 Yes, I purchased the song from Adobe Stock and I placed the correct refernce ID on the claim... no feedback and it has been this long. Can Adobe relese the claim since I purchased this music from Adobe?  Adobe is pretty much involved in this claim not clearing up.   

Was trying to cancel stock, it has been no use. A support person offered 3 months free and said "hey this works in adobe premier to for audio"  ok sweet as its so hard to find royalty free music for timelapsing. so I licensed 4 and out of the 4, 2 were immediately copyright claimed. a sight to beholdandteam spirit  the vid isnt done processing yet, so i suspect bot, but still it shouldn't happen. Especially because the terms say can be used in any media etc located here: https://stock.adobe.com/license-terms  of course adobe is closed today so i cant get anything from customer service.... ideas will be greatly helpful as youtubes dispute system is a joke, my last dispute was on a final fantasy video where a random person claimed a piece that nobuo uematsu wrote and performed and it took me reaching out to square-enix for them to take action against the fake claim, which they were happy to do, they dont like it when people claim their or

I just learnt that Adobe keeps charging you without issuing any new images if the count hits 120 image sin your account. This has been going on for 4 months now. I find this criminal in these hard times of COVID. You can't use images if you cancel subscription, You don't need images if you dont have a job. Adobe won't issue images if you hit 120. I never expected this from Adobe. Also, I think there are no humans working in customer service anymore. I tried explaning my problem and asking if they could at least sent a note or an email if somehting like this comes across... the robot kept repeating itself telling me to use all images at once and cancelling account. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Never expected this from ADOBE and I have been a customer for over 10 years now... Just imagine if one payment was late.. how many emails they would send.. CRAZY! I wish someone with a conscience takes over this operation. 

How can I tell how many of my ten assets are still available? I don't see the remainder listed anywhere.

I needed some stock imagery so went to Adobe Stock and I thought I had signed up for a month to get 10 assets but I have accidently signed up for an annual subscription. I really don't need any more images but in order to cancel I now have to pay the entire year $178. It was my mistake but I think there should be a way of ending the subscription when I am not using any images and paying each month. Is there any what to get out of this? Thanks

Hello everyone, I have a problem with two pictures, I bought last year from AdobeStock. A photographer want me to proof, that I have licenced this pictures properly. So I searched for them in the licence overview (in the German version it's called "Lizenzverlauf"). But I found nothing. So I searched for the ID, but the pictures seems to be deleated from stock. I have found the original jpg file from Adobe on a computer. So the pictures must be licenced from Adobe. What can I do? Thanks a lot.

In the Essential Sound panel there is an option to filter for Epidemic Sound, but when I check that box, NOTHING shows up.  I have an Epidemic Sound subscription. How do I get it to show up so I can use it in Premiere Pro.

Purchased a £600 pack, they've got the funds.  Used a couple of credits, down to 129 and for the past 3 days I can't license anything.Have spoken to support 3 times, each time they tell me to just 'wait' which is not service or support - it's kicking the can down the road.  Simply waiting will not fix anything, someone at Adobe actually needs to do something! Seriously I wouldn't recommend anyone buy their credits at the moment, it't tantamount to theft. The error I get says this:We're sorry, but a system error occurred. If you do not receive a payment confirmation email in the next few minutes, please try again or contact customer service. It is terrible advice as contacting customer service achieves nothing.

I also can buy no credits due to "technical problems". Please help!

Moin Moin!Wir haben eine Abmahnung erhalten, weil in einem Foto die IPTC-Daten durch ein Wordpress-Plugin, zur Verkleinerung der Dateigröße, entfernt wurden. Das Bild wurde damals noch bei Fotolia lizensiert und unter den Bildnachweisen im Impressum wurde "© agentur / Fotolia" hinzugefügt. Weitere Copyright-Vermerke wurden nicht gemacht. Lustigerweise wird genau dieses Foto als Headerbild auf der Impressumsseite verwendet, würde ich also nicht als "für eine Redaktionelle" Nutzung ansehen, daher müsste doch in keinsterweise überhaupt ein Hinweis auf den Urheber gemacht werden, so ich die Lizenzvereinbarung richtig verstehe. Was meint ihr dazu? Ist dies gerechtfertigt?

Hi, I have a monthly subscription to Adobe stock which has been ongoing for 5 years now. I get 10 new images a month. I access the images for projects every month or so which means there should be quite an accumulagion of images by now less the ones I have licensed for a total of 543 images available. Why is it then that my account shows only 118 assets available?   Thanks

I accidentally forgot to сancel my adobe Stock subscription.Actually i haven't been used this Stock for weeks, so i do not need the assets that are left. I would like to refund.

I wouldn't have signed up for a free trial if you didn't promote it and allowed me to do so. but behind the scene, I have been charged $39.59 for the first month of the yearly plan. Now I tried to unsubscribe before the completion of the trial period, and if I go ahead, I'll be charged $217.75 for early cancellation.I'm a subscriber for Adobe suite and I need a fair resolution for this.
