Our company has been utilizing Adobe Stock for a few years now but we're really starting to use CC Libraries. One issues I've run into is packaging my files in InDesign. I know the problem lies within the names used by the Adobe Stock images when pulled from CC Libraries. They use whatever the owner put in for the name instead of the ID number. This means some of the names are over 100 characters long or have invalid sybmols (like /). My question is this: is there a way - without having to download all the images - to bypass the file names the Stock owner's used and just use the Stock ID? So instead of using this file name: Pretty petite young woman smiling happily at the camera.jpg it uses AdobeStock_12345678 or just the ID number? Any help is much appreciated. It's incredibly frustrating utilizing what Adobe has created only for it to not catch those errors. It'd be great if they would impose a character limit (they may already, I'm unsure) and make any special c
I've been trying to contact customer support for weeks now, and i cant manage to do so like i had before?They still have the customer chat "talk to real people" button, however it does not lead you to the pop up window that used to appear?Is it me or are any others having issues, and if so how would i go about contacting them?(I need to contact them as i had 93 photos available on my adobe stock, and now nothing??, i really need the photos 😧 )Thank you!!! 😃
How many credits does it take for an extended license on a normal image (not the premium images)?It says "Standard Images are 1 credit each", but I am assuming that is the standard license not extended, I could be wrong though.Thanks!
When trying to save any asset to any of my current or new libraries, I get an error message that says "Could not save asset into [name of librairy]". I've logged out and in of my account multiple times, tried different browsers and always get the same result. Please help!
I was hovering over each icon on the image page to figure out how to just save a preview to refer back to at a later date for purchasing but the hover didn't explain anything. So I thought clicking licence would take me to another page where it asked me if I was sure, but it didn't. Is it possible to claim the licence back? I don't want the image I clicked on. The image ID is 332039331
Hi, Although there was an option to cancel it, it cannot be done as it is being asked to contact Customer Service.What is this service department, how does the chat robot do it ??? This is some mockery of the client. They now order me to shell out for something I don't use.Does anyone know how to contact a human, not a robot? Do you have an email address for adobe? Hello, I need the help of Adobe community to clarifying a specific case that i don’t found in the different topics. I’m a totally amateur artist, fond of graphics, who only realized some little projects for myself, family and friends. Recently, a friend of mine who is currently writing a book about her different trips around the world, asked me if i could help her creating pretty maps of the countries she has visited, so that the readers easily visualize her journey. The book will be printed in maximum 15000 copies. It’s a book that deals with « the pleasure of traveling with your dog », in which she give tips, enhance places that welcome our four-legged friends ect. Hello, I have a question about the copy- or viewer count for advertising.Can I use an image with a standard licence for a coach print? Or is that not possible because more than 500,000 people could see the coach with the image?I understand that it is not allowed to create more than 500,000 print copies with a standard licence, but what exactly is meant by 500,000 spectators? 500,000 viewers in one place at one time or 500,000 viewers who could ever see the image? @Kanikas Hey Kanika, I accidentally licensed the image #283558122 istead of #211931149. Is there a possibility to change the license as well? Best Hendrik

Hallo zusammen, ich habe ein Bild Standard Lizensiert und nun möchte ich es verändern (zuschneiden, Licht anassen) und mein Logo darauf montieren. Ist das erlaubt? Wenn nicht, welche art Lizensierung erlaubt es die Bilder zu verändern und zu "montieren"? Danke für eure Hilfe!

I have a problem that i am glued to that monthly subscription if i cancel i have to pay a fee and my credits will be canceled too. what can i do so that i dont pay for nothing ? I dont use so many Assets but its on 120 Credits now and i would like to have the option to become something for what i paid for. I keep paying monthly now and my Credits being 120 because of this subscription that i actually didnt really want. So smart of Adobe Marketing department, or is it Finance Department ? 😞

Liebe Community! Wir haben folgendes Problem. Ich wähle ein Bild in Indesign im Fenster "CC Libraries" das noch nicht lizenziert ist und bette es in mein Layout ein. Nun möchte ich das Bild lizenzieren. Ich klicke auf den Einkaufswagen entweder im Fenster in der Werkzeugleiste oder direkt auf den Kreis im Bild. Der Lizenzvorgang startet. Ich sehe die noch verfügbare Anzahl der Lizenzen usw. Ich bestätige. Nun passiert aber nichts, wie sonst üblich. Das Bild bleibt als Layoutbild bestehen, auch im Fenster "CC Libraries" bleibt alles unverändert. Lediglich wenn ich online auf unseren Account gehe und mir den Lizenzverlauf ansehe, dann sehe ich dass das Bild lizenziert wurde. Ein Neustart behebt manchmal das Problem, aber leider auch nicht immer. Ich kann aber auch nicht immer nach jedem Bild einen Neustart machen. Ich habe schon versucht die CC Library neu zu installieren auch das Clean Up Tool für CC Library hat nichts gebracht. Das Problem tritt bei uns üb

Hi,I took the trial for Stock and right after I finished using it, I cancelled my subscription, but I got a mail from Adobe that says that I owe them around 35€ for an annual subscription, what is that ? I cancelled it, why do they send me this ? I'm not using Stock anymore, I just wanted to try it. Thanks god there's no payment informations on my account so I didn't lose money.But I want Adobe to cancel this bill. I never asked for an annual subscription. I googled a little bit my problem and apparently I'm not the only one in this case. Since I can't call them, I'm posting my problem here. Thanks for an answer from support.
