I was licensing some templates today and my phone is on a lanyard around my neck... Well, I accidentally licensed 9 random things. Is there any way I can get my credits back? I have been saving my credits for months for a specific project.
I tried the Adobe Stock trial but didn't find it necessary for me. So I canceled the subscription on September 20th —Or, I thought I did! There must have been a confusing step and I didn't fully cancel it because I just realized I was charged $29.99 in October and November. I'm trying to cancel it, but it's saying I'll be charged $59.98 if I cancel. How can I cancel this without a charge and get those 2 months refunded? Thank you!
I have a creative cloud license and have added Adobe Stock Credits, but I cannot redeem these to purchase images. The credits are showing, but when I try to licence an image, a pop up appears saying'Welcome Back! Now that you're logged in, please make your selection again.' I have been on with Adobe now for 3 weeks trying to get this issue sorted but I am having zero luck. Please help! Any advice welcome.

Currently I pay a monthly plan which has added a lot of "contents" to me, if I stop paying, lose those contents? Thanks and I hope someone answers 😄

Hi, I requested a refund for a purchase for a teams 16 credit package on 19th October and was advised that this was no problem and that it would be completed in 24 hours.I did not recieve the refund or a credit memo. I called the customer service and they kept transferring me to different people who would put me on hold for 15 minutes. When I finally got a hold of someone, they said that they had passed on my details and someone would get a hold of me in 24 hours. Again, no one did.I have tried to communicate via the chat function and am constantly transferred through different people who take my details and say that an account manager will get back to me shortly to finalise the refund. Every day I come back and ask why no one has contacted me.Last week I was told there was a techinical difficulty which would be resolved soon and then someone will get a hold of me to complete the refund.I am tired of trying to resolve this issue. I am simply asking for a credit card refund for a purcha
Image preview #242506832 does not match downloaded file. Seems to be an issue that should be resolved through a "report image" portal instead of publicly posting to a community forum. First time I've run into this issue after a couple years of using Adobe Stock but searching the commuity posts I'm not the first person to run into the issue. Hello, i would like to cancel my free subscribtion of Adbe Stock, but i can not find the way. I follow the instruction where is showed icon of St but when i go to the page of canceling there is only Creative Cloud to cancel, no icon, no option for canceling Adobe Stock. What can i do in this case?

I have CC subscription and i decided to try for 14 days St. Adobe now is telling me that to made the cancellations i have to pay a early cancelation fee for the CC and the St. I just made de St trial and not made any subscription. Hi there, I have a problem cancelling my free trial month for Adobe Stock Subscription. I started on October, 16th, and tried now to cancel. But they chargend money for the trial month from me and no´w they want me to pay 196,30 € if I'm getting out of the stock subscription now. Please help! Thanks, Cyndia

It would be great if the font used in some Adobe Stock templates was identified - even better if there was a way that the .ai downloads would be linked to Adobe fonts which one could alter.

I've just signed up to Adobe Stock and was trying to work out how to use it – ended up clicking the license button thinking it would explain what it meant! Can I cancel this? (FILE #: 442103080). As other people have said, it would be good if there was a warning first. I too don't want this image and have not downloaded it.
Why is there a big difference between searching a picture with German and English keyword?If I search a successful photo of mine – an icelandic waterfall – with the german keyword "Wasserfall", I find it on first place. If I search in english for "Waterfall" the same picture appears on result page 14. Does anybody know, what the reason may be. Is it better to make all keywording in English?Olaf from Germany
