in portrait. After rotating the plans to horizontal, what can I do to keep it at horizontal position, without having to rotate every time I open a PDF

I just subscribed to your service to convert a large document (1500 pages). It has failed twice to convert. Was there a limit in the number of pages your system can convert?

I have a government form that is protected, and I need to fill in the FIELDS and print the form which the security settings allow, but Fill and Sign will NOT. I am able to do this using desktop acrobat, foxit, and any other PDF viewer I try. Just not the cloud version.I'm very frustrated because I had to buy a years subscription to find out I can't use it for the most basic application I have for the service. This seems like a major oversight unless I'm missing something that should be obvious

When I try to convert a PDF to Excel I get "an error occurred while trying to access the service".

I have a PDF with 4 pages and I only added text/signatures to 2 pages. I would like to only share the 2 pages that have been signed, is there a way to remove the other pages?

Trying to convert a .pdf report to excel.  The lines on the .pdf report alternates between "gray" and "no color".  When converting to excel, the "grayed" lines are downloaded into one field and the "non colored" lines downloaded into separate fields (which is the desired result).  Would appreciate any assistance to address this problem.

I am signed up for Adobe Export PDF.  I am trying to convert a file which I do often with no problem.  Today it is telling me  an error occured while trying to access the service.  What's up?  Is the system down?

Hello all,Excuse this very simple question: how to work offline with Acrobat Pro DC?I want to convert a bunch of jpg into a single pdf file. This is **very** basic.1) I can't find a way to load more than 1 jpg per pdf file.Tools > Create a pdf => although this loads multiple pdf files in one go, it creates one pdf file per jpg... (Loading time is also extremely long)Once I have a given pdf done, I can't find a way to "add more pages"...2) Tools > Combine files=> this requires uploading each file to the cloud. How to do that offline instead?In my case, total weight of the files exceed 5Gb. It would take ca. 3 days to upload everything, not to mention the time to download them back. The whole thing is absurd.But I can't find a way to do the work without going through the cloud.It used to be possible. I did the same work 6 or 9 months ago and it was straightforward. Can't understand why it has become so cumbersome.Thanks,Dnaiel

The file is only 3M in size.  I dont get anything other than "file failed to be converted using Adobe ExportPDF online."I tried other files and they worked.  So I dont know what to do.

hi when i'm trying to convert a pdf containing a datatable will the table be corrupt.data from many cells shows up in one single cell.I have earlier converted a pdf file with good result, now im trying to convert the exact samt file and i get a corrupt result with data from many cells in one single cell.any ideas anyone?br / joacim

Just bought Adobe conversion for a year and had a document that I need to convert ASAP. Uploaded twice but both times CONVERSION FAILURE message. No phone number to call for help. Just this forum. The document is an issue of a magazine. I only need to convert two pages/one article. How can I upload just those two pages?

I wish to save documents and data files (worksheets) on a temporary basis with the option to modify or delete them later.  like I can create and save documents on microsoft Word and Excel.  Can that be done on document cloud?
