Just bought Adobe Export convert a PDF to excel. It converts and acts like it is doing something but it produces a blank excel and/or word document. Tried multiple PDF files.Any thoughts or did I just but a sweet can of snake oil?

Hi, I have the Adobe PDF Pack annual plan, however I'm unsure how to "combine" files. It's saying I need to subscribe to this new service? Isn't it included in my PDF Pack already? Why would I need to additionally purchase this feature?@

I'd like to make a form where the end user could load a photo as part of the fill in process. is this possible?? and is there a how-to??

I paid for Adobe export PDF annual on march 18th. a couple days later I decided I wanted the Acrobat Pro DC subscription instead. Do I need to cancel the export pdf one? I paid for the full year on something but I'm kinduv confused about how this is working out. All I want is the Pro DC subscription (which should include all the hierarchy below it). Please look at my account and credit whatever I paid on other products to the subscription for the Pro DC subscription.Thanks

I cannot open a document that says it was converted to a word document.  Is anyone experiencing problems with the program.

im using reader dc on my desktop and on android. changes made on android comments such as highlight and scribe are not updating in file on the cloud when accessed on desktop. only original file evident on desktop. files reopened on android tablet where changes made are still present. cant find a save to cloud function on tablet, assumed it auto saves

Hi,I have created a from using a trial of Abobe Acrobat X and everything was fine and working well. Eventually we purchased Adobe Acrobat XI Pro (X was no longer available) and had to make changes to the form. I saved a copy, made the edits and then saved it as Other, Reader Extended PDF, Enable More Tools. I can fill and save the filled PDF using the Adobe XI free reader but my other users (using Adobe X on Vista) get an error saying "This document enabled extended features in Adobe Reader. The document has been changed since it was created an use of extended features in no longer available. Please contact the author for the original version of this document." Even on the original file that error comes up. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong. Any insights?

I paid for Adobe Export PDF, but when I export PDFs to Word, the file is messed up; ie missing text, inserted symbols, formatting issues. How do I fix this?

Hi all, Im in deep trouble because the file that Im working on the document cloud somehow got damaged this morning when I opened it and could not get repaired as the message said whenever I clicked it and unfortunately I did not save the file in my windows as I usually did.. so it was saved over the document cloud only... please help

I updated to Windows 10 and installed Adobe DC and the reader constantly crashes and freezes and I have to Alt Ctrl Del and close it on the task bar to get the program to close. It does it 5 times a day. I've uninstalled it and reinstalled 3 times. Can I get rid of the DC and just have the old version of reader?

I am looking to use adobe in a mental health practice.  Adobe can create electronic signatures.  In order to be compliant Adobe would have to sign a BAA.  Will Adobe sign a business associates agreement to keep assure compliance under HIPAA?  I have seen a few responses to contact support but when searching have also seen that there is no support for adobe acrobat DC.  Thanks

I set up a price sheet with 4 columns : price / quantity / total / donation percentage.The calculations are fine WHEN they eventually populate... which is when... say... IF another entry is entered + tab.The problem I am having is the TIMING of the calculations populating the fields - why isn't the field automatically populated AFTER?If I were working in an excel document/form... it would be like the formulas populating randomly vs. instantly...make sense?

Export to Word does not work. After clicking on the Conver button. I get a popop screen inviting to buy Adobe DC. I have a subscription to Adobe Export PDF.

I have a new Windows 10 computer and would like to download my Export PDF software in CC, but I can't see where the download is located.  I can view the invoice for the purchase.  What am I doing wrong?
