There are other issues like that on this map. This is not a mistake, but intentional promotion of political disinformation,2) This is NOT an original work of that author, since I seen that image all over the internet via image search and it has been posted by kremlin bots promoting political disinfo in favor of Russian Federation. E. g. via answers on Quora website. This is a redacted version of the map. Original map shows countries in a proper way as they exists and internationally recognized.I sure this map must be removed from Adobe Stock.I found disturbing that Adobe Stock does not have a mechanism to report an inappropriate content like disinfo right on content page.

Recently purchased and downloaded stock #504119075 and the font is not included and it appears not be available in adobe stock collection. PLEASE advise. 

I just spent nearly 2 hours on the phone with five different people from India - whom I could hardly understand and each had their own uneducated answers to why my account was messed up.   My team and I, as of today, couldn't download images even though we have a rotating monthly plan. We have plenty of credits available. I thought there was a problem with the account and called customer "service". The first person I spoke to was nice and we did a screen share. I could see him clicking all over the screen and he eventually called a "floor supervisor" over. Neither of them could figure it out and had to transfer me to someone else - disconnecting me, by accident of course.   I had to call again and spoke to a third person who told me I'm not using the filters and I have to open a tray that doesn't automatically open in order to select my plan. My response was, "Why, as of today, do I have open a tray - that defaults closed by the way - every time I do a search to select my pla

This is what the error message said: We're sorry, but a system error occurred. If you do not receive a payment confirmation email in the next few minutes, please try again or contact customer service.Needed to download a vector and no matter what stock image I tried to download, it would get the same message.  I have the 40 credit plan and this was my first time using credits. Tried using a different browser, signing in and out, restarting computer etc.

I have a Stock subscription and have a folder in my stock account called Adobe_Images.  When looking at this folder in CC libraries within InDesign, Illustrator etc I can see all of the images i have either licenced or added as a favourite.When I logon to stock via my web browser, I cannot see any of the images even though it tells me that (currently) there are 451 in total.Can anyone help?

I recently licensed an image and then realized that its unusable due to a typo in the graphic. It should be removed from the library, and I would like that credit back. I understand that it must be impossible to police every image loaded. How hard would it be to have a button on the listing page to return and report defective work?    

Bonjour,je me sers d'images adobe stock comme inspirations ou images de départ. Le problème c'est que j'ai des gros soucis de mémoire depuis un grave traumatisme crânien qui a eu lieu en août 2020. Apparemment, j'avais déjà acquis un forfait adobe stock de 10 images par mois, mais je l'ai oublié, et du coup quelques semaines ou mois plus tard, j'en ai pris un autre. Entre temps, j'ai dû faire opposition de ma carte bancaire qui était reliée aux paiements adobe. C'est quand j'ai changé mes informations de facturation que j'ai vu que j'avais deux forfaits de 10 images par mois. Il est impossible de désactiver la première formule. Il n'y a pas de bouton "gérer la formule". Après m'être renseignée sur le web, il semblerait qu'elle soit à 29 euros, mais le tarif n'est pas écrit dans mon espace personnel, et moi je souhaite ne garder que la seconde dont le tarif me convient bien mieux, plus respectueux de mon budget, surtout vu l'utilisation que je fais des images. Comment procéder svp? Merc

Hello. I used the free trial period for 10 pictures. But I have problem with invoice. When I want to download it, I get a message like: 'There is no billing history for this product.' So do I have proof that I have licenses, without having an invoice?  Kind regards

Hi,    I had an error while trying to purchase two stock images, and it looks like I have somehow bought three licenses. Are you able to oragnise a credit for the duplicate? Good morning Adobe Community, When I searched for Professor or professors' photos, the number of white men and white men with white hair was disheartening. Yes, there were women, mostly white women and people of color, but the OVERWHELMING number of pictures were of white men. It was a cliche to see many images of white men with books. Doesn't anyone vet the photos? Yes, I'm sure I could search for people of color who were professors, but when left to a generic search, it was probably spitting up 20 or 30 images of white guys for every black or brown "professor." Adobe, don't indulge in cliches!

Hi, I have downloaded 2 files from contributor Intpro.Files AdobeStock_432302849.ai and AdobeStock_321934181.aiIt is said that they are vector, but they are not : theu are bitma.My credits have been reduced by 2 credits, but worse: this is misleading information. Could you please do something?Thanks in advance for any advice.

HelloI recently tried using a preset Adobe Stock template in Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign but it would not download.I restarted the restarted the apps and later on the pc but the issue remains. I tried different templates and different apps but the issue is quite persistant throughout all of the apps.Screenshot added with the template screen and a sample download, the size of the download is shown on the top right, but no progress bar is shown or any download wil go through. Any help is appreciated David

why my image rejected?

so i bought the adobe cloud as a student, and somehow i had only one plan but now i have two one being the adobe stock wich i do not use or care for and now adobe is bombing me with emails for me to pay extra 29,99€ for a plan that i do not use or requested. and it is not possible do cancel my plan because it says that i have to update my billing to make any changes. 

Dear all, I would like to start selling prints so my question is: is it allowed to use Adobe Stock images for it? I will not sell the images digitally but on pints and canvas.  Thank you, Fabrizio

I have been paid for every month since 2018, but I haven't recieved no more credits because of 120 unused licenses. Does it mean that I was paying for nothing?

hello, i use the Adobe stock images and i would like to change my plan and purcase the photoshop. I have 79 remaining assets. How can i have the ability to licence these assets whenever i need then and not lost them, because i have already pay them?

If I buy a extended license on an image and then blend that image with my own images, can I cooyright tbe new composite? What rights do I have with tbe new Image?  Ive always have used my own photography to do my composites but with health issues its getting harder to get to places I want to. So was wondering if using stock to create new work gives me any copyrights to new composite. 

Anyone know if the license will allow photos and clips that have the watermark on them to be used in a video for a client when not holding the license? The idea is to use the media as part of a video to show the client, and if they like it, to then purchase the license. The video will be posted to youtube with a private link. Thanks

Hi All,  I have an Adobe Stock 25 Credits a Month plan and I'm supposed to get 3 HD videos a month along with it.  However, Downloading videos is not functioning.  I'm running a Macbook Pro 2019, 16-in,  OS 12.4, and it doesn't matter whether i use Chrome or Safari.  I've done all the troubleshooting - empty cache, delete cookies, history, etc.  logged out and back in.   Clicking a video does not give me an option to chose credits to license, and if I try to clike "BUY" i get the same error (see attached pic).  Adobe customer care has been useless over the past 72 hours.  Anyone else having this issue or have a work-around?  Thanks so much!  

Hi all –  Logged in to my personal account, I created a PR project using (watermarked) Adobe HD video clips. Now that I wish to purchase the clips, I want to purchase them using someone else's (my client) CC account. So, I log out of my account, and log in to his and load the PR project again. The clips are there of course but the option (shopping cart icon) to purchase directly from within the PR project is not there. I thought I'd be clever and log into his Adobe Stock account while still being logged into my Adobe CC account. Nope. You can do it oddly enough but it just purchased using my Adobe Stock account. It didn't care who's Stock account the machine was logged in to. I've also tried to export my Stock library but there's no way to import it into another account that I can see. Ultimately I could search for all 26 clips again while logged into his account(s), purchase them, then hopefully be able to Replace Media from Bin.
