The Chat agent informed me that it is a "basic service" and if the output document is not "up to the mark" there is nothing to be done.  Needless to say, it would be nice if they would put this disclaimer up front BEFORE you purchase, and I won't be buying or recommending any Adobe products after this.  But before I retype the document I wondered if anyone has any insight into how to fix this?

I am having an issue with connecting to PDF export services when trying to convert my files from PDF to excel or any format. Is the server down to the cloud for PDF services?

I have five fraudulent charges on my bank card by adobe. These have been reported to my back, but I would appreciate Adobe stopping payment ASAP. I have been waiting for an online chat discussion for over thirty minutes.

I had several document on the cloud as of last night. This morning I logged in to continue editing and they are all GONE. I looked in the FAQ and the other forums and the only suggestion I could find that pertained to this was to look in the archive. I looked in the archive and that is empty as well. Never had docs disappear on any cloud I have used. Usually the opposite :-). Anybody else have this experience?

Help please! When I follow instructions to convert a Word 2010 fillable form to a fillable PDF using the Document Cloud, I get the following error. First off, in Word there IS no security warning. I don't know how to change macro security in Word. What can I do? This is the main reason I subscribed to DC!

As I needed to have a functioning program this evening to deal with urgent business, I conducted a search and found another program that was easy to download and easy to use.As a result please cancel my subscription to your service immediately. As your site says, if cancelled within 30 days....there is no charge. I'm on Mac Yosemite OS and Firefox, trying to load the Fill and Sign software but it keeps stopping around 11% although once it made it to 49% before it fails. also tried to do it with Safari but still not loading completely once the dmg file is open.Anyone have a solution?

Whenever I try to find a word in the PDF document, I'm told there isn't such a word in the document, when I know there is.  I didn't have this problem with the earlier version.  How do I cancel the DC version and go back to the earlier version?

I am filing with the court of appeals. they have changed their procedure when you efile. now you have to bookmark your exhibits. how do you bookmark in a pdf file?

Simple.  I want to cancel and get a refund. Worst product on the market. very convenient sending forums chats in a complete loop of dead ends.  I am very dissapointed in Adobe.  I didnt think you guys were a rip off but you are on the top of the list. When I'm using adobe acrobat I try to sign in so it will save automatically but won't enable me to enter my email address or password. I can sign in to adobe through the website but this does not translate to acrobat.I am using windows 10.. incidentally a similar thing happens when I try to log into microsoft... Wondering if anyone else has encountered this problem? Could it be a windows 10 issue?

It's impossible with the last version to convert .tif file to pdf. It was possible with the old version.

Is there a way to get those files back? Is there a selective sync like Dropbox so that I can unlink certain folders to save space?

Is there a way for me to send a form to someone, have them fill it and then submit it back to me without having them sign it?
