Our company uses SharePoint Online for certain .pdf forms. The issue seems to be intermittent, but when some of our users open a pdf, it will open in SharePoint online, but there is no "Open" button at the top right to "Open in Acrobat". It will work sometimes and then other times the button will not display at all. We are trying to figure out how this functionality works. Is there something that needs to be enabled to make the "Open" button appear consistantly? We have reviewed the Internet options in Adobe preferences, Web Browser pop up settings, Web browser Adobe extension settings, etc. All settings are enabled to allow for Adobe pdf's, but the "Open" button is still not displaying consistantly.
There have been other posts wherein community members reported that Adobe unilaterally decided for everyone that instead of sending files as attachments, they would steal our PDF content, upload it to their cloud storage, and then send our trading partners a link instead of just attaching the file to an Outlook email as it has done in the past. Previously, this was resolved with changing Preferences > Email Accounts > (uncheck) Always send files as a link (which no one ever checked... Adobe changed that setting for you) Later, another Adobe change was in Preferences > Reviewing > Share for review using Adobe's cloud storage (another thing I suspect almost no one asked for or wanted) Now, the "Send" option at the top right of the UI has changed to "Share" and again uploads my document to Adobe cloud storage, creates an Outlook email, and puts a link to the cloud storage file. I don't know why Adobe thinks this is okay.
Good Day I urgently require assistance as I was using Acrobat on my browser (specifically Edge) that I was filling in a pdf and clicked on the "Explore" button accidentally. Now it says "saving changes" for the longest time now. I tried switching my WiFi on and off and duplicated the tab, only to find it did not save ANY of my changes. Is there anything I can do, as it still "Saving Changes" ? Should I wait it out or abandon all hope and reload the tab.Any assistance (specifically of the practical variety), would be kindly appreciated. Thanks so much and have blessed one..

I have a client who needs to combine several PDF files. The individual files display with no problems. However, when they are combined into a new file, some of the text is replaced with whitespace. The font in question is Times New Roman.

I reviewed statements downloaded from client email on Friday using acrobat, as i have for 7 years. Now, when I open them, the bank heading and address block still show at the top of p 1, the check images on p 2 still show, but all transactions that were on p 1 are now blank. Earlier today, the transactions showed when the statements were accessed thru Outlook preview. Now, the preview is no longer available in the email. Earlier today, I was able to open the full statemenrts in Adobe reader, but now that also shows a blank transaction section. This is happening on my laptop and my assistant's desktop, so I know this is an Adobe acrobat issue. I tried downloading statements from the same bank using my own online profile and the transaction section was blank. I could see them on the bank website but not once they were saved. Has anyone had this issue?? This was not the case on Friday.Steps taken:1) deleted and reloaded acrobat 3x2) checked for updates3) cleared Safari cache4) t
How can I save with Visible bookmarks on a pdf file
I am downloading a pdf article from Newsela website. I download the pdf and open it in Acrobat reader DC. When I convert to a word document, it gives me a download failure. In the past, I have been able to convert these pdf files from this website many times. However, it is happening today. I tried a different pdf file and it is doing the same thing
The original PDF's I'm working with are flat. They'd be this form version https://edocs.dhs.state.mn.us/lfserver/Public/DHS-6532-ENG-dform but as a flat, nonfillable pdf. I need to move the field data to this form that is fillable https://edocs.dhs.state.mn.us/lfserver/Public/DHS-5788A-ENG-dform . The signatures would not need to be transferred. I'd like to do this to minimize the amount of manual input I'd need to do to get it right. What are the best ways for me to go about doing this? I'm comfortable with running javascripts if need be. Thank you for your time in advance!!
I have a PDF with a link that works perfectly—it directs users straight to the calendar session as intended. However, when the PDF is included in an email, the link no longer goes directly to the session. Instead, it triggers a pop-up asking if we want to open the link in a web page. Is there a way to disable this pop-up?
Hello, For the past week, SharePoint integration in Adobe Acrobat has not been working. After investigating, I noticed that this was linked to the cookie in Microsoft Edge. When I connect to the SharePoint site, no cookie is created in the "C:\Users\X\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\INetCache" directory.By using Edge's compatibility mode to run the page in Internet Explorer mode, cookies are created and the SharePoint integration works again.Would you have an idea how to solve this problem without having to activate Edge compatibility mode?Thank you for your help. Best regards,
How do I get some help here?
When opening a pdf the information only shows up when you click on the text box then disappears when you click off of it . Any ideas what is wrong?

All of a sudden I can't save my Word documents to PDF. Adobe is up to date. It works when I'm downloading documents or scanning documents but stopped working to allow me to save Word or Excel to PDF. My subscription is also up to date. I need this to work.

What does it mean when you are trying to save a document password protected and you get the error message "bad parameters"?
I had my taxes done by Turbo tax this year. When I view my PDF online all looked fine. HOWEVER, When I download it half of the document showed no text on my state return. It showed numbers but no text identifying each line. I have never seen a PDF do this before. What the heck is the issue?
I have adobe pro. Today when trying to send out a document it is not recognizing the different signature panels I have already placed, prior to sending. It is say to make some or they will be placed at the end of the document. This has not happned before.
I accidentally deleted an Adobe document from the cloud and am unable to recover it. I tried to recover, but there is no option to recover the document on Adobe Acrobat, although you have put a delete option. I immediately jumped to the Adobe Document cloud to recover the document, but the so-called "Deleted Files" folder was empty. Is there a way to recover my document, or am I irreparably screwed?
