I have purchased an annual subscription to convert PDF to word.  I am currently trying to convert a PDF document to Word.  It uploaded but  it has been trying to convert for an hour!  I stopped it a few times and tried again, but it is still trying to convert.. could this be to do with a weak Wifi signal? I am using my lap top computer.u

Hi, I have sent paperwork to one of our cohorts for them to sign but none of the learners recieved emails from Adobe, they have checked in their Junk and their Spam folders but they weren't in there.  They all work for the same company and have the same domain name, we do however have learners from the same company who have recieved these.  I have spoken to their IT department and they have said the following.  Adobesign isn't seeming to follow standard email security practices, and with the referenced rejected email this shows that they are not honouring their own email verification methods.  This means that the mails sent in to LCC are failing the DMARC checks as seen, however this isn't something that we would simply allow as a bypassed security measure due to the nature of the content which can come in via adobesign.  As an organisation, we are subject almost daily to phishing and scam messages which often use methods such as AdobeSign,

I have Adobe Acrobat Pro.  When trying to combine 1,000+ files, it only will do 335 files.  the size of the 1,000+ files is 756MB.  The size of the combined file is only 74.1MB.  I've been able to combine large numbers of files in the past but there seems to be some sort of limit now?

I'm a schoolibrarian I wan't all of my students to be able to read e-books, but in order to download them in Digital edtions they need the create an Adobe ID. The only problem is that there's an agelimit. Most of the students are under 13 and not allowed to create an Adobe ID. Is there a way around this?

Why Adobe Pack is only available online and not on desktop or mobile, I paid $119 year and every time I need to edit a document asks to subscribe and I can't edit, so complex.  Please advise. 

I converted a PDF to word in order to copy the text out to a new blank document and now I cannot delete the document. The PDF is in a shared folder. Did the share access stay with the converted document. It tells me it is locked and someone has it open. the word document is in my working folder which is not shared.

I have a form that has to be signed by multiple signatories who then also have option to add comments. The problem occurs when the first signatory signs - all the fields are flattened and the form is no longer fillable. Is there a user-friendly way around this?

I sent an esign from my account To myself and two others. My email is [personal information removed by moderator] when I click on the document that was sent my personal email address [personal information removed by moderator]  to sign it, it says you must sign in as [personal information removed by moderator] I don't have an adobe account with this email that I'm aware of. I need to get this document signed within Adobe so all three can agree to the terms of the agreement on one page.  How do I sign this document?

Hi,I have an Individual user paid subscription for acrobat pro windows since last few years. Since a couple of days, it has stopped working and the acrobat keeps showing as a free user license. I have tried all the below but the problem persistssign out and restart the windows machinecheck my subscription and it shows the plantry to subscribe again but the website says you can't subscribe to the acrobat pro since you already have ituninstalled everything adobe from machine, restart and reinstall acrobatWhen i login to website, i can still see my paid subscription and paid membership till jul 10 ! but when i open the app section, i still see the message to updgrade to paid membership !appreciate your help, as i really need to use the acrobat to submit an application !thanksAijaz

We have web forms that we send out to customers to complete. The forms have required fields before they can sign to complete the document. My issue: When we get the completed form/packet, some of the required fields are NOT populating on the form. This issue does NOT happen on every form, which tells me the issue is NOT in the creation of the form.EXAMPLE: Type of change: TRANSFER (condition set w/this selection to select current & new daycare)Transfer from: Daycare selection           Transfer to: Daycare selectionSometimes, the Transfer to choice populates when we get the form back, and sometimes it does NOT!This is a new issue and just started occurring in the last several months. I figured it was a glitch but it has not corrected itself.I've attached examples.

It looks like Adobe web version is forcing a new version of Request Signatures. As usual for Adobe products, its functionality is less than the previous version.  I built a form on Adobe desktop version, including signature fields. When uploading to the web version and sending for signatures, it strips all the signature fields out. Why and what is the timeline to when we can expect a fix? I can't upload an example as it contains PII. Adobe engineers should be ashamed to have released this even as a beta. Making it the only option on the web version only proves that they care less about functionality and user experience than adding new bells and whistles to keep the investors happy. Maybe someone ought to teach them KISS - Keep It Simple, Stupid

I was working in Acrobat, organizing/deleting documents and everything was fine. Now it won't let me and it says the file is large when in fact I deleted documents and it's the same documents we always upload

Adobe Send & Track service updates   What is changing with the Send & Track service? Starting July 11, 2018, Adobe Send & Track will no longer be available as a standalone subscription service. Starting September 18, 2018, custom branding will no longer be available. Basic functionality to send files will continue to be available as part of an Adobe Document Cloud free account. Full sharing functionality to send and track files—including personalized invitations, large documents, images, and audio and video files—will remain part of Adobe Acrobat PDF Pack, Adobe Acrobat Standard, and Adobe Acrobat Pro.   Note:  Effective December 1st, 2020, the tracking and notification feature will no longer be available for downloading shared files.   If I am an existing Send & Track customer, can I continue to use the service? So this is the situation, I have have two documents, Both contain the same words but one is in spanish the other is in english, They are the same number of pages, I want it so page of english document is right next to page 1 of spanish document in a horizoantal fassion. and I want that to happen for the the entire pdf file.   Please let me know
