We subscribed to the free trial of Adobe Stock for audio assets to use in our podcast. We are unable to afford maintaining the paid subscription at this time, but we licensed and downloaded the 10 allotted assets for the free month. We have read over the license terms over and over and just want to make sure we are correct in our understanding of them before we get in trouble for ignorance.   What we want to confirm: 1. When we cancel the trial, we are still allowed to use the 10 licensed audio assets in any project/episode we want at any point in time (or is it one license per project/episode?) 2. A standard license covers the use of an audio asset in podcast episodes legally until the listening audience reaches 500,000 (or is it if the project's total downloads reach 500,000 altogether?)

We are an Independent School with a K12 Enterprise VIP program with Adobe. We reached out to our Adobe representative to purchase one license for the Adobe Stock's 10-assets/month. We received the license on our adminconsole.adobe.com and are able to provision the license to an Adobe ID account. That's about as far as it gets. Whenever the user tries to utilize Adobe stock, he/she sees the Adobe Stock is not available on your account screen, where the links on the top menu are grayed out. Furthermore, we can't even assign the license to any Enterprise IDs. The product within the assignment section is completely grayed out. We spent over an hour on the phone with an Adobe Rep, unlicensing, relicensing, rebooting, logging in and out, making new users, new user types, trying different computers, etc. Have any of you run into this? I just bought 16 credits aiming at an editorial photo. When I refesh the page, it shows that I can buy a standard license with 5 credits, but an enhanced license still cost 200 dollars, no change. So how could I buy the enhanced license with my credit? Thanks.

I was charged for my adobe stock plan but when I went into my account and plans it doesn't show that I have any plans to cancel.  What should I do?

I just signed up for Adobe Stock and get three assets. When I click on the video I want to download it says it's going to cost $79.99. Is this how I download my assets? I don't want to be charged again. Sorry if this is a stupid question. Thanks for your help!

I paid for some credits in order to buy 5 pictures on https://stock.adobe.comI used a colleague's credit card to pay. I want YOU to remove stored credit card information as I am NOT able to do that from my end.I spent a whole day reading through support articles to find a way to do that and eventually had to create a forum account and open a thread. Can someone please give me an email address to write to regarding a couple of questions I have about the licensing and use of Adobe Stock images please? I'm anxious not to break any licensing rules and the terms don't seem to explain what I should do regarding my client's needs. 

If I want to purchase multiple images for resale but make edits to the original image; do I need to buy multiple extended licenses?

Hello,At the moment our team has the 'Adobe Stock – 40 assets a month' subscription.But we came to the conlcusion that this is to much for us, is it possible to downscale it to 10 assets a month and to keep the remaining assets on our account?

Today, i try buy free 10 download package but when i submit payment i see error "We're unable to approve your transaction at this time. My credit card current is working and not any issue with banking (I has call my bank for checking it).

Hello,  I go to my account and it says I owe the fee but I do not wish to move forward with this subscription. Hello I'm sorry to ask but I don't understand anything to the prices on Adobe Stock.I'm a Creative Cloud subscriber, and seem to have a set of 10 images free. Ok.Now, I go to Adobe Stock, and see images but there is a standard license with no price and an extended license with a price (in French) : is it because I have a set of 10 images free ? Is it because I'm a Creative Cloud Subscriber ?Is it because it is a free image ?What will happen if I click on "buy this image" ? Will I be charge in my Creative Cloud account for a price that I don't see ?Will my set of 10 images decrement to 9 ? So where do I find the number of images I can still get in this set ? Just recently started a company and found a stock image that I would like to use only half of the image. Then add to half that I have created on my own. What are the legal guidelines to do this? Do I still need to purchase the rights to the photo and then just edit it?
