So, I have the standard version of adobe reader and I have purchased Export PDF however, still it does not auto OCR when I triple click on the text box. I went to tools and the option is not even there. What do I do? I am completely lost. Is OCR only available with pro?

Please help me cancel my membership by giving me a phone number or something concrete. I do not want to discuss this I just want to unsubscribe.

I am trying to print a fillable form - - an application for a Chinese visa.  It will not print and I get two error messages:  "document could not be printed" and   "there were no pages selected to print."  The latter is not true.  Won't print at all, the page I am on, nor any series of pages inserted. Am using a MAC desktop and a Cannon PIXMA MX922 printer. I need to print this form now that it is filled out?  What can I do? 

i just paid the yearly subscription price but when i go to convert a pdf to pwrpoint it's asking me to sign up again. when i use the web service it will only convert to word, excel or txt. where's the pwrpoint. need help

i cannot convert pdfs to word files using either Adobe Reader or ExportPDF website.  Using Adobe Reader, I get "an error occurred while trying to access the service" and for ExportPDDF website, I get an "internal server error" message. I have the most recent version of Adobe and checked for recent updates  Anything else I can try?

I am having trouble converting PDFs with images. The wording shows, but the images show distorted and jumbled. I have also tried turning off the OCR and that only gives me all black pages. The whole point in purchasing this was to convert my PDFs with the images. How can I fix this?

I paid for a subscription for an export PDF and most of my PDFs have been successfully converted to word.  However, I recently tried to convert a PDF and was given an "internal server error" message.  What does that mean?  Are there any other options for converting this file?

ADOBE Homepage offers with Creative Cloud the Package Acobat Pro XI which itself contains Mobile features like PDF-conversion.Before licence upgrade PDF conversion worked quite well, now I shall pay again. But I think that such features are covered by Creative Cloud already.Chat calls could not help, I've had two of them already. That issue is said to be covered in a forum only.

Error message when I try to convert pdf to excel, after three attempts I could only convert one file.

Lately when I try to upload multiple PDF files to combine them, they will not convert.  There's a "conversion failure."  The only available action is to delete them and try again.  And again.  And again.  You get my point.  What reasons would there be for my files not to upload correctly?

Documents scanned to pdf (unsearchable) fail to 'convert' when uploaded to COMBINE FILES at Acrobat.com. This has worked without a hitch many times before. My account is current. Not sure what could be the problem. Ideas?
