After 8 years of using Adobe export converting PDF to Word, I now get an error message.  Need help!

Hello, I purchase export pdf. However, when I click in the cloud to use it. It is asking me to subscribe again. I chatted with customer service, but was told to post my question here. 

I have been having an error trying to open pdf files from onedrive for business though i am able to open some of the PDF files.All my PDF files opens in adobe document cloud.I am using Microsoft Edge browser.Attached is the error message.

I forgot my pdf file password.How to recover it .Plz help me .

My Export PDF software ,purchased  March 2015, last payment March 2020 expiring March 2021  don't workAt the beginnig of exporting process, immediatly shift like virus to commercial page of  Adobe Pro andExport PDF for a new purchase. Is Adobe, specifically Forms appropriate to accomplish some of these goals of data collection, analysis, and document creation. I am relatively new to utilizing products I purchased some years back in the Adobe Suite (CS 5, plus Acrobat Pro 17) . I am now ready to take full advantage of their capabilities. I create and prepare leases for tenants on a regular basis. The process includes collection of their personal, financial, family, vehicle, etc. tenant data to combine in a standard lease document ( MS Word/Google Docs). I remotely manage all of the properties, which are located in Phoenix, AZ. I reside in the Los Angeles area of CA. I have a network of agents and industry professionals to facilitate my management goals. I need to standardize and automate the communication and processes is there a more effective Adobe's solution to achieve these goals? Please Help.

Pretty much as per the title. I have had Adobe subscriptions previously, though never for this product to my knowledge. Just checked my bank account and saw that Adobe had taken funds for this product from my account. Can someone from Adobe please contact me asap to have this charge refunded. I note that this shows up high up in google search results for this product, perhaps Adobe has an ongoing problem with this????? 

Developing a site using adobe sdk to enable annotations and other features on a pdf by using the mentioned link https://documentcloud.adobe.com/view-sdk-demo/index.html . But on clicking on save button the file is saved at default browser download location. I want to change the save location by programming I went through the documentation using link below https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/dcsdk_io/viewSDK/howtos_ui.html#save-a-pdf.  I am encountering issue at the following api level. I signed up for the free adobe dc trial, created fillable forms. I canceled my subscription before my trial ended, and now I cannot locate the fillable forms I created for my clients. The only ones that show up are ones that were missing some fillable fields that I hadn't created on the form, like checkboxes.  But I know I created and saved the completed forms, now they're nowhere on my computer to be found.

I created a " Sign Document " File in my Document Cloud, but there does not seem to be a way to delete it. There is no " ... " pop up menu, and it does not show in my Documents. It only shows in my Home. Is ' hiding ' it the only way to remove it from showing in my Home? I wish I can delete the " Sign Document " File in my Document Cloud. Please help. Thank you.

Hi!  I am trying to use Adobe for pdf / documents and when I try to organize pages something pops up and says I need to subscribe for $9.99 . I click okay and it says that I am already subscribed but I still can not do what I need to do .  Someone please help ! 

Hi!  As of ~noon today (5-27-20) EST, when I try to open a document from my Document Cloud on my desktop computer, I get "There was an error opening this document.  A file error has occurred."  I also can't upload anything, but that's less of an immediate concern.

Hi, I am trying to split a pdf document into separate pages.  When I go to Organize Pages I only have options to either rotate or delete.  There are no tooltips to split.  Am I doing something wrong? Do I have to enable this option somewhere else? Thank youNeil

Hello, I've combined multiple documents together. They were saved as a portfolio due to the presence of digital signatures. I cannot figure out how to save the portfolio to my desktop or anywhere else to share these files as one attachment and not 10. Please help.

I'm using adobe scan to scan documents.  When I go to print one of these documents it changes size...it is smaller than the document.  How can I stop this from happening?
