Darf man mit dem Probeabo erworbene bilder, auch nach ablauf des Abos nutzen?

With the standard license, can I use image assets to describe my Amazon product? The images will not be sold, they will be used to enhance the description of my product. For example, if my product smells like bananas, can I use a stock image of bananas? I expect less than 500,000 views.

Good day:Apologies for my English skills.We purchased several Adobe CC licenses and on 2 so far, when we try to sign in on the Adobe Stock Powerpoint add-in the little window that opens so you can enter your account and password starts automatically redirecting and then disappears. It opens and closes in a matter of seconds. We're unable to sign in and activate the add-in. We've been working fine for months until now. This only happens on Powerpoint's Adobe Stock add-in, our Adobe CC sign in works correctly. What we've tried so far:-Removing and re-installing the add-in-Deleting all Adobe certificates from Windows-Clearing browser data on Microsoft Edge-Logging off from Adobe CC Nothing made a difference.I'm assuming it's a redirect issue, perhaps there's a problem with our region (Chile) in adobe's validation services.Any help will be much appreciated.-Jaime, Universidad Católica de Chile

I've seen this post a few times but nothing has really given me a solution. I've logged in and out of my account.I have no libraries or assets to speak of to be causing a problemMy browser is up-to-date Any ideas as to why I still can't even create a library to save to?

I purchased a 40 assets/months plan but it still show that i have no plan and won't allow me to use them

I wanted to cancel my plan of 10 resources per month, for a cost of € 36.59, but when I signed up for a year (which was not wanted by the way because there was a mistake and I didn't have time to cancel within the 30 days free for personal reasons) it was not specified, during the registration, that in my right of withdrawal, I would have to pay a penalty, at this moment it is € 182.94. I am not a professional and I do not use images for work, and I wanted to ask if I have the right to cancel without having to pay this money, as the penalty was not specified, but I believed that, as other sites do, cancellation was enough. Hi Linda from South Africa - I have had the same problem and instead of allowing me to cancel the trial I am requested to update my payment details!! And an International transaction was processed on my bank account yesterday whilst still in the trial period! I would not expect this from a legitimate Sofware Giant. I further cancelled the trial but email came back unsent. This usually the actions of start-ups / dodgy sites to say the least. Please assist soonest.

Hello,I have an active plan of 10 pictures/month. The last payment was on the 1st of May, and I had about 20 assets the last time I logged in, which was about 10 days ago. Now, I wanted to get the license for some pictures, and it only gave me the option to buy them, this for any picture, also those included in my plan. If I click on the user account circle on the top right of the page, it says I have no active plan and no license, but if I enter in the payment options, it says I have a 10 pictures plan and that the next payment will be on the first of June.I really need to solve this issue immediately as I am working on a project with a close deadline for a client.Thank you for your help!

License history menu doesn't open I've tried it on several CPUs and browsers and android.

The absurdity of not being able to cancel my "Free Trial Plan" for the past 14 days has been absurd. I have been in constant communication with several support agents who continuously say that I will receive an email confirmation within 24 to 48 hours to confirm the cancellation, however the trial period is still active, and I am unable to do anything about it on my end as the message still says "You'll be able to manage this plan shortly" (since April 28th 2022). I have filed a complaint through the Better Business Bureau.

Es wird die Fehlermeldung "Abrechnungsproblem" angezeigt und es sollen die Kreditkarteninformationen aktualisiert werden. Es ist jedoch keine Abo abgeschlossen worden und soll auch nicht. Sind dies lediglich hinterlegte Zahlungsinformationen? Falls ja, die hinterlegten Informationen sind aktuell!

Thank you for taking the time to read this question. I am a graphic designer who competes regularly on 99Designs. Adobe Stock and 99Designs have an agreement that allows the use of unlicensed stock photography in layouts with the understanding that winning layouts will purchase/license the stock photography used. However, it often happens that good designs are rejected on 99Designs. Those rejected designs are still useful to designers in their portfolios. My question is whether it is allowed to use unlicensed stock photography that is part of a layout when used in a personal portfolio?

Hi I've download the image 376889148 preview for design to get licensed after the client approve all. But when I download the file the colors was different and look bad. Compare the the preview of the image it was monochromatic and flat.   I open in photoshop CC 20.0.10 Release. I work on Windows 10   Thank you. Roei.

Hallo, ich habe eine erweiterte Lizenz einer Grafik gekauft, aber die heruntergeladene Datei entspricht farblich nicht der Vorab-Ansicht bzw. der Hintergrund ist viel kräftiger. Hello, While browsing, I accidentally licensed a font when trying to click to see how many credits it took. I incorrectly assumed it would show me the amount instead of immediately licensing. The Asset ID is #354174573. Is there any way to reverse this? 

     I was scrolling down when I slipped and clicked on License and Save to Library for a random image! File#:132626954 Now instead of being able to license and save 10 images, I have only 9 free images left? Is there anyway to fix this?

I've downlaoded a hud box with different futuristic screen elements (frames etc) and i don't understand how to use them because the picture on which all the different boxes (frames) are presented is just downloaded as a jpeg picture. Aren't it supposed to be a PSD so that i can actually use the frames? Take them appart etc?

I've followed all the instructions at the site for "Cannot download Adobe Stock images" and yet, when I click "License & Save to Computer", I get a spinning disk and "Please wait..." and nothing happens further. I'm running Mac Sierra and have tried on both Chrome and Firefox. Would really appreciate any help.

I have just purchased 5 credits and only able to download one image. When I tried to download the second one, this Error message pop up. Already tried different browsers and computer; sign out and sign back in; Add to Library.... Can anyone help? Urgently need 4 images to complete the work tonight.
