why when I try to download something that I've converted from PDF to Word do I get a message that:  Your current security settings do not allow this file to be downloaded.I'm the only person using this computer.  I'm the Administrator.  It was my article to begin with.

Hi Jeff,I followed your instructions and went to My products--no serial number listed.  I did however get to print my invoice and there are several different numbers on it but none of them say serial number.  Is it possible for them to send it to me in my e-mail. I did not receive an e-mail or a cd.  I bought it on 11 Nov 14 for 89.99.  When I am in my e-mail trying to look at something someone sent me I get the pop up to buy it again or it wants a serial number which I don't have.  If I go to it from my desktop all I have to do is login. 

This is regarding my initial problem.  I'm having the same trouble printing from an adobe acrobat XI file.  I can print a Word document or an Excel document but not an Adobe one.  Can you help?

I checked online and it states that there is a trial version of adobe pro send, where can I find this?

On a bank statement PDF I just converted to Excel, some of the information is formatted correctly (with labels on the left in separate cells from the numbers.) Other lines have the text and numbers all on one line, in one wide cell, making them unusable for computations. Please advise.

Typical of large companies.  Instead of improving your product and putting a sufficient amount of marketing around it, you decide to eliminate the product.  Ridiculous.
