I am trying to convert a word doc to a pdf (which I have done 100 times) but now when I sign in and press "convert" after the file is selected it is giving me an error message that says "reader does not have the ability to access this service"?????

I receive this message ( the exception unknown software exception 0x400000015 occured in the application at location 0x006bd2a57 ) when I try to download PDF files

I cannot seem to access my account in reader in order to use the pdf exporter service that I've paid for.

Please help. Why can't I access the service?

Im so exceptionally frustrated with Adobe....I've paid my humble 10 bucks a month off my credit card, but every time I try and access the software Im asked to pay again...now I cant make progress on a critical project because I  dont want to pay Adobe again, and again, for something im already paying for

I cancel my subscription 3/30/15, the day after I saw the charge on my account. At that time, I canceled through chat with Maruthi and he told me he ran into an error that he had to send the refund request to another department and I should with receive my refund within the next 5 to 6 days. 4/10/15 I had yet to receive my refund so I called and spoke with Upkish and he said he had placed a priority on my refund that I would receive it in the next 5 days that there was no need to get his contact information because I would definetely get my refund that there was no need to call back. On 5/11/15 I contacted Adobe through chat and chatted with Mahak Sareen who gave me case id # 0215258918. Again, I was told that I would receive my refund that it was placed on priority. I told Mahak, I have heard this story twice before that his word did not hold any weight since it seem to be impossible to be connected to the people that I actually need to talk to about my refund. I have paid for the export PDF service but when I try to convert PDF to Excel I just get an unhelpful message saying an error ocurred while signing in, even though I am already signed in?

I want to cancel my membership for Adobe Export PDF.

I convert PDF purchase order files to XL files.  All of the purchase orders have the same information in the header - only the body of the document varies.  Sometimes the PDF to XL conversion skips the header information.  Does anyone know what causes this?

I've just bought Adobe Acrobat Reader DC, being promised that it would allow me to export PDF's to other file formats. It works the first time I try it, however it leaves out several numbers in the exported document - for some reason only repeating numbers was affected. The second time it does't allow me to export a four page document, neither to .doc or .xlsx, although I could easily have made it in either one. Am I doing something wrong or do I have reason to be disappointed?

If I get the basic pdf to Word and Excel conversion service, does it also convert graphics embedded in Word docs?Thanks  Dan

I have bought a licence for adobe product which can transfer PowerPoint to word in March. But when I want to  use this today, there is a wrong message "reader doesn't have the ability to access this services!"???

I needed Adobe ExportPDF for one thing in class, almost a year ago, and I saw that it was an annual subscription.  So I put on my calendar on June 10th that I needed to somehow verify that my subscription was cancelled.  I haven't used it in 10 months or so and I'll never use it again.  How oh how, dear community, can I ensure I'm no longer in a recurring subscription please?THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!Jeff

I keep getting a conversion error when I try to export my PDF into Excel or Word...any suggestions??

Help me! In my old version of Adobe Reader I could disable the OCR Text Recognition when exporting to a PDF file to powerpoint. I can't see this feature ANYWAY in my new version Adobe DC, and if I dont disable it the PDF doesn't export properly (it only picks up some text, and looks strange).Is this feature hidden somewhere? Can someone help me? All I can see is where to pick the language - no where does it let me select 'no recognition'.

Our Company purchased the low tier o Adobe Reader for converting, however, due to our internal policy as well as National laws for the kind of work we are in, we require the data to not leave our network.However, despite research that said it would not upon upgrading and testing it, it did.We are now seeking a refund, but Chat does not get answered, how would i proceed to get a refund?

I cant convert a PDF to a word document and I just purchased Adobe export PDF.  How can I fix this?
