Hi, About a year ago we decided to get an Adobe stock subscription. While checking our Adobe invoices, I noticed that we have been paying for two Adobe stock subscriptions since Augusts 2022. I've tried canceling the subscription using those links:- Een proefversie of lidmaatschap van Adobe annuleren: no Adobe stock subscriptions are shown here (screenshot 1)- Admin console: products:Adobe stock products are not active here (screenshot 2) Then I tried the Adobe chat service to help me out, but the moment I type 'Cancel subscription', it doesn't reply to my messages any more (screenshot 3).  So the question remains: how can I get rid of this subscription? 

When I go to download these images: 85645148 and 85635797I get this error code: {"error":"Internal Server Error","code":"000","case":"82914a495ad650c0b11859762a5ff8e2"}It is only on those two images I have purchased. I have tried different browsers, clearing my browser history, downloading from my license history. Nothing works and no one on my team can dowload them either. 

You have taken a payment for the trial of adobe stock before the date advised, without giving me the full amout of time to change my mind. I'd like my money refunded please.

I would like to ask about licensing for ebook and print book cover.   Can I use the adobe as my primary image for book cover? Ex. main character of the book. Does all your image royalty free? Does book covers with non-editorial image still considered as 'editorial works'? Do i need to credit the artist and adobe stock for non editorial images? Does the limitations of print runs with 500k for print books are also same for ebooks? I only need a cover for ebook, no print cover, does the limitation also 500k? Can I modify the image(not in a bad way/not for politics etc)? I saw an image of a model I want to use for my sci-fi cover but I dont like the body posture or the dress she's wearing. Can I change the body with another image? Or i want to use a model for the clients horror cover, i only wanted the body posture but not the face, can i change the face with another face/scary face? Hello.  Can I use a stock image on merchandise that is intended for free giveaway and has nothing to do with the products being promoted?  To be specific i would like to use an image on refillable water bottles (around 200 will be prodiced) at a veterinary conference - we are a diagnostic company selling equipment and just want some interesting goodies to give to potential customers.Just checking as it is not clear from https://stock.adobe.com/uk/license-terms

Can we use free stock images in social media posts or flyers? 

I can not download templates from Adobe Stock to my iPad. Not openning. Why? What is the problem?I can see the zip file. But Its not openning. Does Adobe Stock not support iPad?

I subcribed to the Trial in December 2022, and cancelled my plan 14 days after, but now I see I have been charged for the annual plan and when I go to "Manage subscription" it does not allow me to continue and loops in the security questions and make me change my password over and over again (see the page bellow). Please help me cancel this plan, never wanted it and it's 39,99$ a month!

Hi   Im having the same issue, I went have having 80 credits now I have 17. I tried using the link you posted but  it comes up with this " We're sorry. You don't seem to have access to the Adobe Admin Console. If you think you should, please contact your system administrator.   I have paid alot of money for this and now I have no way of even getting any support from adobe.   Please can you assist?

I was recently persuaded to swap my Adobe account from a persona to a business account. When I log into adobe stock now, it shows the updated account, but none of the credits transferred. Also, the history just shows the few that I just purchased.If I log into the old personal account, the history is all there, but it has no credits at all (which I would expect) Any help in getting those credits to show back up would be very appreciated. Thanks!

Can you filter out AI generated results when searching for imagery? I don't want this type of content, the size/quality is restrictive and it usually has issues (7 finger hands, weird artifacts etc.).

Help - I can't cancel my Adobe Stock and it keeps charging me

I am sure it is because I have too many images inside one library (1200) but I can't even get in there to delete a few hundred of them. The page crashes every time I click an image. Is there someplace with a LIST of the file names so I can select several at a time to delete them. This one by one is driving me nuts and now even that does not work.
