Wo finde ich die Layoutbilder ohne Wasserzeichen? Bei fotolia war das kein Problem: einloggen, Vorschau laden, Bild ohne Wasserzeichen zum Layouten. Jetzt steht überall AdobeStock drauf. Das ist völlig absurd. Gerade mit der Integration in die Creative Cloud, die sich bekanntlich an kreative Profinutzer richtet, gibt es keine Layoutbilder mehr ohne Wasserzeichen. Wir, die Kreativen, verkaufen Eure AdobeStock Bilder. Wir arbeiten damit und integrieren sie in unsere Layouts, da will keiner ein Wasserzeichen in der Präsentation sehen. Ändert das - SOFORT ich möchte arbeiten und nicht Zeit damit verbringen für Präsentationen Wasserzeichen raus zu retuschieren!Und kommt bitte nicht mit dem Argument, dass Bilder geklaut werden könnten. Fotolia hat damit die letzten 10 Jahre sehr gut gelebt, so wie auch andere Stockbild Datenbanken.

Hello. 11.07.21r I had an option to use my trial period, what I did. Now I would like to delete my membership and close the account but there is an information about charging over 200 euro??? I did not receive clear information about the annual plan without the possibility of early cancellation with out charging a fee.  I just download 10 pics and that's all I wanted! Please help - I don't see an option to pay that amount for the period I don't want to use. I was also charged the day I decided to try free period - 11.07 - will the money came back?

Well, if you couldn't tell, I am new to this service. I accidentally bought an image when I was trying to see what type of liscense it was! I saw in some of the forums that you are willing to assign a credit to accounts that make this same mistake, is that still true?

I'm trying to buy stock footage liscenses, but after 10+ successful attempts Adobe won't let me buy anymore. My company's card is up to date, but I was even encountering errors in making any chnges or adding new methods of payment. Please advise on how to move forward and buy the footage if this is an indiviual account related matter vs. site-wide.

I everyone, I see this has been a problem for loads of people, but I'm now one of them. I want to cancel adobe stock but just cannot find the way to do it. It's obvious that it's designed this way to make people give up and forget about it, while that 34$ gets siphoned out of your account each month. But they are now having a payment difficulty with a card so I just remembered to pick up the fight again. Please help, this is absolutely ridiculous!  

Antes de completar os 30 dias de teste já começaram a me cobrar o valor, impossibilitando o cancelamento da assinatura desse período de teste. Agora quando entro não me dão a possibilidade de cancelar a assinatura. Não quero a assinatura e não vou pagar por essa assinatura, só quero cancelar.  Hoje é sábado e o chat não está funcionando, gostaria de saber se eu cancelar a conta, irão parar as cobranças, visto que não tenho nenhuma assinatura?

Con sorpresa me entero mo soy el único en esta situación, claramente al probar el producto dice "periodo de prueba sin costo" y ya me han hecho un cobro a mi cuenta. Lo que se supone una marca bien posicionada esta incurriendo en engaños o simplemente cobros no autorizados. Efectivamente ya me di de baja (Obviamente) pero el cobro ya esta hecho, por lo que tambien solicito el reintegro total de algo que no acepte me cobren. 

My company recently upgraded out Adobe accounts and I got this message in my dashboard: "You've been ugraded to Unlimited Adobe Stock Standard Assets." I have been to the stock site, but am confused as to what is included with our account. I can see to set to Standard items, but if I click on it and select Standard Licence, I can only download "free with trial." What am I missing here? I would like to explore what I can use, but then am turned off by the process. Thanks for any help.

Hallo,ich habe in den Lizenzvereinbarung gelesen, dass es nicht gestattet ist unter der Standard Lizenz Postkarten, Poster etc. zu verkaufen, wenn der Hauptverkauswert aus dem Stockbild resultiert. Wenn ich eine komplexe Photomanipulation aus mehreren Stockbildern und eigenen Bildern mache, und daher einen deutlichen eigenen kreativen Einfluss bewirkt habe, darf ich dann trotzdem Prints in verschiedenen Formen davon verkaufen oder geht das gar nicht?Ich bedanke mich für Antworten.

bonjour, j'ai du reformater mon disque et ai perdu mes photos et musiques achetées sur Adobe stock. j'avais alors temporairement arreté mon abpnnement au Creative cloud. Hello Everyone,   I have a similar issue that I need resloved quickly because of client demands. When I search somthing in adobe stock, nothing will show up until I toggle on and off the view and hide pannel funtion on the top left corner of the browser. After that it will load about half a page of content but nothing else will show up no matter what I do. I tried all the suggestions in this message thread and nothing seemed to work. Can anyone help?   Best,   Chase 

The Adobe Stock licensing terms demand, you don't remove e.g. copyright information embedded in the images meta data. Generally that's not a problem when you're using the images just as they are, but that's rarely the case.  For example when you're designing something in XD and exporting elements for the web developer, all meta data is stripped and you'll get a plain file. This is becomming a problem especially since we are recieving more and more copyright claims from various companies that seem to make a good buck from crawiling the web for copyrighted images and trying to sue those who use them.  If anyone has a good workflow down for retaining meta data in images throughout the design process, I'd really appriciate, if they shared it. Beware of suddenly disappearing photo licensing assets! Until a couple of days ago, I had close to 200 assets in my adobe stock photos account. Using this number, which has been there since I joined a while ago, I calculated the division of assets between projects and charged my customers based on having that many assets. To my surprise recently, I noticed I only have 65. I called support and was told it was a technical glitch and that 65 is the correct number and there is nothing that can be done about it and no warning is possible because no one knows when or how a correction will be done. Also that this happens all the time? There must be other people who are shocked by this? The overstock price for a standard asset/license is $5 USD so if I calculate what I have to pay now to replace the assets that disappeared, I will be out of pocket $837 CAD (exchange 1.24)  Can you tell I am annoyed?  

We used some Adobe stock footage in a video for a client in the alcohol buissness and they want to make sure all of the people in the video are over 21 years old. How would I get this confirmation? Is it in the terms of use or licencing information anywhere?  

Atualmente possuo 60 ativos disponíveis ainda em minha conta mas pretendo cancelar a mensalidade. Gostaria de saber se fico com esses ativos disponíveis para licenciar após o cancelamento, ou se tenho que utilizá-los antes de cancelar. Alguém poderia ajudar?

My Illustrator is not working at the moment. I have licenced the files that are both avaialable in JPEG and AI formats, but when I press on download - it automatically downlads .AI only...How do I get JPEG?Please help!

What is the return policy on large images purchased from Adobe Stock? We recently purchased a large photo to be used on the wall of a trade show, but the image is pretty pixelated at 100% size after we received it. Can we have our client (who made the purchase) start a refund for the price of the image?

I downloaded a sparkly image from Adobe stock [White sparks and golden stars glitter special light effect. Vector sparkles on transparent background. Christmas abstract pattern. Sparkling magic dust particles. Stock Vector | Adobe Stock] But i cant seem to remove the background.
