Hi.  I've just subscribed to the pdf pack but cannot see how to download and access and use it on my PC?

I have Export PDF, but can't seem to download and open PDF files. Do I need to download something?

I have an account with adobe. I was using the send for signature but it stopped working. I talked to someone at Adobe and they said to setup adobe acrobat dc but this is only a thirty day trial.Can someone please look up my account and see what I have already paid for and reinstall whatever I paid for. The document could not be saved. There was a problem reading this document (117).Hi ,I get the above message , when I try to SAVE AS this PDF file, how can I solve this problem ?

I am unable to convert files to pdf as every time I attempt to a pop up message says my trial period has expired even though I pay my subscription monthly for the last 2 years.

Hello! I just got my email from Adobe that says I have successfully subscribed and got my free 30 day trial today.  Great! SO I open my pdf, go to right hand side tool bar and click on 'edit pdf' square tab thing. Then it automatically takes me to a webpage saying I need to subscribe and pay for one of the packages! It appears I am logged in fine...my name is up there....but I try to edit etc and no luck. It only asks me to pay to do anything. HELP PLEASE?!?!?!?

I paid for a subscription when I converted a PDF to a Word document back on December 7th.  now I'm trying to convert another pdf and it opens a Sign In window as well as new window with product pricing for Adobe Export PDF and a Subscribe button.  since i don't want to pay for another subscription, i try to sign in but my email address isn't recognized.  apparently i never created an Adobe Id the first time i used the product.  i created an Adobe Id today, but of course it shows that i don't have any products purchased.  how can i link my Adobe Id with the subscription i already paid for?

Adobe Export PDF turns PDF files into crap - a garbled mishmash of boxes with letters that are anything but an Excel or Word file. How do I get a refund??

How do I change the circle colour on Fill & Sign?

I want to create a fillable PDF from an existing Excel file.  I went to tools, prepare form, and selected my Excel file.  Then I click START but get an error message that says "Acrobat DC could not create the PDF form".  I have no idea why and cannot find any help.

HelloNew to Adobe DC and trying out it for 30 days.  I am creating an employment application for my organization and am wanting to create a text field for applicants to type in information but want the font to shrink as they type so more information can be added.  I have searched this topic on here and have found a lot of dead links.Any information would be helpful.Thanks

I have Adobe Document Cloud. Since updating to windows 10, a few websites won't allow me to print OR save my pdf DIRECTLY to a flash drive, only to the hard drive, forcing me to save it there and move it. VERY ANNOYING! Any ideas?

I want to cancel my subscription but when I try to nothing happens. Go into account setting press cancel plan. That's fine....It asks you why and I pressed on my reason then on the cancel plan button and nothing happens!!

I recently purchased Adobe Export PDF and when I try to sign it I get the error message. I get the error message "Reader doesn't  have the ability to access this service. My PC was also recently upgraded and switched from an older version laptop to a new one. Please let me know what I need to do to access Adobe ID. Thanks

I got the product: Adobe PDF Pack Annual on my account, but I also got a charge for Adobe Export PDF.Isnt the Adobe Export PDF function already included in the Adobe PDF Pack - so there shouldnt be a separate charge?
