Hallo,  beim Versuch, ein Creditpack zu erwerben, wird mir folgende Meldung angezeigt.  Wie kann ich nun weitere Credits erwerben?  Beste Grüße

I have licensed a vector file. When I download it to my computer 2 thigs are happening that haven't ever happened before. (1) The file continues to download in preview mode, and (2) in my Finder window the prefview of the file is text documnat.  Is anyone else experiencing this?

When I try to go onto Adobe Stock images this error pops up: Error 503 No healthy backends

I cannot access a library at stock.adobe.com with 384 items in it. I get an error message: "There was an error processing your request".The assets show up in libraries for CC apps.Does anyone have a solution to this problem? I have opened a ticket, sent details and screenshots but support will not fix this issue. They insist on a phone call, but do not schedule it in a typical, respectful way - only offering a long window of time that I may receive a phone call from an unknown number.  Thanks 

Hallo,   ich habe vor zwei Wochen das kostenlose Probeabo für Adobe Stock gestartet. Jetzt will ich es vor ABlauf des Probemonats kündigen. Unter meinen Abos steht aber nur: "keine kostenpflichtigen Abos vorhanden" und ich kann nichst auswählen. Ich will das Abo aber kündigen BEVOR es kostenpflichtig wird. Kundenservice kann ich nicht erreichen. Ich hoffe man kann mir hier weiterhelfen. Viele Grüße

Hi,I recently subscribed to Stock for 10 images per month, with 1st month free. But the asset downloding process gets locked into a "clicking loop" :When clicking "download", a first popup opens to select either a one-shot payment for 5 credits, or 10 per month. Then, after I choose the second option, another popup opens telling "good news, you already have credit" ("Vous avez déjà un forfait" in french). Then after clicking OK, nothing happens, the 2nd popup gets closed, the image-finding page is still visible in the web browser, and nothing has been downloaded,  neither in "Download" directory, nor accessible from AI. Same situation as at beginning. Im in a infinite clicking loop. When i click "open in application", AI is being opened but only the preview is present (low resolution, pixelized). Did I do something wrong ? My popups are not blocked in my web browser. Thanks in advance for your answer.  

I am just noticing that I've been charged for Adobe Stock for the last 8 months!  I have an enterprise account at work and would never have intentionally signed up for this. With all the notifications the Adobe Creative Cloud sends, how hard would it be to provide their individual customers with some kind of monthly notification?

After licensing an adobe stock vector graphic, am I allowed to edit the AI file in any way I need to for my use case? Or would doing so potentially violate the copyright agreements for the standard license?  Specifically, I'm hoping to license something similar to this map of the united states: and edit the colors and scale of some objects for a commercial video. 

Wondering if my license covers images used for paid advertising

I have Adobe creative cloud. I license every picture before I use them to create anything. If I chose to sell what I created from the free image would I need additional licensing to avoid legal issues?

Hello, I accidentally licensed some Adobe stock images when I was filtering under the "Free" ones and am unsure how to get the credit back to the company account. I was under the impression if they were free there was some way to download them without needing to license but wasn't sure which buttons to click; these are the two assets:#376735454 #374287247 If you can assist with helping me resolve this if there are any erroneous charges that would be greatly appreciated!

I'm trying to do some searches this morning but the site keeps glitching. For instance, I try to access my libraries and I get a "Something went wrong / We couldn't load your libraries" message. Also, when I click the next page arrow during a general search, I get a page saying there were not results. Support said there are no known issues. Sigh.

For the last two days I can't use the site because it doesn't work (I've attached a screenshot). Is this normal or is it just me?p.s. maybe the Russian Roskomnadzor shot himself in the foot again and disrupted the normal operation of the site for the Russians?

I respectfully ask Adobe Stock to look into their Russian contributors and remove those supporting the Russian war against Ukraine. I was about to license an image and noticed that the contributor was Russian. While I know not all Russians support the war crimes being committed against Ukraine, others do. I researched this contributor and found her social media page. The very first post was a pro-Russian patriotic propaganda video with a chorus of Russians all wearing scarves with the infamous "Z".  Needless to say, I did not license the image from Adobe Stock. Please, please, please Adobe. Do what is right and remove those Russian contributors who are blatant supporters of the Ukranian invasion. 

Hello,In short: I'll be sending my website design out to the developer in a while. For this website design, I used a photo from Adobe Stock(as a website header), which I purchased of course under the standard license. And the license says:"The Standard License allows you to: Share the unmodified photo with your employees and contractors who are contractually bound to comply with the terms of the license."And here my question arises: what should such an agreement look like? Is it enough if the programmer confirms by e-mail that he agrees not to distribute the photo? Are there any ready-made contracts of this type? I am a private person, I do not have any company. I have no idea how to go about it. Greeting.

Hi! I was licensing one imgae and while I was in my downloads forlder the image next to it got licensed and downloaded itself. Ido notwant this picture, how can I reverse this? Can you help me?

Is it allowed to use editorial only images for wall graphics in a private building or workplace not open to the public?I understand it is not allowed for cmmercial use, or advertising etc, but where does a wall graphic in a private office fall in the great scheme of things? It would only be seen by the staff.

I just purchased a vector image that was described as "editable vector stroke" however upon downloading and opening the file, it is not editable, but outlined, so I can't edit it to adjust the thickness of the stroke to match my designs.

Hi there, Since a few weeks we have noticed that after downloading different stock images, some essential fields in the IPTC data, especially the author and copyright, are emtpy. This is the case as soon as we check on the files in our local download folder without altering them in any way. It only happens with certain files, recent examples for this are file numbers 213041347 and 185570747. Since we are required by the Adob licence agreement not to delete and/or change the IPTC data, we are worried this could result in a legal problem later down the line. As far as we are concerned, we would have no way of proving, that the IPTC data were already empty by the time of downloading the file from Adobe Stock. So we would like to know if this is a known issue for the support staff and if there is a already a workaround to avoid legal consequences? In addition to that, we have observed cases over several years where the name of the author in the IPTC data is differe

I have hundreds of Adobe stock photos and use them frequently. My collections loaded into Creatice Clud Express (Spark) and all the photos are telling me to buy them. I can just as easily upload but why does it say this? I take care to follow usage rights, give credit, etc. so it's bothering me.
