Bonjour, Si j'achète des crédits sur Adobe Stock avec notre compte admin, est-ce que toutes les licences liées au compte peuvent utiliser ces crédits à leur guise?

Hi! I work for a small company which sells a web-based system/application.The quantity is less than 500.000. I am trying to figure out if it will be OK to sell access to the system with the Adobe Stock resources being a part of the system as an icon/photo library? The resources are not the reason behind buying the system and don't add significant value to the system. The Adobe resources we would like to use are mainly icons/symbols and would be implemented in the system for all our customers to use within the system. 

Hi!At this moment, I had to cancel my adobe stock plan, but I can see that I still have 30 Assets on my page. Will that stay with me and would I be able to use that 30 assets to download images/graphics later on, lets say a year from now?

Is there an easier way to remove multiple photos from a library all at once? All I have been able to figure out is clicking on the trash can of every single photo and then answering the verification question for every single photo. To remove all the photos I collected as potentially useful but didn't end up purchasing, this is an extremely long and tedious process. I use the libraries as a 'lightbox' like when I was previously subscribed to Fotolia before it was taken over by Adobe. I collect photos that look interesting and might work for my project into a library and then wittle down the selection until I've decided which one(s) I want. In Fotolia, it was possible to select multiple photos and delete them all at once. I suppose I could change my work method to fit the way Adobe works, but I would still need to go back through all my libraries and move a lot of things around. I would like to know if there is an easier way before I go to that much trouble.

Hi, I tried adobe stock's 7 day free trial then cancelled it even before the trial ended. However, I recieved an email earlier regarding failed payment on it. I tried searching for answers about cancelling it but have not found any. How do I? It's just horrible.

Why am I suddenly not seeing all the images in my licence history?There is no longer a bar at the bottom of the first page allowing the user to go to the next page.

I didn't realize I have been subscribing to Adobe Stock for 7 months until I check the billing information on my account today. I have checked other posts on the same topic and over 90% of them face the same issue as I do-- they subscribe to a year plan for adobe stock without knowing about it. Adobe will give you one month for free but fail to inform you that will be charged $30 USD per month for the next year.    Now, neither could I cancel the subscription to Adobe Stock because I 'subscribed' to a year plan nor would I add money to my credit card to have Adobe continuously charges me until I receive my refund for all the money that I pay for Adobe Stock and have my subscription to Adobe Stock canceled.   It is difficult to believe a big corporate like Adobe would use such a cheap method to steal money from their customers. It is really disappointing. It is basically a scam and I need a proper explanation for it! 

This is not an outcry but wish there was a way to cancel subscription without losing your credits, I have accrued 97 image credits that I possibly couldn't run through in the next 6 months, I thought you could cancel and keep unused credit but it doesn't seem so, you cancel, you lose all unused images. Maybe Adobe need to take a look at this or just make it possible to freeze payment.

Hi,       I downloaded a set of world flags vector images from adobe stock, used some to produce the start of a project which was then put on hold and I went to open the images in Illustrator last week and they are now corrupt.  I re-downloaded them and before the file opens up, a message appears advising "Illustrator now honors 9-slice scaling of symbols.  Any scaling done on symbol instances with 9-slice scaling option in the legacy version will look different now.  Do you want to retain the 9-slice scaling option for symbols?"  Yes/No.  When I click either yes or no, the file is still corrupt. The Adobe stock file number is: 260946350 and the original artist's name is butenkow.  Can anyone shed any light as to how the file is now missing paths etc, I previously spent a lot of hours on the project and to redo the work will cause a great delay in my deadline.  I've tried to get answers from Adobe support but no

I bought the licence to use an image in a clients campaign image — I applied it to a Leaflet; now the client is asking for that image in order to use it on their website... what are my options in order to not violate any term I agreed with Adobe Stock?

Like many others, I've been scammed by Adobe that will charge you a HUGE fee, when you don't want to pay the $39 for their 10 assets a month. I haven't seen such practices since the 90s scammers on the early Internet. Shame on you! 

Feature request: Make it easier to locate a license key?   I have 41 pages of licenses to wade through in order to find something I may have purchased last week or a year ago. License History has NO search function, so I'm left having to manually go through every page until I find wthe one I need. Far from helpful. In fact, sufficiently unhelpful enough to make me use another sound library instead.   Within Premiere Pro's Audio panel a blue check box tantalisingly confirms the asset is licensed, but I can't find a way to get that key. I have to go to the Stock site and wade through 41 pages...    Since the interface clearly knows which assets have been licensed, because the check mark has corss-referenced my account, surely it would be a simple matter to have the licence key pop up when hovering over the blue check box. I use a clip of Adobe Stock Music and I would like to purchase the license but the only way is to have monthly/yearly plans with way more assets than I need. How I purchase the license for only one song?

how do know how many stock images I have downloaded and have remaining with my monthly subscription. I know I have alot of roll-overs because some months I didn't download any images, but I can't find any record/tally/inventory in my account details. Can someone please post where I can find this info - thanks!

To echo an earlier post which is (mysteriously) locked, I need to cancel Adobe Stock but keep my CC but there's no way to do this. And now I suddenly cannot post this message because somehow it doesn't meet "commnunity standards".

Witam, Po roku subskrypcji Adobe Stock która kończy się 22 maja 2021 chcę zrezygnować.Kiedy mam zrobić rezygnację na swoim koncie? Czy obowiązuje jakis okres wypowiedzenia?Informują na maila,że automatycznie zostanie przedłużona umowa a ja nie chcę. Czy z chwilą anulacji również kończy się dostęp do obszernej jakby nie było biblioteki zdjęć? Może ktoś zdoła mi odpowiedzieć na te pytania bo po 2 dniach bezskutecznego przeszukiwania internetu w celu kontaktu z Adobe, jestm juz zmęczona. Nie można się nigdzie dodzwonić,nr tel podany na stronach nie działa. Na maila również nikt nie odpowiada. ¿Si quiero usar las imagenes de forma gráfica sin vender la imagen de ninguna forma, pero si usar la web con fines comerciales, me sirve con la licencia estandar?

I licensed a postcard file because I wanted the 3D redering of the file, exactly as it is seen in the preview. Instead I received the working file for the flat postcard. I don't want this asset, FILE #:  226092136 I realize now that below the image it says "Photos shown in the preview are for display only and are not included in the downloaded file". I have never encountered a template like this before so I did not bother to read the text below because everything I have ever gotten is exactly as seen in the image. I would greatly appreciate it is I could have the license refunded.

How do I request a rebate for an accidental download of a template (which I have never purchased a template before)? I was trying to view it larger and hit the licenced button by mistake. I'd want to delete it and have the credit replaced as I it won't work for me. Thanks. 

New to using stock and i was browsing and clicked by accident. how do I undo that?

Wir erstellen im Team eine (nicht kommerzielle) Veröffentlichung. Die Bildauswahl wird dann in der Redaktionskonferenz gemeinsam getroffen.  In der vorherigen Bilddatenbank hatten wir dazu ein Team-Account, in dem jeder Bildvorschläge einbringen konnte und dann die Auswahl für die Veröffentlichung gemeinsam konsolidiert wurde.  Gibt es hier die Möglichkeit, auf eine gemeinsame Pinnwand Bilder zu sammeln?
