G'dayI've got a large App called Mail Manager, part of which prints out pdf using Acrobat DC, and add 4 text boxes, 2 with barcodes.Sometimes our clients send large images, with a crop box, and images outside the crop box.We only want to print what's in the crop box, but to fit the extra 4 text boxes on the image, I have to enlarge its boundaries.This sometimes reveals (and prints) the extra image components that the sender has not cropped.I need a way, using Xcode ASObjC, to crop the image before expanding it and adding the 4 text boxes.The menus in Acrobat DC DO NOT respond to applescript commands, so I can't crop the image.Is there any way, such as with Java, or ANYTHING, that will crop that darn image, please?RegardsSanta

Preface this by saying I am 64 years young and painstakingly designed my biz website using FrontPage years ago. I do not want to have it redesigned by some web developer--don't have the $$ or energy to do so. I can ftp all my pages just peachy, but GoDaddy no longer supports FP extensions, so the only form I use for clients to fill in and sign up for services NO LONGER WORKS! I have spent over a week, diligently working/attempting to convert my form to something usable on my site...but can't. I have redesigned the form in OmniForm (which I'm familiar with) and then printed to PDF, and it looks perfect. However, users will have to figure out how to enter info, then spend time and cross their fingers trying to email it to me. Are tab stops available? When I try to plunk the form into my site, of course, I need to do far more than I know how. Presently, I would have to send the pdf, along with detailed instructions, to prospective clients for them to fill out and email back to me. Far too

Opened a document with adobe.com and now the document is on the cloud...I wish to delete this document from the cloud ...how do I do that??

I need to move a number of documents (in several folders) from the Adobe document cloud to my computer's desktop. Is this possible without sending them as individuals mail attacments?

When I try to sign in to convert a PDF document to word or excel, I get a message saying "an error occurred while signing in". When I try to sign in, I get a message saying "we're sorry, subscriptions are not yet supported in this country (Hong Kong). Please contact customer support for more information". I have been using this satisfctorily for many months, but it has suddenly stopped. Adobe are still deducting a monthly subscription from me. Can anyone explain what has happened?

I have uninstalled and reinstalled Adobe PDF pack and the feature of Send for a Signature is returning an error message. I need to send off a document.

I see that a year and a half ago the answer was "only on iPhones, not android YET" so I wanted to find out...

I have been in contact with customer service via chat FIVE times over the course of a month.  My issue still is not resolved.  I need to speak to a person, because nothing is getting done via chat.  Please provide a phone number of someone I can call.

My document disappears when I click on fill and sign. What can be done to fix?

Normally I don't have any problems saving an on-line document as a pdf, searching it, editing, filling and signing.  But today I saved one of 35.8 Mb and found I couldn't search it.  So I tried exporting and converting it to Word using my Adobe Export PDF Plan.  It then said the conversion failed, perhaps because it is too large.  So I then tried saving only half the document, 20Mb.  Still I couldn't search the PDF directly, but I managed to convert it to Word OK, and searh this.Does anyone know the size limits for these operations I have described using Adobe Acrobat Reader and Adobe Export PDF Plan?  Also I have searched PDF files with far more words before but they have been less than 2 Mb in size.  Is there a more efficient way to save PDFs without obtaining such large files?

I purchased the 1.99/mo. service to convert this one document into an excel spreadsheet, which seems straightforward enough; It is in columns and headers and whatnot.  When I view the converted document it's basically useless - nothing is in any kind of order.  It has thumbnails too which don't get included either, which is not the end of the world, but not ideal either.

About ten years ago, I stopped using my ADOBE account for which I had been a customer for a long time. My withdrawal was motivated by the fact that most of the documents I create contain a logo written with a special font (SnellBlackDB) that could not be included in the PDF created by Adobe tools. So I turned to other free or paid publishers almost all of which offer this feature.Thinking that this defect should now be corrected, I just subscribe to the Adobe PDF Pack again. Unfortunately, my first tests did not allow me to create a PDF file from a text editor (Word 2016 in particular) while preserving the font display of my logo.I found in the forum several questions about this problem, but none has ever received an effective response.I am asking how Adobe PDF Services can convert a Word file into PDF by including characters written with a non-standard font.Failing this, I will be obliged to cancel my recent re-registration and to ask for reimbursement.

i am trying to convert a cad drawing to excel. It is in PDF from now and I have tried a flat file and one with layers but the conversion only picks up a few words off the sheet? PLEASE HELP!

CS3 suite installed on Windows XP.  When trying to print to PDF, I get the following:If I reboot the computer, it will fix itself and run fine for a few days, and then I get the message again.  I have tried "repairing" the installation via the Windows Control Panel, but it doesn't seem to fix it.  I don't get this problem on my Laptop installation of the same software using Windows 7. Does anyone have a clue?  Everything else within the CS3 platform seems to work ok.

Hi everyone, our company is currently trying to change our paper system in our office - we are a care company and have clients in the community that will require a visit and reviews throughout the year.  At present managers visit clients and complete forms on paper and get the client to sign the document.We would like to prepopulate this information by entering basic client information and then send to managers to bring their Tablet/PC to complete which adobe sign can provide and once complete the form would then be available at the office Immediately. to complete the form the client must sign the document using the screen and stylus for a legible and legal record we are currently trialling adobe sign and during testing it allows the handwritten signature field but it does not respond to the stylus or your finger as if using paint or any other handwriting programs - you can draw using you mouse or trackpad but as I said we are a care company with elderly clients and the simpler we

Hello,My name is Wouter Glas, I am the Desktop support technician of DEKRA Claims and Expertise in the Netherlands.At the moment I am making customizable PDF documents in Adobe Acrobat DC Pro.In this document it's necessary for dropdown menu's (Comboboxes) to be dependent.I was searching at Google if it was possible to do this in Adobe Acrobat DC Pro.So my question is, is this possible in DC Pro. If not is it possible to make this in one of Adobe's another Software Solutions.My other question is, If it is possible in another Adobe Software packet and is it possible to download a trial version  to test it?Kind Regards,Wouter Glas

I am trying to convert a PDF to Excel.I have logged into my account and have ensured that the plan has been paid for.

I don`t want to share files or use document cloud because files seem to get shared with other computers accidentally and is causing me headaches

I have a document that is somewhat stretched and it won't seem to convert to Excel properly.  Just wondering if there is a work around.  Thanks.

I have recently uploaded 4 PDF documents to PDF Export.  These documents are in the same format because they are VAT accounting reports for four different calendar quarters.  Only one successfully converted to excel - does anyone know why the others did not convert to excel and is there a fix to this problem.Thank you for any help received.Andrew

Hi all,For some reason, the button for Adobe Send and Track only shows when replying to an email in Outlook 2016.  I've tried resetting the toolbars, but I never modified them to begin with.  I do have Acrobat DC and I am signed in to Send and Track.Is there any way I can make Send and Track appear as an option when sending email?Thanks!Greg
