When I work in Premiere Pro I have a licens with 10 free download per month from Adobe stock. But suddenly I cant download any music. Now I get pointed to the website to purchase the song that I draged in to the project. The last time I downloaded music from the stock library I had plenty of licenses left. Has any one out there experienced the same problem and maby have a solution?  

Hi all, is there a way to exclude a contributor when searching for images?I tried "not" and "-" with the contributor name, but that doesn't seem to work. Are there any tricks that I could try ? Thanks in advance

I downloaded the webinar graphic FILE #:  421678906 Once the file downloaded - it only gave me one template that did not match any of the 3 templates shown in the preview image.

With Adobe Spark, I had access to numerous stock images. With the new CCE app, when I try to use an image a message pops up informing me that I have not licensed any images. Do I now have to pay to use Adobe Stock photos/images?

Do Credits Roll Over? How about if take a month or two off subscription?

I want to use images in online courses but can't work out the licensing. I am developing a series of related courses (some free some paid for) so will want to use the same image several times in each course and also across the courses. With subscription, do I use up an image each time it appears or can I use the same image several times across the courses?

I've had the same issue a couple times myself, again just now. I've looked in the community section and see this is a very common issue since at least 2017. It doesn't seem like Adobe wants to fix this, just have users accidentally keep using their credits. When I'm viewing a photo in a Library as the larger preview, I click over to another image thumbnail to view it, however as I click on it the License button appears where it hidden before, and in a single click meaning to open that thumbnail larger, I've been tricked into licensing the image. What a horrible user experience! I contacted help for them to tell me the images are non refundable per their policy but as a courtosy gesture they'll add a credit to my account. Oh how nice, your bad interface tricks people into licensing non refundable images! There's many other stock photo outlets, some of them free, just so you know you're not the only game in town Adobe Stock.

I'm a photographer. I create advertisements. I purchased some photos from Adobe Stock for my client. The photos were used to make photomontages. Can I use purchased photos to create new photo montages for the same customer?

Hi,I was scrolling through Adobe Stock photos and I have a touch-screen tablet. While scrolling on the touch screen I accidentally touched the License button on two images that I didn't intend to license. I haven't downloaded them at all. The images are: File #126022767 and File# 219975200. Can I get these deleted from my account/image library please?Thank you,Gail

It seems Adobe has implemented new usage restrictions on photos that include US money (dollar bills).  You will NOT be able to open certain images in Adobe Photoshop. Even though the image does not show clear or complete images of the dollar bills.  When you try to open image, you get a pop up window with a link to https://rulesforuse.org/.   I purchased image AdobeStock_404167062.jpeg. An image that is a collage of images. overlapping $100 bills, with the US Capitol building overtop. Cannot open in Photoshop. But… I can open image AdobeStock_86749097.jpeg. Which is a full image of $100 bills overlapping.  Does this make any sense?   Anyone know when Adobe started doing this?  And, who picks which images fit into this new criteria? 

I like many others cannot cancel Adobe Stock.  When I sign in to my account it doesn't allow me to see what is posted on the "help page" or the video link.  When I try to contact customer support it doesn't allow me to and tells me to contact my administrator.  I just want this cancelled.  What a nightmare. 

I avoid using Adobe Stock if I can. Why? Because when I come to administer my accounts, it is impossible to connect an invoice to the stock footage it has been issued for.Here is an example.On 15th January I purchased some stock footage. It has a 14 character order Number, ADB050 . . . . . . UK etc . The Invoice has a product number, 65272923. But the file number in Adobe Stock is 113675568. I bought this along with a load of other stock footage from a variety of sources as part of a very large project involving the production of 8 separate videos. Today, I have been doing my admin and preparing my invoices for the end client. All of the other stock footage has invoices that include the reference number or file number that can matched to the file name of the purchased footage. But with Adobe Stock, there is no way that I can see of matching the product number/description on the invoice (65272923) to the file number (113675568). Hi,I downloaded the image 396746251 created by  Harry Kasyanov  but when I open it, it is completely different from that proposed on the website. I'm not able to find any foult on my side so I assume, problem should be coming from Adobe? Proposed image I wanted to downloadAnd actual Image I got 

The subscription price went from 19.9 euros to 29.9 euros since november for 10 images. Or an increase of 30%. How do you justify this increase, Adobe?

Hi all, When downloading a vector graphic that I've licensed, it gives me the wrong graphic. It's supposed to be a lighthouse, but it downloads a windmill from the same artist. The jpeg version downloads fine, but it's a pain to convert from jpeg to vector. The artwork is "Lighthouse with blue waves" from Jefrey Maviskho.
