I purchased Export PDF, but it does not appear to work for pdf's that lauch under drm requiring sign on and pw to view within Adobe DC. Could someone kindly let me know if this has worked for them or if you know that it will not work? I have dyslexia and used learning assist technology that sometimes works better on ms docs, rather than a standard pdf.Thank you!Doug

I uploaded 100-150 pages between 9-12/2017 They were named, combined, etc. Approx. total 35 filesSomehow there are about half completely misssing!!!Where could they be? I am still paying a monthly fee for this service. I have a deadline for these documents - please help ASAPThanks you!

Unable to send, track and distribute a PDF from Acrobat DC pro.  Canot resolve email accounts then error message.  How can this problem be resolved?  Does send, track, distribute work for anybody?  Dosent work for me....

I have been trying to separate some pages that I previously scanned and I tried following the steps but I find myself stuck because I can´t edit anything and there is no extract or document button that I could find. I have tried printing and then saving but that doesn't work and I am getting desperate! Please help!Melissa

Can a pdf in the document cloud be accessed, viewed and/or modified simultaneously on 2 different computers or iPads?

I have to convert a PDF file to Excel every week. The format of the source PDF file is the same, but since the beginning of April, every file I'm trying to convert no longer converts the column headers. What change has been made and is there anything that can revert it back to how it was converting the files before? I have even tried converting a file that used to work and it now converts without the column headers. Not happy I can upload a sample file for testing if necessary.Cassandra

I got an email in Italian (noreply@adobe.com) saying that my account Adobe ExportPDF will be automatically renewed (with my surprise!!!). I want to stop it, but I found almost impossible to do it. Please help.

When I download a file (as a pdf document) it appears on my desktop.  QUESTION:  How and where should I save the file?  I can never retrieve it from my PC, even tho it has automatically been saved SOMEWHERE.  Thank you!

Hi,I just bought  Adober pdf pack but they did not tell that I only could combine 12 documents in one single pdf file! It sounds so crazy so I hardly can't beleive it's true! I just recevided a pdf file with 70 documnets in one pdf file so I wonfder wht program I should have bought instead of this joke . I f I have only 12 pages, it is not a problem to send them as documents in an email as I have doen many times,. The pdf file should be exactly for those who need to send a big amount of files in an easy going pdf file. Anyone out there who knows if I can change my pack to the one I need?ThanksMonica

I want to have  a back up copy for all my files in the cloud.  How can I do it?   Also, how can I find out how much cloud have I used?

Does adobe not have regular customer service like normal companies?So I need to create a PDF from a powerpoint for work.  Bought the $69 service went to create PDF from the selected presentation and SURPRISE! Error messages! I am wasting my morning trying to figure this out!!!!!!!!!!
