I need to reinstate lost Adobe stock credits that were lost due to Credit Card number change.  The only email I got is that subscription was canceled which I did not do. How can I create a library in Adobe Stock that multiple team members can add images to? Any of the 'share' options for the library only bring it up as a 'Shared library' in the Creative Cloud app but not in Adobe Stock. I want to creat a shared folder in Adobe Stock that multiple team members can be browsing Stock photos and easily add to.  We spend so much time searching for images that have the right look and we want to be able to benefit from the searching others have done. Or use this as a way to brainstorm and all add potential ideas to a shared library. Currently everything I find for sharing only allows the other users to go see it in the CC Libraries, but not in Adobe Stock, nor can they add images to that library while searching in Adobe Stock. This just doesn't make sense. 

Hello, we are in France and the organization in charge of collecting the remuneration of the authors, we ask for a certificate to prove that the music we use is free of rights. Adobe has not provided me with anything and does not offer any license certificates to my knowledge

Almost every stock website has basically the same license for *standard use* but adobe is worded a little differently. I want to use a stock image on packaging for our product, as background artwork on a label. Can I use the standard license?  I always understood this as a standard license as long as it doesn't exceed being  reproduced 500,000.  I also want to use the stock image on a sign in a store to sell our product, is that a standard license?

Hi All, I hope you can help on a specific query I have. I am essentiaslly looking to understand if I can purchase Abode audio stock on demand without having to purchase a set amount. So for example if I just want to purchase 5 audio tracks as I need them over time what are my options. I understand there are monthly plans available but Im not looking to commint beyond what I need at this point in time. If for example I went for the month to month plan, does that mean I am not required to purahse anothers months plan until I need more audio? Do the 10 standrad assets for exaple in the monthly plan mean I can use the 10 audio tracks in whatever timeframe I want and dont need to purchase another month to month plan until and as such time as I need it? Hopefully the above makes sense and apprecaite any advise on this Thanks Stephen  

I currently have standart licence credits that I wanted to you for the cover design of my school's yearbook. The cover will display "22" and I wanted to use a stock "2" design from Adobe Stocks. In the standard licencing agreement is says that I may not use standard licencing for redistributing and reselling merchandise (which a yearbook would fall into) if "the primary value of the product is associated with the asset itself." My argument is that the yearbook as an asset is unaffected by the addition of the stock design on the cover since people are purchasing it for the photos (owned by the school) in the actual book. The question is do I require an extended licence for this or can I stick with the standart at no extra costs?  

I purchased  "20 Vintage Logo Layouts 5" from Vector Heaven on Adobe Stock. It's supposed to be editble , yet some of the text is saved as an object. It make the template uselss if I cant edit out texts I don't want.  Anywhere on the image below where it's hilighted in grey or if the text is on a ribbon, it's not editable. hello , i am new to all this and i have a question . i am interested in label designs , and sometimes i see a labels design in several colors bundled together on 1 single image , my question is can these labels be separated from the bundle and edited one by one  after purchase and , if possible a brief explain how it's done please 

Hi, newbie stock user here. I have prepared a video for use by a client and I have licensed the audio from Adobe Stock. (The video portion is original.) I have the stock license code. The client wants to upload the video to their YouTube channel. I know that YouTube may question the license... but the audio is licensed to me, not to the client. Must I transfer the license to the client for their YouTube upload or are they Okay to upload? Thanks to the community as always. -j

Are free adobe stock photos copyright free, can they be used for commercial use, can they be licensed under a creative commons free license?

Hello, I have looked at a few discussions concerning this issue but have not found a vaiable resolution yet. I downloaded image  File#: 130376216. If I open in Illustrator, which was suggested in the different discussions, there is no background layer to disable? This seems to be an issue for many people? One person suggested using the "Open in App" button next to the image in Stock but when I do that it tells me to log in, which I already am. Your assistance would be appreciated.  

Hi! I would like to make a monthly subscription to adobe stock.I would like to use different vector images (as flowers, greenery) to create wedding invitations.I now run a website that has wedding invitations and I want to add new designs using adobe stock.It is unclear to me if I need a standard licence, if I need to mention the author somewhere or if I need the extended licence. Basically, I will use flowers to create wedding invitations, print them and sell them. Thnak you so much!

Hello all, my first post!I've brought a design from Adobe Stock, with the extended licence, which I'd like to use for commercial purposes (put on mugs we sell for charity fundraising, very small scale).It's a Harry Potter design, no images just some wording, seems like the right font, etc.I double checked with the online chat service, that I could do this, and that I would not get into trouble with Warner Bros! They said all images are checked, for the right licences, rights to sell, etc.However, upon mentioning it in a FB group for printers, everyone is up in arms about it, saying there is no way I can sell it.  To be honest, I was dubious, but when assured by the online chat lady (I screenshot it to make sure I'm not going mad!), I thought I'd give it a go.The extended licence does say that it can be used for merchandise etc, but how do I definitely know that I'm not going to get a cease and desist letter?Many thanks for anyone who can help.Happy to send any one a copy of the im

Hi, I have an Adobe Stock account for a magazine . I am the editor and there are two designers. Because they already have separate Creative Suite licences, when they log in to my Adobe Stock account it causes huge issues with authenticating. Just wondered if you had any advice on how to deal with this?

I have a high street retail framing store and I would like to use some high quality images  for DISPLAY frames to help show off options of frames/mats/glass we can provide etc.  The framed images WILL NOT be for sale,  I am just wanting to use some images to go in frames for the purpose of selling my custom framing services. Can you please confirm I am ok to use STANDARD license images for this purpose. many thanksNick
