Just downloaded the 30 day free trial of Acrobat Pro - Doesn't seem to be working on my computer? I'm just trying to convert a PDF to Word and its asking me to subscribe?!

I want to have the ability to access Adobe Send on my outlook tool bar just like I did before my SendNow quick access was removed. Before it used to prompt me when my files were too big and give me the option to use SendNow and now it doesn't.

Hi,I am trying to insert an audio to a pdf that plays automatically plays when the pdf is opened (with Adobe). I am using Adobe Reader on a PC.I could do it manually (Comments - Record Audio), but I cant get it to work automatically (i.e. without clicking on the audio symbol)Is there anything I can do in the preferences I can do to change this?Thanks,Kish

I worked all day completing a nomination form that included an Image of our Logo and other images that divided the sections within the page...now when I open it, it is missing all the images. This form I had duplicated from a previous form and now that one does not show the images either...I have logged in and out a couple of times to see if it had anything to do with my computer but nothing....Please advise on how can this be fixed without having to start all over again inserting images...

I bought a new PC in Feb 2010.  Since then I could print to Adobe PDF (from IE and Office) which was listed as an available printer.  While removing some older programs I uninstalled Acrobat.com (version 2.0) - my error.  Using system restore I was able to recover the program, but I still can't print to PDF.  When opening Acrobat.com I receive a message saying the application descriptor can't be found.  Obviously I uninstalled something I shouldn't have but now I can't seem to get it corrected.  Does anyone have an ideas on how to resolve.

Muy a menudo cuando intento abrir un fichero PDF me sale una ventana que me da la opción de elegir idioma, English o Español. Elija la que elija, me da un flas del fichero y no lo abre, ni ese ni ningún otro. Tengo que desinstalar Adobe y volverlo a instalar para poder volver a empezar. Esto funciona unos días y cuando le parece bien me vuelve a hacer lo mismo. ¿Sabe alguien la solución?

Hello I've just bought the PDF Pack yesterday; first of all really surprise to have online only, especially for confidential infos... Then i tried to sign a document, doesn't seem to allow you to upload your scanned signature; i tried once to "trace" it (not so easy with a trackpad), then, as not satisfied, attempted to retry, but Big Brother doesn't seem to allow me to trace it again... I'm not super happy... Just missed a dealine... Any clue on this?

I can't believe SEND can't store contacts emails like SendNow did. its frustrating enough to make me go back to the awful dropbox. ugh.

I have been trying for a month.  When I ask to view converted files, it takes me to the subscription page?  When I ask to cancel, it takes me in a loop back to the cancel request page?  Is this a scam?

My computer crash and I lost CS5. I downloaded it in 2012 from the Adobe website. I was attending an online school and believe that is where I had my serial # saved. Well, I no longer have access to that email account. Is there a verification process I can go through to get the serial #? I really don't want to pay for the program again if I don't have to. Please advise. Thanks!

How can I get my image thumbnails to show on folders saved on my PC instead of the icon adobe symbol?I have played with the Folder OPTION section and nothing works.  I used to see the thumbnail but now I only see the Adobe Icon and the saved titled I have.   I miss the thumbnail images that gave me preview of each file.

I was an Adobe SendNow Outlook user until early this morning, when I had to send an important document for a meeting this morning. SendNow for Outlook informed me that it  just retired, and so I was directed to this Adobe Send cloud version.   I was able to go in and send my document. And later I found the new Adobe Send Outlook plug-in.But in the meantime, my recipient has not yet retrieved the document (according to the status). I'm wondering how I can verify/see the email I sent through Send. I don't see anything in the Adobe Send Cloud interface that allows me to see either the recipient email address or the text of the email. This seems to be an important component missing. Or am I missing something?Keithp.s. My recipient did finally view the document and I received my email verification, but I still can't seem to find the original text of the email!Message was edited by: Keith Jefferies
