I am paying a monthly subscription for Acrobat but it says my service is not activated. How do I activate it?

I can't combine two pdf files (always get conversion error message no matter what size the files are). HOW DO I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION. This is a rip off judging from the numerous other complaints about this same issue.

I'm trying to save to hard ddrive, not cloud. doing save as and it doesn't let me save to hard drive, automatically says save to cloud. I think I have a trial version of SOMETHING not sure what- just got an iPhone. chatted for 30 min w/ a rep who knew nothing and told me to get on the forum. I want to get rid of whatever I have and just have adobe reader and save pdf's to my hard drive. what do I do/.?

Like I said. your billing software clearly DID NOT query my bank for the correct address. I have simply COPIED the address that is on my bank statements. Please note, I have tried all the usual subtle variations on my address, but your software refuses to TAKE my money, despite my repeated attempts. Surely, I am not the first person to ask about this. Could you please provide a phone number for someone at Adobe who can take care of this. Again, note, I am really TRYING to GIVE you money here, so maybe someone can help with this!

can't install adobe because it keeps telling me to close "com.apple.webkit.plugin.64" and no other programs are open

When saving an downloaded pdf-fil, the saved file is corrupt (empty?) and can´t be opened. Happens all the time nowadays, never before. Its a mess. Please advice.

This program did NOT correctly convert my pdf to text.  Instead, it converted to a series of question marks and boxes.  It is a waste of my time and I would like a FULL REFUND to my account.  Thank you.
