Hi all, When downloading a vector graphic that I've licensed, it gives me the wrong graphic. It's supposed to be a lighthouse, but it downloads a windmill from the same artist. The jpeg version downloads fine, but it's a pain to convert from jpeg to vector. The artwork is "Lighthouse with blue waves" from Jefrey Maviskho. Adobe chat has been totally unhelpful. Pixsy was working on a case of copyright infringement for me (makeup brand stole a photo) and it's led back to Adobe stock site.  Someone took this old shoot I did, stole the entire folder from Flickr & posted it for sale here: https://stock.adobe.com/uk/images/beautiful-young-woman-with-clean-fresh-skin-close-up-skin-care-face-cosmetology-concept/284557629 I took every one of those photos & own the copyright to all of them & did not authorize their sale on this site. How do I get these taken down? Chat is useless.  I need to also find out who posted them for sale. 

My employeer is based in France, but I am in the US and don't speak French. My Adobe ID is under their account. Every time I open a window/tab for stock.adobe.com the language reverts to French. I can even have one tab open with the region switched to English, and when I open a second tab to stock the second tab is in English. 

So I have to pay 1 793,75 SEK (about 175 Euros) for cancelling a thing I never wanted either used. I just wanted the photo plan (software, PS mostly). The first bill was way more (35+10 euros) than the 10 euros/month, so I wanted to cancel it as I dont use it much. My mistake was I choosed yearly. Im Okay to pay the 500 sek (50 euros) penalty for cancelling the photo plan but then I realize I "have" a stock plan also (that was the 35 euros difference in price) and it´s almost 200 euros to cancel it.  What kind of shady-scam practice is this???? When are goverments stopping this kind of scams!!!!????

Hello everyone, can I used standard license stock assets to make illustrations as in fashion illustrations? 

I canceled my subscription. And about 10 minutes later they charged my 60 dollars. Is there a cancelation fee because I was never told there was. And if not, then can someone tell me and to contact them because this is the only thing I could fine after about an hour of looking.

is it possible to filter assets by license type? for example, I only need standard assets, but so far I cannot find anything other than assets with an enhanced license.

I wanted to throw together a highlight video for a stream being broadcast on ESPN+. To date, Adobe audio doesn't have an extended use license. Is that technically "TV" or web use? 

I found a series of images that look like they might contain an under-age model posed in sexualised/fetishised positions and clothing. Please look into this. Hello. Adobe Stock - I have purchased 10 monthly asset plans. But I can't use the Plan in any way. I definitely can't use my plan when I want to search and download an asset from Adobe Stock. dec. He's downloading assets in a mercenary way. What is the solution to this, please help me as soon as possible.

New adobe stock user here. I am looking for the actual license. I see the asset ID, I see that it says Licensed next to it after I've selected and licensed the image. But why isn't there a way to download the actual license whether in a PDF or a TXT file? Where on gods green earth can i find the invoices for individual adobe stock purchases? NOT the list of assets aka License History...there is NO invoice download there. In my Adobe Account>Orders and Invoices page, there is literally nothing in that list. I just purchased 8 assets, yet my list is empty. Where can i find an invoice that indicates that i purchased an asset for a dollar amount? I did recieve an email with the order number, but its useless as it only links to an empty Orders and Invoices page. Please help. 

405673967The shown and downloaded preview image has a blue filter and an overall brighter look.However, the licensed image is somewhat darker. Looks dull at my end.Opened it in various apps, browsers, hardware acceleration on or off.This is the first time I've noticed a difference between a licensed image and a sample one. Thoughts, please? I'm not too fussed about a credit, although I won't use it because it is darker.

Moi Adobe!I tried to solve my problem in your chat, but i didn't get any help. Just got rude answer that I should read yor terms and conditions... Not so pleasant experience.I ordered Stock free trial at the beginnig of October. I ended the free trial before 30 days in my Adobe account way it's informed to do, that was end of the same month. I got the text on the screen that my order is now canselled and welcome again to use Stock etc. I couldn't expect any e-mail or anything, I thought that was like that.Now after two month, I noticed that Adobe has charged already twice 37,19€ from my credit card. I haven't got any receipt or notice, that my order is still going. I just get e-mail and receit every month that my CS is now paid but nothing about Stock... Now I'm very upset, as a student that amount is much too much for me and I don't even use the product. I'm paying for nothing and I really quit that free trial. Is there any sign in your register that I really finished my order? 

I have an Adobe stock 10 photos per month subscription since November 19, 2019 and I was paying € 23.99 per month until October 19, 2021 on November 19, 2021 hop increase of € 12 or € 35.99 when I want to cancel this subscription because too expensive they tell me no worries but you have to pay 197 € and some !! I find this way of doing things very dishonest and therefore for me it is a forced sale. I would like to know the anniversary date of my subscription to be able to cancel it and go to the competition which for the same price offers 25 photos. If anyone can give me any information because on the site apart from drowning the fish there is not much.Thank you

Hi, we recently got an adobe stock image  #461107188 which seemed to have a transparent backgroud. Unfortunately now we have to get an illustrator license to work on it. Isn't it possible to simply provide a gif image with transparent background? Thanks for your help. 

I have a single Adobe Stock account. I'm wondering if it is possible/How to share a particular library folder of stock images with others. Is this possible to do in Adobe Stock? I know I can do this with my iStock.com folders, wondering if it can be done with Adobe too.I don't want to share full access. Only share my gallery of potential choices and I will do any purchasing separate of others viewing the folder. Ideally, the folder shared will show my variety of potential photos I may buy for a project. I apologize if this is a basic question. I just can't seem to find the answer and am pressed for time.

Hallo, Ich habe ein Bild auf Fototlia, das auf eine Glaswand mit speziellen Maßen aufgebracht werden soll. Der Glaser meldet zurück, das das Bild auf der unteren Seite abgeschnitten werden muss. Es verliert dadurch Teile des Gesamtbildes. Welche Möglichkeiten gibt es, an wen kann ich mich wenden bei Fotolia, das Bild maßstabsgetreu auf die Maße der Glaswand zu bestellen und dann ohne Bildverluste es auf die Glaswand  aufzubringen ohne was vom Bild wegschneiden zu müssen? Danke für Empfehlungen zu Kontakten oder Hinweisen.
