I'm getting a Conversion Error message when trying to select pdf files to combine...Why?

I am trying to convert a large PDF to word, however when I try it tells me I'm not connected to the internet when I am?

how do you upload the file? I have already tried opening and converting the doc from the saved version. The PDF does not populate in any previously saved files. The program recognizes that i have purchased the PDF export but i cannot access files without it asking me to subscribethank you for your help!

I just ordered and paid for Adobe Export PDF, Annual. When can I use it?‎

I have the pdf pack and I can't combine locally on my laptop? Seems like we are adding additional steps here to merge files, then have to download it, I would rather be able to do this without internet access.  Is this possible with the pdf pack?

I purchased export pdf expecting to be a couple of clicks away from having an excel doc. After trying to upload on Acrobat reader, google and Internet explorer, I got Conversion failure, it is only 33kb and I'm using windows 10. I then have spent over an hour trying to get support and cancel my subscription. I can get as far as manage account and then get a blank screen. THIS IS AN APPALLING SERVICE.

Why are my .pdf documents not loading to the cloud?

I have a document, a billing statement, that I would like to save so I can email it to someone but when I select Save As, all I get is a completely white screen with absolutely no options to save anything.  I ended up printing the document then scanning it in order to save it somewhere so I could attach it to an email.  Ridiculous!!

My Adobe Reader is stuck "retrieving current session status." I'm sure this is because I tried to convert a document that was skewed and faded and it couldn't convert it, but I can't make it stop trying! I've force quit the application a few times, but it still seems to be trying to retrieve the previous session.

I need to start a shared review on a document stored in SharePoint.  I get this far and find an error message I cannot get around.  What should I do?

I can't convert to Excel, it asks for me to pay again. Shouldn't I be able to convert to Excel, save it then export it to my desktop. From there I can make charges to the Excel document weekly then print it out weekly? Surely, it should have been confirmed by now. dwilson1115@yahoo.com

I have just paid to be able to convert a simple table to Word format from An adobe scan, (to save time) but the results are a mess.  No formatting and unintelligible.  Tried converting to excel instead too to see if this improved things - worse.Have tried getting help but no help available so far.  Adobe insists its great!

I am desperately trying to find an OS agnostic collaboration tool. Google Docs is utterly useless because it only supports view only for PDF documents and conversion to Gdoc format is severely limited to the first million characters (usually less than 20 pages).After wasting several hours with Google Docs, I thought I would see what Adobe's CC could do... but it appears that the collaboration capability is limited to posting a 1000 character comment in the right-side Activity column. Worse, these comments don't even align to a particular page in the document. This isn't a problem for a small document with a few comments but will because unmanageable for large documents with 100's of comments.Seriously, either I haven't figured out how to unlock advanced features or this is a very poorly designed collaboration tool. Not on my macbook pro running Acrobat Pro in 2017.  I HATE cloudy stuff - I have a <1MBIT connection - and often nothing.  PLease can someone tell me how to make the cloudy stuff go away for ever
