How can I turn off the "Free Subscription is ending in X days pop-up. I bought my subscription but still receive the notice.

It works on my tablet but I can not access mobile link files from my desk top. All I can do is to access the files via the web browser on Acrobat.com. Is there no other way??? Thanks for the help!

I have downloaded adobe acrobat pro after purchasing the program. Now when I try to open it on my desk top it will not even move. I have tried every way to open it but it still wont work. I have even uninstalled the program and reinstalled it. Am I missing anything or not doing anything right for this to happen?

I cannot find my subscription and the files I have previously downloaded. Where can I find that information and how to access the program I have paid for?

How to convert jpeg files into Word

I have uploaded numerous mp4 tutorial files I use on a regular basis, and they are not visible (I did not hide files).  They were not visible at all after their upload.  I initially thought there was an error were issue with the upload, but when I went to upload a single file once that is complete I was told in a dialog box is a duplicate file name.  The duplicate file is visible; however, the original upload file is not.Thank you for your assistance.

I used to regularly use the sticky notes feature in Acrobatto review documents, and I also used to regularly use the Place Signature feature to "sign" documents.  These features used to work absolutely fine.  However, recently, they have stopped working.  When I type text in a sticky note, it takes about 30 seconds to appear - making it completely impossible to work with.  At the same time, the Place Signature feature has completely stopped working alltogether.  Finally, I notice my laptop gets extremely hot, and battery life is about 1/4 of what it used to be.  Yesterday, I removed Acrobat and installed a fresh copy downloaded from the Adobe website.  This solved the signature problem for about 1 hour, but now it is not working again, and the sticky note feature is still unworkable.  Can anyone help please.

I receive an email stating my adobesend account has expired, but it appears to be function fine. The reason presented is that:  Dear William F     Your Adobe® Send subscription has expired. Either you have decided not to renew, or we were unable to receive payment of your fee.      If you did not intend to cancel and wish to reactivate your subscription, it’s important that you update your account or payment information now.*  I reviewed my records and they appear to be fine and I am able to Login to my account without any problem. Why is this?Thank you@
