muss bei lizensierten stockmedien auf printmedien (folder,flyer) bzw. websites oder power point präsentationen ein bildnachweis mit copyright zwinged angeführt werden?
I accidentally double clicked and ordered a photo on demand - and ended up with an image that I don't want that cost 169,99 € . I noticed its price just after clicking on it and it was a huge surprise for me - usually photos on demands costed not even 2 € . Is there a way to undo this? I will never use the image. Thanks to whomever knows the answer.
Hallo, wir haben seit 21.3.2019 ein Abo für 10 Fotos/Monat. Abgebucht wird über die Kreditkarte. Wir haben das Abo eine Zeit lang intensiv und dann lange nicht mehr benutzt. Jetzt sind offene Downloads aufgelaufen, denn es werden 109 Fotos angezeigt, die geladen werden können, weil sie schon bezahlt sind. Die Frage ist wie lange laufen diese nicht geladenen Bilder auf bzw. ab wann verfallen sie? Ist es genau ein Jahr? Dann müssten die Bilder aus dem letzten Jahr ja auch schon verfallen sein. Ich würde diese Downloads nur ungern verfallen lassen wie schon die ganze Coronazeit über.Danke für eine Info dazu. Caren

so i'm trying to purchase adobe stock to be able to license my audio previews i've put in my video, however when i click on the "agree and subscribe" button it tells me a system error has occurred, i've reloaded it multiple times on different webs and i've made sure i have enough money for the transaction. please help i need this video up as soon as possible

I know I cannot use it to redeem extended ones and I can only acquire standard licenses, but I would like to purchase a few enhanced license images (about 28 of them in total) and I'm wondering if I could get those enhanced licenses as a set in the most inexpensive way using my existing subscription plan? Is there any way I can get credit packs to redeem extended license images? Our company has been invested with Adobe Creative tools and assets for a while, and you guys have helpful for our businesses. We've been grateful! And I would appreciate so much any help on that. Hi there,I'm supposed to recieve 10 credits per month as part of my plan. At the end of March I had 3 credits available. We are into April and I still haven't recieved my 10 credits this month, my balance is still at 3. I can't contact anyone to raise the issue. Thank you.
Dear Terminal Generation- Stock asking me to verify identity for my employers account by entering a code it's sending to the account's email. Obviously I have no way of obtaining that code. Is this verification something that Adobe has enabled for it's account holders? If so...did anyone ever bother to consider that not everyone is an individual or primary account holder? So now I am locked of account and unable to work until my employer or Adobe solves the issue. Unfortunately after reading up on many posts, it seems that this is a frequent issue that occurs to far too many members. I signed up for the Adobe free trial on January 21st 2022 I believe. I cancelled my FREE TRIAL prior to the trial ending. I cancalled the 27th of January. Fast forward to April 2022. I noticed that I have been billed for an Adobe subscription I know for a fact, was cancelled, for the months of: January, February, and March. For a current total of 47.79. I spoke to a representative who was of absolutely no help in terms of answwering the questions I had about the charges and why my subscription had not been cancelled when I cancelled prior to my trial ending. She also let me know she could help me cancel now but I would owe a cancellation fee of 67. I came to the support community in hopes that someone could help me resolve this issue. I have wasted a lot of time looking for the mixed subscription plan on my UK account that is advertised on Google (indeed first or second thing that comes up when searching for Adobe Stock plans). Not only does it not say anywhere that it is NOT available outside the USA, but it gives the subscription price in pounds Sterling, which to me suggests that it is available in the UK (but after much faff discover it isn't). Guten Tag, Ich habe während meines Abos 61 Stock Medien angesammelt, die ich heute einlösen wollte. Leider habe ich mir das Ende meines Abbonements falsch im Kalender eingetragen und statt des 04. Aprils war es bereits der gestrige 02. April. Das nützt mir heute am 03. April leider nichts mehr. Könnten Sie mir diesen einen Tag der Kulanz noch zugestehen damit ich den Download der 61 Fotos die ich zwischenzeitlich in meiner Bibliothek gesammelt hatte, noch einlösen kann? On 3/30/2022, I accidently licensed FILE # 127073586. Could you please undo that license and reimburse me one asset? This is my first time using Adobe Stock, and I thought clicking "license" would show additional details about the image and offer a prompt to confirm my choice prior to licensing. But clicking "license" automatically used up one of my assets to license me that image.
This program ended up being not what I needed so I'm trying to cancel my 30-day free trial but I can't find where to cancel! Someone please help!!
Hi, 1. It is really unfriendly how you approach Customer requests. Chat is not working on your website and to find a place to contact you it is impossible. Very nice approach 😅 2. Two months ago I wanted to cancel my subscription but Adobe has created very interesting solution for their customers! You can not cancel the subscription unless you will pay 200 euro fee. Again very nice approach to customer congrats for 2 time! 3. Two month ago your chat was working (I fortunately found it after 20 mins forage of your very friendly CS facing design of the website). CS informed me that I will be granted 6 months of free subscription BUT you have charged my card anyway today, it is what I would bet $1000 that you would do! In my personal library, it is easy to see an overview of all the image files I have licensed. But how do I get a similar overview of the audio files I have licensed?
Hi, We have a paid license for Adobe Stock. But lately the downloading of pictures has been insanely slow. Right now, after i click the license button it takes about ~45 seconds before the picture starts downloading.I've deleted my library's but that didnt help. I deleted my browser cache, didnt help. When i make a new account is downloads really fast again. So i think it lies in the license history. We have almost 10000 pictures in there. Could that be the cause for it being so slow? And is there any way to empty the license history or make our account faster? Right now its undoable and not worth the money we pay.

If you do not receive a payment confirmation email in the next few minutes, please try again or contact customer service. I've bought a credit pack, which I have not used yet, so there should be more than enough credit to cover this purchase. I've looked at other threads with the same error, and cannot find a solution. I'd appreciate any assistance!
